From my first contact with PrimeRoofing and all throughout the installation of my new roof, everyone I have had contact with has been professional, polite and very helpful. They kept me informed of step and sent pictures and video to show me exactly what they were doing and seeing. I originally thought this was going to be a painful, stressful process but they have made it a positive, pleasurable experience.

Angel was who I dealt with when getting a quote from Prime roofing and he was great, he explained everything very well and how he took care of everything and how he looked out for us and his employees. The price was more than fair, they came in way under what other companies were quoting and they were not offering much more in terms of quality etc. they fit us in to the schedule quickly and were able to recommend a chimney service to fix our chimney prior to their work. We had a new roof and gutters installed with about a day for each installation which i was totally blown away by. My expectations were exceeded and I couldnt recommend working with them more.

I contacted Prime roofing for an estimate due to a tornado / storm damage. Angel arrived promptly and was very attentive to the problem with the roof. He took his time to explain the process, climbed to roof and took meticulous pictures of the roof. I learned that my previous roofer, 9 years ago, did not install the new roof as per our contract. Angel went over options in great detail and provided education that the average consumer does not know regarding insurance, repairs, codes, etc. I highly recommend angel. He was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. This is a quality company.

We needed a new roof and received a wide range of quotes. We went with Prime roofing for 3 reasons:

1. They were the only company to actually physically go up on the roof and measure, take pictures, and poke around for potential challenging spots. Other companies used drones or satellites to measure square footage.

2. Very honest and respectful of customers time. If they were running late, they would call and let me know way ahead of time.

3. They came back with a very fair quote!

A few weeks back, I had a leak in my roof. I called Angel from Prime Roofing and he came to see the damage and assess the issue right away. He even came the following day to place a tarp on the roof to prevent more interior damage to my place. He gave me a very competitive quote on a total roof replacement and scheduled me in for the following week. When conducting the work he provided many pictures to show problem areas and just show the overall progress of the job. At every step of the process, I felt I was in good hands. I contracted Angel and his crew to install new vinyl siding. I already knew that he did great work because he just did two of my other houses in the last few months.

I’m super satisfied again! Angel and his crew began on schedule and did most of the work. I held them up when I ordered a special decorative vent. Angel was patient, he just wanted me to be happy with the end product. Once the vent came in they wrapped up the work in a quick and professional. Angel even finished some work that the electrician didn’t have experience doing with a newly installed conduit through the roof without hesitation. As always the property was cleaned up like nothing ever happened.
