We used Prime Roofing to replace the roof on my father-in-law’s house last week and they did an excellent job. Their representative, Andrew, also communicated well and was a pleasure to do business with. Their price was very competitive and they also gave us a military discount. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend this business.

Prime Roofing has been the easiest company to work with since moving to JAX. While getting some work done to the house we did extensive research on who to use for our new roof. Prime Roofing was one of 5 companies we looked into. They were by far the easiest ones to communicate with, ask a ton of questions and they never gave any push back. 2 years later we came across what we thought was a small issue. Mark (I believe the owner) called us back and sent out Adam within 48 hours. Adam worked quickly and explained everything as he did it. They stand by their workmanship, proud of it and they've proved that.

The Prime team worked efficiently installing our metal roof. Mr. Young, the owner, even custom designed a metal skirt to surround the live oak tree we have growing through our screened in porch. Then they thoroughly cleaned the site each day. An unanticipated benefit was the metal roof, after an inspection, reduced our homeowner's insurance thousands of dollars along with increased coverage amounts.

I am not a customer but they were very kind and accommodating with how they parked on my street when working at my neighbor's house. We are on a curve that can be difficult to navigate and they left plenty of space.

Prime Roofing did excellent work for us and has stellar communication. I would absolutely recommend them if you need a new roof, and especially if your home has any issues that introduce complexity to your roofing project. We have a nearly 100-year-old house that needed a roof, and it also has two dormers that were contributing to the roof disrepair because they had improperly installed siding. Most roofers required us to have the roof and dormers fixed separately, and we were going to have to coordinate window/siding contractors and a roof contractor. But Prime was able to take on the whole job, and they even specialize in older/historic homes, so they were able to replace the old siding (and install it correctly!) with a product that looks nearly identical. They finished the entire job in a day and a half with one of the most hardworking crews I have ever seen (and with a 100-year-old house, I've seen my share). Their whole process, from initial estimate to the finished project, was smooth and definitely a cut above. Stop looking for roofers and just hire them.

Excellent job by the Prime Roofing team, highly recommend them. From initial contact through project completion all the folks I had contact with were extremely professional and competent. I had a Standing Seam, Concealed Fastener, Clip type, Kynar Coated Metal roof installed. I had bids from numerous roofers but Prime was the only one that seemed to understand what I wanted and bid the roof accordingly. The others either bid the wrong materials, wrong thickness, no coating and or the wrong type of attachment. The other company bids were therefore all over the place and even after I specified again what I wanted they still got it wrong. It felt like the other companies did metal roofing as a sideline and did not really understand the product. Prime clearly knows their product, they actually make the pieces themselves as opposed to the other companies that just seem to order the parts prefabbed from a supplier. Like any major purchase do your research so you understand what type of product you want and make sure that is what is being offered by any companies you may contact. Prime showed me exactly what I wanted for the reasons I had learned doing my research and installed a great product. Thanks again Mark and crew.

These guys were fantastic. They truly exceeded my expectations in the quality, price, schedule, professionalism, etc. They were also very clean, using tarps around the entire house to catch everything. I would absolutely use them again.

Dealing with Mark and Andrew at Prime Roofing has been great. I've had them do miscellaneous repairs over the years but when it came time to fully change out the roof, their price was very competitive and their crew, organization, cleanliness and communication was top-notch. Working in real estate and having a background in construction and estimating I felt comfortable with them since I connected with after they were recommended to me. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for new roof or even repairs.

We had a metal roof installed this past December. It was a very good experience from the beginning of communication to the final pieces being placed. Andrew and his team were prompt, courteous, professional and will keep you in touch with everything. They were able to accommodate our request for a lighter colored roof to deflect more solar rays and they delivered brilliantly.

