I am a Realtor and have used Prime Roofing for years and have referred them to many clients. Their pricing is excellent and fair. Their work is thorough. Brian is great to work with.

They fixed the roof on a house i rent a year or two ago. During that estimate, they had originally set a date, but i changed it to another as it wasn't convenient. They showed up anyway. My wife thought someone was breaking in. The roof started leaking again. Somebody came and looked at it on the day we set, but AGAIN, they showed up on a random day with no notice while I wasn't even home to do the repair. Wasn't until a week later I even knew of it. It's also pretty obvious the lady who answers the phone is either really stupid or a liar. I suspect the latter. YOU DON'T SHOW UP TO SOMEONE'S HOUSE AND START CRAWLING ON THE ROOF WITHOUT PERMISSION! Especially since you have been notified that I have dogs that need to be tended to. If this ever happens again (the choice of "vendors" being out of my hands), I will be filing a police report as an attempted burglary.

Did an excellent job on our roof and skylight! Removed the old dish and cleaned up each day after they were done. Polite, friendly and available to answer any questions we had. Would recommend them.

Stacy, Brian, and Tino (job supervisor) are top notch. Their workers on the actual job are horrid. They need constant supervision and lack pride in their work. Had a bunch of hiccups during our re-roof job (mainly caused by lazy workers) and Stacy not only answered every concern, but did so promptly and with a professional "get it fixed" attitude. Tino did the same and got all of my concerns taken care of. If it weren't for me needing to get involved multiple times to shore up loose ends, I would have given 5 stars.

Overall, they were on-time with the job start despite unfavorable weather conditions halfway through the job.

Great roofing company! This is the 3rd time I've used them and have not been disappointed. In fact, I was very impressed with the customer service and professionalism from the owner, Stacy. We discovered a small issue after the job was done, and Stacy took full responsibility fixing the issue within 24 hours. The true measure of any company is how they handle problems. Prime roofing excelled and is a 5 star plus company!! Highly recommend!

I do NOT recommend this company. Their communication is terrible. I asked for and thought I got a quote to re-seal my entire foam roof as well as fix a tile area that was leaking. I've just found out after waiting for them to show up for a full day that they only quoted me for re-sealing the area near the tile repair, called the patio.

They did not call to confirm my appointment. I had to chase them down to make sure I was still on their schedule. They did not inform me what time they would show up on the days they were working here. I cleared my schedule to be here both days and they did not show up on the second day at all because of the misunderstanding on the what part of my roof they were resealing with foam.

On the plus side, the workers who did come out were competent and courteous.

I am FURIOUS and highly suggest you find someone else to work on your roof. I now have to find someone else to do the foam resealing at an additional cost to me. I will not work with this company again.

I called Prime Roofing to help me reattach some vent flashing that fell off in a recent wind storm. after other companies were going to charge to me $495 to screw the piece back on they came out in 2 days and reattached it for me at no charge! It was unbelievably nice and unexpected. I will always recommend them and consider them in the future for my roof repairs and needs, Thank you again for awesome service!!

Communication could be better, but they did a good job for a good price. Quality materials, synthetic underlayment, Corning shingles.

Very thorough inspection and they followed it up with measures to stop roof leak. Family business, good service and fair price. Hasn't rained since but I trust their process. Highly recommend.

First off, the lady who answers the phones (Stephanie) is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She does not answer questions and has a very negative tone. This whole company is horrible with communication. The employee who came out to do the repairs didn't tell me when he was done, even though I asked him to. He just disappeared without showing me the work he did so I could ensure I had the photos necessary to show my buyer as I was selling the house. Then they sent the invoice to the wrong person and somehow that was my fault? I unfortunately got stuck with this company because they were the only ones available in the short time frame I needed the work finished in. Now I know why they were available. Overly expensive and terrible customer service. I'd look elsewhere if you have time to do so.

These guys did my roof 3 years ago. It leaked in the morning today at around 4:30 am. I sent an email and then followed up with a call at 5:30 am. Stacy picked up at 5:30 am and said he already replied to my email. I was floored that he not only picked up that early, but already read and replied to my email. By 8:00 am he had a crew here and roof fixed as part of warranty. Amazing. Highly recommend.

We used this company to replace the roofs on our entire condo complex. Their work is beautiful, with great attention to detail. One unit owner experienced a leak during a storm while they were replacing her roof, and the roofers were very quick to repair the issue. They gave us a really great warrantee, and also included the carport roofing in their bid. We also liked that they don't use subcontractors. All of their roofers have been very friendly and also hardworking. Would recommend.

Rude employee named Stephanie constantly hangs up, female "co-owner talking over me and arguing. My 1700 Sq ft home is being stated to have 2700 sq ft roof by these clowns. Their estimate is a $9100, but with my accurate Roof sq ft, it should be less. they exaggerated the roof size and linear feet of fascia board, and roof sheathing that needed replacement. Nobody at this company will let you talk to the primary owner, and the primary owner NEVER RETURNS CALLS!!! AVOID THESE FLY BY NIGHT EYEBALL YOUR ROOF AND NEVER MEASURE, LAZY PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!! I'M TALKING THE PLAGUES THAT HIT EGYPT IN THE OLD TESTAMENT. I told my insurance to delete their estimate!!!! This is not how to treat customers who have a total hail, wind heavy rain, ripped up wood bad storm we had on the Chandler Tempe 101 are loss roof that need it done sooner than later. These people will take forever. My insurance agent was so frustrated trying to deal with this company, to get our roof fixed!!!!!!!!!

