Pinnacle Roofing - Richmond, KY

I would go a far as NO stars due to the service we have receive. they do NOT stand behind there work. we had them install a new roof with upgraded ridge cap in May 2025. with that said as the time got a little bit hotter during the daytime, the ridge vent was not working properly and allowing the heat to escape the attic. We made this known to the sales rep Spencer who said they would correct the issue and install 6 to 8 vent boxes to go along with the ridge vent. The next day as I was at work they showed up and removed the ridge vent and installed 5 vent boxes, and that is not what we had agreed on. when I got home that late afternoon I found what they had done so I decided to look in the attic and see why it was still so hot. Now mind you with the old roof we never had any issues with heat and not being able to cool our house. When I climbed into the attic, I noticed the box vents were installed correctly on the outside of the roof but the holes that they cut in the roof to release the heat for a 10 inch box vent. One of the holes was 4 1/2 in for a 10 inch round vent. Two of the other holes were about 2 1/2“ for a 10 inch vent. I’m sure you get where I’m going with this. I don’t need to continue with the other holes. So I called the seeing how the rep would no longer answer my text messages. I was told the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone the owner and see what they could do to get the holes to the correct size so that my addict would vent the heat out of the house. But to my astonishment I was called back and told that everything on the outside of the house per pictures looked to be correct and that they would schedule for a third-party from GAF to come out and look and make sure that it was done properly on the outside. When I asked how long that would take, he said he did not know they would be in touch. So here we are $15,000 out of our pocket and into theirs with a roof that is not vented properly and is retaining all the heat inside our house to where our air conditioner can’t keep up. We’ve had our AC company Jarbo’s come out and look three times and all three times they’ve said the same thing. Your addict is not venting the hot air out it’s releasing it down into the house and at one point one of them told me to raise my hand up and touch the ceiling and what did I feel you guessed it a hot ceiling. So with my rant being said, we have still not had our roof to where we are going to have to hire another to come out and install our box vents correctly just to get some relief from the heat before it really gets hot. So please do your research and don’t fall for their sales pitch that they stand behind their installation because they’ll pawn it off on GAF and say they need to have a third-party come out and look at it. As my personal opinion and several other people that live on my street, we will never use this company again nor will I ever refer this company to anybody not even my worst Enemy !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Josh came out to take a look at some leaking that I was experiencing in my garage that appeared to be coming from the bottom of the wall. He was able to identify the problem and fix it with a single piece of flashing in no time. Great service!

They came out and looked at my roof. Seemed friendly enough and checked all the boxes. Once I contacted my insurance and the adjuster came out they said they couldn’t make it out for the adjuster which is fine. However they called back about 2 weeks later apologized for the inconvenience said they would stop by and look at the roof again to see what can be done. They did do that and then never contacted me again. It just seems like if they can’t get the most out of your insurance they are unwilling to help.

Kudos to Josh Cantrell at Pinnacle. After recent storms I noticed water stains in the laundry room where a vent from the water heater went out thru the roof. He came out that same day and and discovered the problem. He sealed the vent up where the winds had separated it and inspected the roof to assure me of no other problems all free of charge. Will recommend Pinnacle to everyone I know

We called Pinnacle regarding a leak we had on the roof around our chimney. We had a person come out rather quickly and he immediately determined what was wrong. He left that day and said he would send us a quote for the repair. Almost a week went by and no quote. Called the roofer, he said he was having internet issues and we would have a quote by 4 that day. Weeks later and we have never heard back from them. Very disappointing!

We were impressed with Josh the first time we met him. When we got the go ahead for the new roof, we knew we would be in great hands with Josh. He gave an excellent presentation and presented us with options and answered all our questions. Thank you to Josh and Pinnacle. Looking forward to our new roof.

Another roofer pointed out some potential issues with the new roof we got last year. Roman came the next day, got on the roof, checked the part of the roof that we were concerned about, and answered our questions. Good customer service!

