This place is very lazy for picking up loads I come here at 1pm they give me a dock and it’s 8pm and still at the dock . Please don’t book a truck if the product is not ready . Stage your product be on schedule we are humans not Animals. My advice to drivers call them and ask them if the load is ready .

Depending on what you have they send you to different locations. I picked up out of Laurel,MS. Coming from the south use US-400 to CENTENNIAL DR to S ROUSE ST. to E JEFFERSON. turn right where the sign is. If you get sent to the back of building door 9 or 10 it is at a blind side. If you’re the type that does tight u turns go for it. Someone will come get your paperwork and bring it back. Usually 1hr unload

Park in spot, go to office to check in, somebody will come to you for dock assignment, when done they bring you papers outside, you can come earlier but they go by appointment and no overnight parking everything is gated

These guys are top notch at customer service!!! I purchased a home 10 years ago, and someone, prior to me, over tightened the trim ring on my exterior door side glass. Over the course of the years, the caulking got weak and started to leak air. This past winter it got bad for drafting, I finally looked into it today. The installer had over tightened and broke off a few of the screw retainers. I called the company and talked with customer service ( Lisa) and she was more than happy to get me the parts in the mail immediately! That is customer service that we just don’t find everyday anymore!!! Masonite definitely treated me great and she was very courteous to talk to and very helpful! Thank You Lisa!!!!

Very nice people. However, showed up at 10am and was told the order wasn’t ready. Checked again at 1PM, still not ready. I was told Id be lucky to be in a door by 4:30pm. The load was booked 2 days in advance. Might be an off day but I wont be back.

Limited parking. Evening appointments for pickups. Get there early the staff is awesome and will work you in. Call ahead.

I give them 4 stars because I'm new to them but what I've seen and experienced is 4 stars. I'm sure in time after being here a while, I will give them 5 stars. These people are nice and professional. You can't wrong with this company

Brought bulk liquid, offloaded in less then 1 hr. Great group of guys here, straight to the point hard working people. 10⭐

Bought two doors with integral mini blinds. The whole plugs got lost somewhere along the way. Called customer service and they were very helpful and (believe it it not) in the good old USA! Got the replacements within a couple days. Thanks Masonite!!