To start I used to be in construction myself and have a lot of reference for good and bad roofers. This company was outstanding. Communication and responsiveness was fantastic. They showed up when they said they would and the installation crew did a fantastic job. My yard was cleaned up very well by the crew and they even sent a second guy out the day after to do a final quality control inspection and pick up any little spec of what was left. (even though there wasn't really anything left by the crew) Also, they came in about 4K less than the other bids I got. You don't always get value when you go with a more cost effective solution, but these guys were top notch. Thank you!

From the moment that I contacted Prime Roofing and got an immediate response I knew something was different about this company. I contacted several other roofing companies and never heard back. They came out to give a quote on a roof replacement and provided the quote the very next day. The great customer service and responsiveness is what really sold me to have our roof redone with them. I would highly recommend this company. I have townhouse and lanai attached to it. Lanai roof was leaking during the heavy rain. I called so many companies and no one could help me. Some was willing to repair but no warranty. I gave up and I decided to replace the whole roof.
When prime roof came they recommended to repair instead of replacing it. And they did really good job. It is not leaking anymore ! Thank you so so much ☺️

I had a bit of a complex need when adding a roof top deck and Mark was extremely helpful working with my contractor to get the job done well and communicate what needed to be done on a home in Jax Beach. Needed an estimate on a leak around chimney, they came ASAP. I got estimates from 2 other places, & they came in with best price. Work was scheduled fairly quickly ( I know they are super busy, & this wasn't an urgent repair). Guy showed up as scheduled, & texted to let me know his ETA. TOP QUALITY! For the service level I received, I honestly would have expected to pay more. Starting off with the project manager, Andrew, he was the only one amongst the quotes did not try and take over my insurance policy. There are too many insurance chaser companies out there with little experience. They provided a thorough inspection and made additional recommendations that were very helpful. The roofers did a great job of cleanup and left the property better than when they arrived. I had newer siding that was difficult to work with after the roof installation and they even sent a specialist out to make sure it was reinstalled correctly. I highly recommend them.

Okay so fair warning if your gonna use this company, don’t have the following things; 1. Neighbors because they’re going to get nails all over their yard 2. Animals because they will get nails or roofing in their foot and 3. Feet because they do a horrible clean up job that will leave a nail in your foot. Nails long enough to go through a shoe. 1 star.

I reached out to 8 different roofing contractors in the Jacksonville area and come to find out i was just wasting my time. Out of the 8 only 2 responded and both were fairly close in price quoted. I decided on Prime because of their very detailed quote and professional appearance. Right from the start, Andrew made sure I knew what was going on. From Garrett dropping off all the supplies to Matt and his crew doing the work it was a seamless and pleasant experience (as much as re-roofing a house can be). I would highly recommend Prime Roofing to anyone needing roof work done.

Prime roofing installed a new roof on my house. My wife and I stepped on roofing nails following the roof being replaced and complained to prime roofing. They came and picked up fifty or so nails. Recently my daughter stepped on a roofing nail. Thank goodness we don’t have little kids. The contract called for replacing all rotten facia but they failed to do in two spots. On the Dormer they replaced only halt of rotten facia. They returned and finished replacing the rotten Dormer facia but claimed they couldn’t replace the other rotten facia because it would leave my roof exposed meaning they should have replaced it prior to replacing the roof. They patched the rotten facia . Maybe they thought they could get away with lousy work because I’m a senior. No one apologized for the poor work and who knows what poor work goes unseen.

Prime roofing is top notch! They got everything done in a timely manner. The roof looks great. Andrew answered every question I had, and then some. I know you’re suppose to get a few quotes from other companies when you are getting large projects like this, but I had a feeling they were the right people for the job!! And they did not disappoint! I am elated with the job they did. I will be using they again (on my next house, because this roof isn’t going anywhere)

Prime roofing just re-roofed both my rentals in Jacksonville. They have been very professional and have the best customer service. They contacted me about any issues before proceeding and went above and beyond doing some extra service for me as I live out side of Florida state. My black shingle roof with black trim looks amazing. My yard was cleaned up everyday and everything was put away. I was always kept in touch with everything that was going on for the day. The quote for a roof repair was done quickly with a very fair price. Once the quote was accepted the work was done quickly and looked very nice! Could not have been more pleased. They even noticed a shingle in another area that had been damaged that I didn't know about and replaced it as well. Excellent and very professional all around.

