SDM is absolutely the most professional company with great quality service. Paul is amazing. He will treat you like family and his employees are very professional and I want to thank them for the work I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I have used SDM Plumbing several times. They have replaced two water heaters and have done small jobs. Always prompt, great service. I will always use them.

Called and set up an appointment to replace my main sewer line. They were very quick to come out and give me an estimate that was way cheaper than other estimates that I had gotten and very friendly. Scheduled appointment to get it fixed, no call and no show. Called and scheduled again, this time they showed up and worked quickly. They had to leave to go fix an emergency break elsewhere which I understood and was okay with. They did not finish the job but assured me they would be back to finish the job. After a few days went by without them showing back up, I called to get back on their schedule to finish the job, no call and no show 3 more times that I scheduled over and over. Ended up having to call another plumber to come finish the job that they started and cleaned up the mess that they left in my yard on my own. This is super frustrating as a paying customer. 2 months later and still no phone call or follow up from them on the job they did not complete, I received a bill. I called to make sure the bill was only for the part they actually did. The lady assured me they were only charging me for what they completed, acknowledging that they never finished the job. Still no reason, explanation, or apology from her at this time even after acknowledging they ghosted me with half my yard still dug up. This is horrible customer service in any industry and unbelievably frustrating as a paying customer.

Overall, ended up costing me more because of having to hire another company to finish their job, and not a single phone call or reason given for not showing back up to finish the job. They are cheaper than most, just hope you’re luckier than me and they show up to actually finish the job.

Called them to fix a compacted kitchen drain, they arrived earlier that previously expected and got to work immediately. These plumbers worked the entire time they were at the site and did not in any way laze about. They were super informative and actually found an issue and fixed it. This was an extremely welcome surprise as I have used other area contractors and had the opposite service. Also when they were finished instead of just leaving cleaned everything up, overall incredibly polite and professional guys.

Leroy accomplished the (electric hog) disposal installation as expected very promptly. Brandy communicated with us well. I would recommend this business to friends.

Best Plumbers in the Pittsburg area, bar none. This is an honest company that does everything they can to serve the customer, which is rare in today’s world. They also are extremely fast in getting to the problem, and they are priced fair as well. We own multiple houses in the Pittsburg area and they have worked on our projects many times and I just can’t say enough good things about this company. All the way from the ownership down. Great people to work with.

I had an emergency with a leaking water heater. They called me back around 8:30 in the evening. They were there the next day. I so appreciate them responding so quickly. Other places I called never even responded.

I've been using Paul, and Sewers Drains & More for almost 20 years. From a complete re-plumbing of my last house, fixing my water heater after the house got hit by lightning, to replacing a ruptured water line and fixing a drain issue, Paul's been more than fair in his charges for excellent work.

They have been to my place twice. For different issues. They are fair in their price and they are polite. They accept credit cards and cash and check. They are a lot better than CDL.

I have always been pleased with this company until last week. I called on Wednesday about a simple drain clog and was told someone would come either Thursday afternoon or Friday.
Its now Monday and no one ever called or came. Please fulfill your promise guys!

This is a follow up to the review above. They did take care of my issue as soon as they could and they have since solved a few more issues for me since that time in a timely manner, including a water main leak. That job turned out to be about $500 less than estimated, so that was nice. So I am revising my original rating up to a 4. My only suggestion, in response to his response about being down with the flu, is to have one of your guys call customers on your waiting list to let them know why there is a delay. I believe most folks would understand especially if its due to uncontrollable circumstances, and would appreciate being informed. Please accept this as constructive criticism and not as negative feedback. You guys are still my go-to plumbers!

We've used SDM Plumbing for years when plumbing issues arise with properties we manage and have always been very satisfied.

We had a waterline break in our front yard last Sunday. Water everywhere. Never a good thing. Luckily it was confined to the front yard and not the basement. I called Paul Keys of Sewers, Drains, and More and he came out that same day to give me an estimate. Told me what he had to do, when he could do it, and roughly how much it would cost. He was here on Tuesday morning around 9 am. Got to work and had it done before 1:30 in the afternoon. Yay!!! Highly professional. Very personable. His workers were very conscious of tracking mud in the house. Two thumbs up in my book. Highly recommended.

They fixed the leak in my yard, and after the soil dried, they came back to clean up the yard, and flatten it. They do a great job!
