I've been shopping at Sherwin-Williams for over 30 years both in Oahu and here on the big island these guys work hard. They almost always have everything I need and Marty always gives me good service.

Marty is da man! Very helpful and knowledgeable, his customer service is 5 star!! Sherwin Williams paint and stain quality is superior.

After looking at several color samples available at the store, we made the mistake of ordering enough pre mixed base paint for our entire project. Marty and the team did everything in their power to change the formula without compromising the quality but in the end it didn't work out and fortunately we got a full refund. Thank you so much for your patience, determination and dedication.

Are you an Acrylic Pouring Artist? If so and you are enjoying Kathleen Miller's You Tube Tutorials...Sherwin-Williams Paint Store is the place to go for any base color you can imagine! The color selection is fantastic for the Color to Go Satin Enamel Paint. Highly recommend.

They work well with their guest. And if they do not have it available they will special order almost everything that you need.

They were able to match paint that 2 other stores were not. I took a chip of paint in and 15 minutes later I had my paint.

Everything was quick and fast. Staff was helpful with my color questons. I borrowed a SW paint wheel. as an architect i would like one for my office.

The ONLY place in Kona to go to if you need to match paint color. Really appreciate their carefully getting my color just right today. Also, their SuperPaint exterior acrylic is best paint I’ve ever used.

It's the only place we go for paint and supplies. Always great service, Marty is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as is everyone there.

They have what seems like odd hours. They open early as expected but are open much later than you would think, even on weekend. It works great when the wife gets that last minute urge to paint a room though.

That this is a store that walks the talk - they promise excellence and they don't give up until they can deliver. They are knowledgeable, accommodating and fair to a fault. I would give them a 20 out of 10 if I could.

The SW employee that helped us was Rafik. He was outstanding. We had numerous questions (we are competent DIYers, have purchased a lot of SW paint, but are new to spraying). Rafik was able to answer most and when he did not know, he sought help from fellow employees. We were exceptionally pleased with his help.

The help was excellent. Great information. We will be buying our paint when we paint th interior of our home from Sherwin-Williams in Kona.

The guy took small scrapings from a door I wanted to match & got me my exact color match. Fast & courteous!

The customer service was amazing! There was only one employee, Spencer, but he could not have been friendlier, more knowledgeable, or more helpful! He was trying to help me remix paint to change the color, and he was not satisfied until I was with the final product.