I found a leak on a Friday morning. An estimator was at my house by mid-day, I had a quote by mid-day Saturday and the repair was completed by Tuesday. The estimator was super friendly, my dog loved him, and he took the time to really explain the issue. I wasn’t home for the repair, but the same technician came out to do the fix. He was quick, and respectful of my property. No mess left behind. I’m very impressed. This is the first roofer I’ve hired that didn’t treat my property like a construction site.

I'm originally from Colorado, and we get a good bit of hail out here, so unfortunately it feels like every few years we need to get a roof replaced from hail damage, so we are no strangers to roofing contractors. Prime Roofing is probably the best company we have had the pleasure of working with. They kept us informed and updated every step of the way, from the bid all the way to the close of the contract. Consulted Prime Roofing for a second estimate after I was told by first company that I needed a new roof. The current roof is only three years old and there was a leak spot i noted in the garage ceiling. Prime roofing came out, inspected entire roof, found the potential area of leak from an unsealed corner. The area was sealed and roof was reported to be in great condition and did not need to be replaced.

We contracted with Andrew and Mark at Prime after being referred by a prvious client of theirs who provided us with a glowing report after having her roof replaced by Prime. We were in the final process of evaluating other companies and frankly had made the decision to select one of the others when the recommendation was received from our friend. I had three buildings re-roofed by Prime Roofing. The crew arrived on time and I discussed my concerns with the supervisor who assured me they would be addressed. It took five days to complete the project and I was impressed how the crew cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. The workmanship was excellent and the roofs look great.

They’re very professional, helpful, polite and interested in answering any and all questions when asked. After meeting with Mark. Once the date was set Andrew kept me informed each step of the way as to who would be there and how long it would take. Before starting they cover the drive way before placing the dumpster down to keep from scratching it up. When they completed the job they made sure that the area was cleaned up and all nails was removed by running a magnet that picks up any nails that may have dropped on the ground . The next day they send out Garrett to make sure everything had been clean up. Garrett washed down any spots on the house and touch up any area that needed. We needed a new roof due to hail damage and spoke w/2 roofing contractors to get estimates. Mark of Prime Roofing Florida was the only one who would provide an estimate and a detailed list of what his company would replace. He never asked to see the insurance coverage and didn't ask for any $$$ up front. His estimate, along with a few options that I wanted, came in slightly below the insurance coverage. Easy decision. His work crew is professional & courteous and his Operations Manager, Andrew, stayed in frequent contact to ensure we knew what was happening and when. The job was completed in a timely manner and cleanup was very thorough. Highly recommended.

I worked primarily with Andrew and Alexa but they were very responsive, professional, and informative.As homeowners we have so many questions about the process but everyone was so patient with me. I had previously dealt with contractors trying to take advantage of my insurance money. The owner also seemed very understanding and the company seems very honest overall which is always needed. I'm very satisfied with my roof replacement and I haven't experienced any issues. I was also impressed at how fast I was able to get scheduled for my roof work.

Super excellent work with good work quality at a reasonable price. Matt and his crew were overly polite and displayed good manners and were hard working. My roof was impacted by hurricane Irma. I found out about Mark from Prime Roofing from one of my friends as she put a call out for roofers on Facebook. I’m sooooo glad I contacted him!!! He was very patient with me as I had several questions for him and I had to repeat some of my questions for my clarification. He wanted to make sure I understood the process. He explained the various types of roofing he offered and with his help and the help of friends & family decided on the perfect roof for me and I simply LOVE it!!! This weekend I’m going to power wash my house and then paint it to compliment my roof.