I have used Prime Roofing twice this year. The first time is when we needed to repair work (replace roofing in rear awning) because of the inspection when we purchased our home. They quickly provided quote. Their price seemed good. Referred from our realtor I believe. They were easy to schedule, on time, diligent and there were no change orders or complications. I called them back after our tree blew over during that big windstorm, scraping the house and roof on its way down. Again, promptly provided reasonable quote despite being overwhelmed and put us on their schedule for repair. They just completed their work yesterday, as promised. Sent me great pictures of their work. No issues. Did some freebee paint work so I didn't have to go back up there (so nice). Easy to communicate with when needed. These guys rocked when it came to taking care of my needs. If you don't want to wade through a bunch of quotes, just call them if you have a need....

At first some issues had me concerned...was 2nd guessing my choice. However, once I addressed my concerns, they were quick to fix each and every one immediately ...the icing on the cake, my wooden gate was broken in the process, instead of replacing one wood slat, they removed all and redid it to match! I will ABSOLUTELY recommend and use again.

I highly recommend Prime Roofing! Brian was fantastic to work with and gave me a quote and that price did not change once the job was finished. They used quality materials and did the job on time, as promised. I will be using them in the future, without a doubt.

I have used this company to replace the entire roof membranes, fix all damaged areas left from the previous owner, and any tiles requiring replacement. The work was scheduled, and completed on schedule and without fail. A recent wind storm caused some tiles to be moved and lifted. A single call was all I needed for service and the fix was completed at 0700 the next morning. Great services are hard to beat! Thank you.

1) Received the wrong shingles - downgrade of what we picked out. They installed them anyway.
2) They sealed up the air vents for our heating and cooling. Wouldn't return our calls - had to have heating/air company come out to fix the issue. They cost us thousands more than they should have. Would strongly recommend you NOT use this company!

Prime Roofing was recommended by my home inspector. They were prompt with getting the Suoervisor out Hector
out to check out my roof leak. The crew came out the next day to perform the repairs. They were professional and the young guy even cleaned a window for me that was on the second story that I couldn't clean . Highly recommend

Needed my tile roof taken down to the decking and rebuilt. Prime Roofing did a professional job in a timely manner.

I had called out 4 companies. I had a small baseball sized leak in ceiling of master bathroom. Home built 5 years ago. Each roofing co. telling me I had a different roof issue, all ranging from $600 - $1,200. I had asked the 3rd company finally to look in my attic. He refused and told me he KNEW it was around all my vents that needed repair. Prime Roofing was the 4th company to come out. He inspected roof thoroughly, came down and let me know he checked those areas and saw NO sign of previous water entry, NO LEAKS FROM ROOF area. I asked for him to please check my attic space. He did happily and showed me a pic of a cracked exhaust pipe in ceiling right above my leak spot. He stated due to the monsoon we just had that water came through that pipe and leaked into ceiling, and the fix required a plumber for the pipe, not any issues on roof. That pipe was an $80 fix and I love that I found someone honest enough to tell me there was nothing he could do for me. He did more for me than money!!! His honesty meant everything to me and saved us $1,200!! If you EVER have a roofing issue, call these guys!! Honesty and integrity is worth a million bucks to me!!

The lack of workmanship is truly remarkable. After three different occasions where Prime Roofing has come out to fix issues from previously poor jobs, they finally replaced a large section of rotted wood that should’ve been replaced originally, also leaving some of the flat roof intact it wasn’t in good condition still. They did not caulk corners, left a big gaps, even a section of the new flat roof without my caulking would have been a major point of issue as soon as it rained. Very unhappy.

I have always had good success with these guys. I like them. Will inspect your roof once a year at no cost.

I got my flat roof coated by them with 10 year warranty. Within 2 years my roof has leaked two times. Got mold in my house because of their pathetic job. Now I have to pay $$$$ to restoration services to fix the leaks and mold in my house. Why did the roof leak if I had 10 year warranty. Also hard to reach them. I would give zero star if I could. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Save your money and use a reputable company and not a scamster like them.

We're in the middle of several renovation projects currently and Prime Roofing was recommended by our friend and Realtor for a repair job (wish I had listened to her on other trades). It was refreshing having a contractor keep their word regarding schedule, price, and actually completing the work. Looking forward to having Prime re-roof the house in the spring.

When we purchased our house, Prime Roofing was contracted by the previous owner to replace the existing roof as a condition of the sale. A couple years later, a tile needed to be repaired and I called them up. I believe I spoke with the owner, who promptly set up a date to repair it. The repair was completed ahead of schedule and there was absolutely no hassle. I am very grateful that they honor their warranty and provide excellent customer service. This is a company that I would use in the future and recommend to anyone looking for roofing company in the Valley!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The lack of communication and rudeness from the Owner, Stacy, is beyond anything I have ever received, even compared to the poor customer service at Walmart.
Forget about anyone even getting back to you. After 3 failed attempts to have the work performed I finally went with a different company and am glad I did because I got an even better price and was treated with respect.

This company is phenomenal. None of the typical contractor BS. They were professional, and most importantly punctual . We had a small issue in finding matching roof tile as it was discontinued and Stacy went above and beyond to search for it in what he called the 'bone yard". There was 0 argument in regards. Stacy stuck by his word and completed the job in the rain no less. Great Great Great company. Will use them gong forward always.