Roman came out during a rain/windstorm and tacked down the shingles to prevent leaks and further damage. He returned later to advocate for me as the homeowner with the insurance inspector. He has explained the process and has been highly professional. I’m so impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Well done to pinnacle roofing for having such intelligent and dedicated individuals.

We had such great service and support with our new roof from Alexis at Pinnacle. She helped us from start to finish, including helping us with insurance. The crew who did the install was great, too. The roof was done in a day and everything was cleaned up when they finished. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a water stain appear in our ceiling and called these great guys out to see where the leak came from. They found a shingle loose and sealed it without charge. I couldn't believe the service they gave. It just seemed like the world was right side up again.

We lost numerous shingles during hurricane Helene and after contacting our insurance carrier I called Pinnacle Roofing to have them inspect our roof. Pinnacle response was immediate and they made an emergency repair and walked us through the process of filing our claim. After the insurance adjuster determined we needed a new roof we called Pinnacle for their estimate. Pinnacle reviewed the insurance estimate for completeness and when we got our initial insurance check Pinnacle came out and installed our new roof. They had our new roof installed in less than a day and did an awesome job. The crew was thorough and very respectful of our house. Roman and team did a great job with getting our roof replaced at a rental home. We had worked with Roman when the roof on our home was damaged, so I called him for the roof on our rental home. He responded immediately and the team had the roof completed very quickly. Pinnacle Roofing does a great job and Roman's customer service is always great!

I cannot recommend this roofing company enough. Dylan McMaine was the individual from this company that my husband and I dealt with and I must say that he is one of the most honest and upstanding contractors that we have ever worked with. He did his due diligence to explain the entire roofing process to us, helped us figure out how to deal with our insurance company and went out of his way to accommodate us and our home. When they replaced our roof, my father in law went over to our house to inspect our yard to make sure they hadn’t left a mess (as some roofing companies can do) and he said he didn’t find one single nail on our property, landscaping, etc. that it looked like nobody had even been there working on our house. If anyone is looking for a roofing job to be done in the Madison county area we would 10/10 recommend Pinnacle roofing.

Wasted my time. I asked for them to assess the damage of my roof (a few shingles were displaced). The owner came out and said I should contact my insurance company about getting the whole roof replaced. So I did. The process took weeks. Meanwhile the shingles were flapping on my roof waking me up in the middle of the night.

The insurance company came out to assess the damage. I asked the owner of Pinnacle Roofing to give me an itemized estimate for fixing my roof. He insisted on seeing what the insurance company sent to me. I didn't want to send it to him. He was on my roof before the adjuster came out and he should be able to tell me how much it would cost to repair the roof. Again, he PRESSED ME for the adjuster's assessment (and I have the texts to prove it). I asked him (again) to give me an itemized estimate.

His estimate was to "remove and replace shingles around the roof" (so NOT an itemized estimate) was for $2340!!! The insurance adjuster estimated the damage at $350!

This company completely wasted my time. Unless you are completely sure you need your entire roof replaced, I would look elsewhere for help.

Pinnacle Roofing is amazing! I called them for an out of pocket quote after I was denied by my insurance for a full Roof. Alexis fought for months with them and eventually got it fully replaced by insurance. She stayed on top everything through the process and kept me updated. This has been an incredible experience and the install was very quick and I love the new color! I have referred my neighbors to Pinnacle and would highly recommend to everyone else.

My insurance company had an inspector that initially denied we had hail damage. Thanks to Pinnacle Roofing’s sales rep,
Alexis Morrissette, she proved to my company and to their 2nd independent inspector that we did have significant hail damage. The crew that installed oour new roof did an excellent job. Due to an early morning rain, they were not able to start until 10 am but Pinnacle sent so many people they still completely finished by 5 pm with total cleanup! Even though there was a crew supervisor present, Alexis was also there much of the day. I highly recommend her and Pinnacle.

Great roofing company! Joey and Josh were amazing to work with. I had hail damage and leaks inside my home. They were quickly able to get a new roof on and finished it in half a day with zero issues. Pinnacle roofing did a great job in replacing the roof on my house and garage. It was a large project with the slopes and size of the house roof and a large garage roof.
