I am so glad I chose Pinnacle Roofing-Georgetown over other businesses. The communication was excellent from the first visit through the entire restoration of our beautiful, new roof. The workers did a fantastic job and left no mess. I was also pleasantly surprised at their awesome warranty options. We chose the Golden Pledge and now have the security of knowing we are protected for a long time. Thanks, Jayson!

Pinnacle roofing has first class customer service, they quickly set up an appointment to help diagnose my issue and were at my home within twenty four hours. If it weren’t for the uncooperative weather I can safely say that I think the service would have been same day. Ian Johnston came out and spent over an hour on the roof diagnosing potential issues. Extremely thorough and personable. Great service all around.

Pinnacle Roofing is phenomenal! Jayson is an excellent advocate for their business and wasn’t playing any games when we talked about the plan! They worked quickly and efficiently and had the job done within 10 hours even after having to acquire more materials all the way in Richmond! They even worked with our insurance company and made sure everything was covered. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing!

Pinnacle Roofing is on top of their game. Pinnacle sent Ian Johnston out and he immediately identified a leak that two previous roofing companies could not find. I know a new roof is coming in the near future and I feel I have found the group that makes me feel assured that I am in good hands. I now have Ian's cell phone number in my phone for all my roofing needs. This guy knows his stuff.

Ian Johnston and the Pinnacle crew were amazing. The estimate was right on the money, they worked closely with my insurance company and had the whole job done in less than a day. On top of the great looking roof, they did a phenomenal clean up job and you can't even tell they were here. I highly recommend Pinnacle roofing.
