Quality, affordable, professionalism, integrity, caring, responsive, communicative, trust: These are just a few of the words that come to mind when I think of Prime Roofing. Pete Moran is the owner, and his wife Cindy is the Office Manager. After discovering a stain on our ceiling near our chimney, I contacted Cindy to see if Pete could come out and assess the condition of our entire roof. He came out within 48 hours. We went up on the roof together and decided that our 15-year-old roof was due for an upgrade. Pete recommended the Class 4 hail resistant shingles, and we signed a contract that same afternoon. Pete has been in the business for over 35 years, and we totally trusted his judgment. Cindy and I communicated through emails, text and by phone to pick an optimal time to start. Because of two to three weeks of incessant rain, we capitalized on a good weather Saturday to get the job done (which I requested with less than 24 hours' notice!). Talk about responsive! Manny and his talented and hard-working crew arrived at 7:00 am and finished up by 4:30 pm. Their work was perfection. The following Monday, Pete and I went back up on the roof for a final inspection and the Pikes Peak Regional Department stopped by a few days later to certify the quality of workmanship. I couldn't be happier with my entire experience with Prime Roofing. It would be a challenge to find a roofing company that cares more about their clients than Prime!

Pete showed up as promised and gave me a fair quote, Cindy kept me updated throughout the entire process and the roofing crew was efficient, courteous, and respectful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Eric responded to our concern about missing shingles and then explained that everything was good. He took the time to explain why the roof has a "flat roof" area. Also discussed attic venting. Very professional. Would definitely recommend Prime Roofing.

Knowledgeable and friendly, likely will perform good work, if you can actually get them out. After accepting a quote I had to follow up on getting scheduled. After waiting a week and still not getting scheduled I was forced to move on to another roofer and ultimately had my time wasted.

*Edit in response owner - You need to go back and take a look at the dates of my text,vm and emails. There was no communication before I called your office on the 16th after approving the quote and the response was we would be scheduled on the 18th when you returned from vacation, not the 19th. When that date was missed there was no communication, no apologies, just more ongoing excuses. I'm glad to provide you with any needed timestamps or screenshots. You're either very misinformed by your own staff or distorting the truth. I do hope you take the opportunity to improve your customer service going forward and also work on how to properly respond and rebound when you do make a mistake.

Go2Prime is one of the very best roofing contractors out there. Very quality work and fast service. The roof and all the vents were replaced with precision. Clean up afterwards was good, which is not the case with every company. This is the second house they have done for me and this roof is challenging with steep slopes and many angles. This is a big roof and they still completed it on one "long" day. Pete and the office staff are very nice to work with and responsive. I highly recommend Go2Pro!

I got six bids for the replacement of my asphalt roof on my home and replacement of the flat roof over the garage. They saw some other items that other companies missed. Their bid was very competive and the quality of the work was very professional. I have a a roof replaced by them on a steep Victorian home in 2003 and they recertified it for 5 more years when I sold it this summer. I would use them again for a roof replacement.

The management is extremely helpful with advice & thorough in assessing all the work the job needed. The installation crew did an outstanding job and were friendly & professional. The office manager was on top of every detail, always helpful, and communicated often and well. I recommend Go2 Prime Roofing to anyone needing roof work. This company ensured we received quality products and met all current building codes.
