Very happy with the roof replacement on our home and detached garage. All work was completed in 1 day and Pinnacle did a great job cleaning up all debris including cleaning absolutely everything from our gutters. They also made sure to clean out debris that had fallen into a tubular skylight. We have extensive landscaping and did have some damage to 2 butterfly bushes against the house and garage, but we’re still happy with the work completed in about 7 hours.

Could not be happier with the service, professionalism, and quality of workmanship. Roman supported us through the insurance craziness and delivered a great product. The installation team was top notch, getting it done quickly and well. Except for the new roof you couldn’t tell they had been here after the job was complete. Well done!!

Roman Maksimenko (859-693-2374‬) was great to work with. He handled everything from start to finish, including working with our insurance and following up after the completion. We got our full roof removed and installed in a day and process was seamless.

I contacted Pinnacle Roofing to check out my roof after the hurricane winds we got a month ago.
Roman showed up to look at my roof and took some photos and recommended me getting a new roof. He was very helpful and informative.

It's rare for me to write a review. Rare because I expect people to do a good job and don't feel as though they need a good review for doing something they are supposed to do. That's what the check is for! However, even more rare is to find someone who goes above and beyond, and when that happens, then that's the time for a good review. Napoleon Hill, author of the classic book "Think and Grow Rich," states that there are traits successful people have that unsuccessful people don't have. One of those traits is the habit of doing more than you are paid to do. It is very rare today to see this in people. I have practiced this all my life, but try to find people who do that in today's world. It is almost extinct now. This is why I am writing this review. I found a young man who practices this and has, at a young age, known the fundamentals of success. That young man's name is Roman Maksimenko, and he has Pinnacle Roofing. My instinct tells me this guy is going to be a huge success one day. It was my good pleasure to have Roman handle several roofing jobs for me. He was extremely accommodating to me at every turn, making sure I was happy with everything they did. If I wasn't, he fixed it. I highly recommend that if you need a roof on your house, this is the man to call. He is highly capable and can get the job done. He oversaw the entire project, and the quality of the work was the highest quality. The roofline of the house was about 4,700 square feet, and, if you can believe it, as my neighbors could not, Pinnacle did the job in one day. Quality work done fast! If you need a roof and want a great job, call Roman!

Alexis Morrissette was fantastic to work with throughout the process of replacing my mom’s roof. She was efficient, followed through, and had excellent communication. The work was done quickly and the clean up was outstanding . Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Roman and his staff at Pinnacle. Roman was very timely and communicative throughout the entire process. The crew came on the day of and were very efficient and professional AND cleaned up the entire mess!
Most importantly, we had some issues after the roof was put on and Roman came out and fixed them immediately (small issues with the flashing) some issues were not even due to the new roof and he assisted in helping us resolve those!

My contact Roman was prompt and puntual with all communictions & meetings. He provided support & clarity working with my insurance company. After the insurace company had done an inspection & settled on a cost, he contacted them directly & showed them additional damage & repair requirements, which they promptly agreed to pay. He provided clear options on product selections & warranties. No pushy sales & upcharging. He kept me updated and was honest about scheduling, which is very uncommon among contractors. The install crew was as efficient and professional as I've ever seen. Roman was on-site at the start & finish to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I got charged exactly what was quoted. No add-ons or extras so common with contractors.

These guys were great! I got a quote the same day and they explained all my options. When I was ready to have the roof replaced, everyone who worked on it was very polite and professional. We contacted Pinnacle on the recommendation of a neighbor and had a fantastic experience working with them, particularly with Roman. He came to inspect our roof several months ago and worked with us throughout the entire claim process, including meeting with our insurance adjuster on the day of the inspection, to make sure our hail damage was taken care of by insurance.

When it came time for the new roof to go up, Roman promptly added us to Pinnacle's schedule. A week of bad weather facilitated a move to a different date, and Roman stayed in contact with us every day afterwards to let us know how the schedule was evolving. The minute we had a nice day appear on the forecast, he had us back on the schedule and his crew on our roof. Roman, Paul, and their crew were outstanding in their management of the project on the day of and left the yard spotlessly clean. When a popup shower emerged, they made sure they had the roof covered; it took them just eight hours to complete the job on our large roof. We also appreciate them helping us with some soffit repairs while they were up there as well.

We love our new roof, and we are so grateful to Roman and the Pinnacle team for taking such good care of us. Roman answered every question we had and made us feel listened to and respected, and we appreciated his kindness and expertise. Pinnacle's communication was excellent, as was the work, and we look forward to recommending them to others for years to come!

After our insurance company had confirmed we had hail damage, our agent recommended Pinnacle Roofing as one of two references. Roman of Pinnacle came out within a few hours to explain the program. After meeting with the second company, we asked Roman to return and he further assisted in helping us maximize our insurance money.

Within a week, we had a new roof. The team arrived around 7:00 AM and completed the job by 4:00 including a lunch break and clean-up. They protected all our plants, and when they left, you could not even tell a roofing team had been there. They were diligent, using many types of magnet devices to remove all nails on our drives, decks, and grass. Supervision to achieve high expectations was evident.

Communication was excellent, sending reminders of our scheduled roof installation, checking in afterwards to insure everything was as we hoped, and even helping us submit our refund with GAF roofs for troops program.

I highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing and have already recommended them to several neighbors! We worked with another roofing company last year and our claim was denied. We were not hopeful to get approved this time, but Alexis worked with us to submit another claim and got it approved. Alexis is very thorough, kind, and communicates everything every step of the way. The install crew was great and they were able to do it all in one day. They did a great job making sure our yard was cleaned up and Alexis even came back in the dark with her flashlight to make sure nothing was missed. They spray painted all the roof vents black to match our roof too. That was a nice touch!

I wanted to wait a bit before doing this review to be sure there were no leaks after our roof was finished. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone! If I could do more that 5 stars I would. From the cleanup crew to Alexis, the rep that helped me, to the workers on the roof, they all did a fantastic job. Our yard was super clean after they were done , I only found 1 nail in the lawn that they missed. The roof was done in less than 10 hours once they started and looks great. Alexis knows her job well and was excellent, she went above & beyond to make sure we were 100% happy even helping me with a non roof repair issue. Again I highy recommend Pinnacle Roofing!

Everyone with Pinnacle is so professional! We had a leak. Roman looked at it without delay and had Marcos and Walter out to do the repair in less than 24 hours. They reconstructed the area and finished it off looking better than it was before. I highly recommend using Pinnacle!

Penacle is a great Company to work with. Roman supervised my job and he did a super job. My roof was an Owen's Corning warranty replacement. Roman worked with me and Owen's Corning to determine the problem then worked with Owen's Corning to develop a plan to replace the roof.

Alexis and Ian were very helpful during the lengthy insurance claim process. Once the claim was approved, we had a really nice roof within 6 days for the cost of our deductible. Came to our door, set up an appt, he showed up for appt & said he would email a quote. 2 weeks later we still hadn’t received a quote so called & the guy said he got sick. He said he would get the quote right over. A week later, nothing. Then he sent a text to see if he could call at that time. Wasn’t available at that time. Been almost 2 weeks again & we’ve heard nothing. If this is how they do things, then it makes me worry how they would handle & communicate when doing our roof.
