Pinnacle Roofing - Grandview, WA

Although it is not a roof job review, i have to leave a review to a driver from Pinnacle Roofing who drove like crazy today (July 10) on Glenmore rd. He was tailgating me on the road, driving extremely close without keeping a safe distance, speeding, and cutting me off aggressively. I had children in the car, and such behavior — especially in a 50 km/h zone — puts everyone around at serious risk. I rarely file complaints, but when someone represents a business while driving like this, it reflects very poorly on the company's reputation. I hope the roof service you provide is good, but not the way how your drivers get to the work site.

Pinnacle redid our roof after the fire, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish and beyond. Always took/returned calls in a timely fashion, adhered to their schedule, and did a fantastic job. Very professional team that operates with integrity. Job completed in late Fall; 6 months after completion we noticed a bit of roof material/tar on putting green.
They did not hesitate to take responsibility, it looks brand new.

We had our roof replaced and the 2 men they sent were excellent very curtious, professional, and thorough. They did an excellent job. The management was also very curtious and friendly and explained everything very well.

Following the Neighbourhood wave of the "New Roof" season, We received 3 quotes from 3 different roofing companies we obviously decided to go with Pinnacle roofing. This process has been seamless and QUICK! We appreciate the quick responses from the initial inquiries, to the prompt start date. Customer service is KEY, the crew on site have been a pleasure , Simran has been very friendly and engaging. I appreciated the extensive daily clean up around the perimeter of our house, having two dogs that was a concern. I would highly recommend anyone to use Pinnacle roofing for their new roof when the time comes.

We highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing. They are very efficient and we're very timely, right from showing up to give us a quote, to arriving on time to replace the shingles. A supervisor came each day to check and then again to do final inspection. Very professional people to deal with. We are very pleased with the new roof.

We highly recommend this company! We had our roof replaced by Pinnacle Roofing. We were extremely happy with them! I told them to send me a group of roofers who are not high on drugs / alcohol and who will not leave cigarette butts and roofing nails all over our yard.... they delivered. The group they sent were extremely respectful and the roof looks amazing. I was impressed that they sent a supervisor daily to ensure everything was going to plan and we were happy.

A few of our shingles flew off in a windstorm last week. Greg had his staff come by the next day and repaired them immediately. The staff are wonderful to deal with. They are professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing.

Ty was laid-back and pleasant. Working alone, he did a really nice job replacing our shingle roof along with underlay, flashing, vents etc. in Peachland. The hardest part for us was choosing a good roofer and we made the right choice. If we ever need anything more done on the roof, we would just call Pinnacle again.

Showed up on time and the work was done in a reasonable timeframe. We had rain overnight while the job was in progress but no leaks or issues of any kind. Their own project manager did a final inspection and found a slight issue with the way the vent was installed. It likely would have been fine for many years but he was not satisfied. He spent a half day removing the vents and 'doing it right' while staying true to their original quote. I appreciate very much the pride the Pinnacle team took in their work and would recommend them to anyone.

We had Pinnicle replace our roof this summer and they were professional, helpful and it shows they are great at what they do. The roofer who did our house in 3 days worked harder then anyone I've ever seen. ( especially in the heat of August.) He was friendly, helpful and even put in an extra vent with short notice We got the recommendation for Pininacle through Stutters restorations. We had Pinnacle replace our leaking roof in July and we were so impressed with them. It was a positive experience from beginning to end. Our new roof is perfect. They fit us into their schedule quickly once we realized we had a substantial water leak going on. They fixed the issue and completed the work in the time they said they would, aways cleaning up after themselves daily and upon completion. The price was very reasonable as well. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding. We highly recommend using them.

when looking for a roofing company in Vernon no one would call us back after a week I went on line and found Pinnacle Roofing out of Kelowna my husband phoned and they answered the phone, we explained what we needed they took down the information and said they would call us back the next day. Sure enough they called had all the costs and measurements and didn't needed to come and measure anything they gave us a quote we took the quote and said it might be about six weeks, we agreed and it was only I think 3 weeks they showed up with two men and it was done in two days all cleaned up did a check for nails and the roof looks great we great comments all the time on it. The guys were very friendly and professional. They replaced the shingles on our roof, and once they were done, the only sign they were ever there was the nice new roof. Great work and a fair price - we were quite happy with the entire process.

Pinnacle replaced the roof on my home and shed and did a great job. They weren't the highest or lowest priced of the 4 quotes i got, but they were the most responsive and were recommended by my mortgage broker. They did a great job and clean up was impeccable.

Pinnacle Roofing did our roof 2.5 years ago. In the big wind we lost a shingle. I reported it to our builder, Manzanita Homes, and he immediately contacted Pinnacle who came out the next day and repaired it! So glad we chose these caring professionals

Awesome! Can't say enough praises for Pinnacle. They did a great job. They were fast. I had my whole roof replaced. I barely even knew they were here most of the time. They left the area around my house cleaner than when they got here. Quality work. Excellent customer care. Booking and getting an estimate was easy and fast. They actually call you back unlike some companies that call back a week later then insult you because you chose another company that did call back. They were recommened to my by a developer and their service was as wonderful for my little job as it is for large projects. They might not be the cheapest, but the higher cost was totally worth it. A roof over your head is not something to pinch pennies on. They were professional, respectful of my property and privacy.

These guys are awesome . Had a leak around my skylight . Ben came out in terrible weather and identified the issue with the metal flashing. Came back with all new metal made up ready to install, had to clear 12" of snow off the roof before he could even see the sklight. Carried out a great repair and was very professional. Would highly recommend this company.

I called several roofing companies to try and obtain a quote for some roofing repairs. What an experience! One company wanted to send two guys to my home and charge me $250.00 dollars to generate a quote. Asked if they were awarded the job if the $250.00 would be credited to the total. NO. Another roofing company would not return my calls and when finally did he said he was swamped and would get back to me soon. He never did.
Pinnacle Roofing should have been my first call. Aaron, Max, John, and Ben are great. This company communicates well and does exactly what they say they are going to do and when. They are professional and sincere. Ben and John who did the repairs were engaging and explained the repair process. In my mind Ben did the repair to a high standard treating it like it was his own home. You would never know they were here. Their cleanup was impressive. Thank you to Aaron for making this process go quickly from start to finish. No wonder this company is number one rated. Any opportunity I get I will recommend this company to others and hopefully save them the stress of dealing with other roofing companies.
