We used this company for storm repairs and generally had a positive experience for the bulk of it; however, we had some difficulties with roof caps and fixing of the fascia boards that we had to call for about a month about before they sent someone to fix things and then it still is not completely fixed and we have had additional problems “post fix” that we have been unable to get a response from them to address.

If you call introduce yourself first. When I say no I did not ask for any appointment and I wish you not to come climb on my roof don't start being rude Mr. Tim and saying how you won't help me and my roof will stay damaged. You know nothing about my roof and I have zero damage. If you want my business and doing cold call don't be rude and misogynistic! Rude calls will not be answered with respect on my end!
