ND Construction was nothing short of amazing. I have grown weary of contractors that seem so money hungry but I can vouch this company was absolutely amazing and worth every penny. They started and finished in 1 day. From beginning to end Edwin and his team were very professional. As a young homeowner, he made sure I was fully informed, answered all my questions and was very patient with me leading up to my decision to finally replace my roof. Once we set a date and agreed to terms I was able to kick back and let them handle the rest. Out of the different contractors I’ve worked with ND Construction was the easiest to work with. & i want to enforce again they are well informed and certified! You even get a certificate of completion for your warranty. I would recommend ND Construction over and over again. Thank you Edwin and team for making this process seamless and stress free.

We had the pleasure of working with Ed, and his crew last week. My husband called Ed on Monday, he was close, came to the house, gave us a price. We just had a roof replaced with ND Construction. When you contact them you will be working directly with the owner and not a sales rep or middle man. This allows a more competitive price, easily 20-30% less than the companies that advertise non-stop on the radio. At the end of the day what makes for a good quality roof job is only a few things 1. Quality Materials 2. Experienced installers 3. Attention to Detail. On these 3 things ND does really well. They use high end materials for everything, the crew has worked together for 8 years and know what to do, and the owner Edwin is onsite and on the roof multiple times throughout the day to check progress and quality. I was very impressed with the project. The team was on-site for about 12 hours and when they left you could never tell they were there it was so well cleaned up.

We had a new roof installed yesterday 3-17-25...It looks wonderful..the previous roof was 26yrs old so it was time..The team took care of everything..Edwin beat out 3 other offers this pass Friday and scheduled my roof the following monday.Wow thats how you do it..Great job ND Construction! ND Construction did a wonderful job for our roof. They gave us a great price, finished in one day and registered our Timberline HDZ shingles for our GAF manufacturer’s warranty using all GAF materials. They were very considerate of us while they were here and did a beautiful job. The invoice matched the quote so it was nice to have no surprises.

When the date was day can to replace my roof they arrived on time and completed the work in one day. Cleaned up all of debris from the project Megan it look like they were never there overall I love my new roof. It looks like a more up-to-date modern house now.

ND construction was very good by responding when I called . Edwin sent out his worker in 2022 to do some repair and this year couple shingles came apart , I called Edwin and the workers came out in less than 40 minutes. Bought new shingles and replaced and repaired the roof. Thank you Edwin, and your crew. Very courteous and pleasant young men.

First of all the owner/manager Raphiel Cabral is a SCAM ARTIST he will give you a lot of attention until he gets the job they perform sloppy work he is a total Non professional .He lies while smiling in your face ignores all my calls this is the worse roofing company in Ga. Do not take a chance on this company like I did trust me THEY STINK

First of all I like to thank the Owner Mr. Edwin Baires.He called me after he found out I had issues with a former employee of his Raphael Cabral.Cabral didn't represent the company well at all but Mr Baires called me to rectify my issues he sent out a Quality crew and they solved all the issues to my satisfaction he is a very humble an well spoken man very easy & nice to talk to .I appreciate this concern and promptly taking care of my concerns.I highly recommend.

We hired ND Construction in April 2017 for roof replacement. Our roof started to leak around May of 2019, in the den. Reach out to the owner Edwin Baires on several occasions and no response. Finally, I spoke with the owner in August 2020, and he told me the roof guy would come out and check out the roof. I haven't seen or heard from Mr. Baires or the Roof guy.
