Logan and Safehouse Construction are so reliable! I originally just had a concern about the flashing around the chimney due to leaking in the fireplace. He uncovered other reasonable repairs to my roof as well. I appreciate how he explained what needed to be done using video and images. He came out to my house to repair the roof a couple of days before a winter storm in the cold, and it stopped the leaking. He even got a new ridge, that we weren't expecting needed to be replaced. Even helped put a gutter that was hanging off back on for me, while he was up there! Very reasonable pricing and an honest, kind worker! Will definately use them in the future if have any other roof issues!

Logan and his crew was excellent to work with. I especially appreciated the progress photos keep me apprised of the progress since this is on a home out of town from us.
After the completion of the work, he ensured the warranty was completed and submitted . Great experience!

From the beginning, Logan was attentive and patient with educating us on the process and working with our insurance company. He took all the steps he could and strategized with our insurance company on our behalf to help us get our roof covered. He and his team scheduled all the subs to repair the interior damage.
