Special thanks to Mr. Austin Dodson, Senior Project Consultant and Team Lead, who guided me through the entire process with great care and professionalism. I also want to thank Jackie, the Project Manager—she’s truly wonderful! She kept me updated multiple times throughout the project and made sure everything was on track.
Last but not least, a big shoutout to the hardworking crew who did an excellent job. I truly appreciate everyone’s effort!

The roofers and crew were great. Certain members of billing and finance should be fired. I was told I would only be responsible for the deductible and would not have to do anything after install. They harassed my insurance company, and I had to then contact insurance multiple times. The result: they say I owe them a balance, even though I should have been sent a credit. Please contact me via email and I will tell you what happened.

MLM replaced my roof last summer after a hail storm. They were quick to get there and get it done. They made a good job of it. A month ago I saw a piece of j channel coming loose i contacted my salesman and got in touch with Mike Twining there service manager. He called me and setup a time to have it fixed. He sent there siding crew out they took care of it took video. Problem solved.

I cannot tell you how exhausting it is to have these people knock on my door, several times a week, offering roof repairs. If I needed roof repairs, I would seek assistance myself! That’s what the internet is for! I am tired of MLM solicitors WHO HAVE A BLATANT DISREGARD FOR PRIVACY, AND RING MY DOORBELL MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY! Is there a list or something I can put my address on to make sure you people never come to my door again?

I was skeptical at first because thats just my nature but I will say that the folks at MLM really surprised me with their customer service, supportive attitudes, and knowledge of the process. The team that did the work was fast and efficient and they gave us a brand new roof in no time. They showed at 7am and were done by 5pm and it looked great! Our project manager, Jackie, was very open and honest and a breath of fresh air.

From the moment we first inquired, Alexander Cabrera, our sales representative, was a standout. One of their sales folks came by my place, wouldn’t stop knocking, which interrupted a work meeting, then cussed in front of my kids twice within 30 seconds of me opening the door. After I asked him to leave, he refused to leave my porch, so I told him I would call the cops if he didn’t stop. Only then did he finally leave.

Wildest interaction I’ve ever had with a sales person.

If MLM Is Reaching Out to You About a “Free Roof Through Insurance” — Read This First

I was approached by MLM Home Improvement with what seemed like a too-good-to-be-true offer: that my roof was in bad enough condition that insurance would almost certainly approve a full replacement, and that I would only need to pay the deductible. I was told they’d handled “hundreds” of similar cases and that I had “nothing to lose” by filing a claim.

That framing turned out to be misleading and irresponsible.

My insurance did not approve a full replacement, they said my roof is still in decent condition — only minor repairs ( 4-5 loose shingles < $800 worth). But no one at MLM ever explained that if you don’t complete those repairs, it could affect your ability to file a future claim or get full coverage. Insurance may refuse to cover the same damage again or deduct the previous approval from any future payout. That’s a material risk — and not once was it explained before filing the claim.

I only learned this after the fact, when I was already stuck in a gray area — no full roof replacement, and potential exposure if future damage occurs.

To make matters worse, MLM appears to be disorganized and poorly managed internally. I had originally been working with a particular rep last year, who advised me not to file a claim because he felt it won't be approved because the roof was still in a decent condition — and I respected his honesty. But a year later, another MLM team member contacted me to re-engage and push the process forward. I explicitly told them I had been working with a different rep, and they told me it was the same team and that it was now a good time to try again. Apparently this rep is no longer with the company now.

The first rep contacted me later and told me he had no idea I had been re-engaged — which clearly shows that their team isn’t aligned internally. As a customer, that’s unacceptable. I was left in the middle, misinformed, and unsupported.

Let me be clear:
• I’m not upset that the roof wasn’t approved — that’s up to the insurance company.
• I am upset that MLM pitched this as a zero-risk process with no transparency about the potential consequences.
• I am frustrated that their internal communication is so poor that different reps are unknowingly managing the same customer without coordination.

If MLM is contacting you about a “free roof” — ask detailed questions. What happens if only minor repairs are approved? Will you be left in limbo? What are your responsibilities? Don’t rely on their sales pitch. The real costs may come later — in the form of denied or reduced future claims.

I won’t be working with MLM again, and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

Very professional. The installers were great they did a great job putting on the roof and cleaning up afterwards. They were in and out in one day.

Mike Twining was very responsive in providing a temporary fix for my leaking skylights and in setting up appointments for replacements. I was extremely pleased with his quick response.

It was a good experience with MLM home improvement, Nicholas really put lots of effort to make things smother for me and for insurance company and Fe Buendia was a great help for my payment process and thank you for everyone behind the scenes and the workers who went up for roof replacement too

Our project manager, Jackie Noyes showed up first thing in the morning to let me know the plan for the day. She was very professional. We did a walk down after the crew was complete and she made sure everything was picked up and cleaned before they left. Great job. Roof looks great lots of positive comments from the neighbors.

Mike Twining (MLM Service Department) provided excellent support to us after we reported issues with our roofing installation. He immediately sent an inspector to our home and scheduled our repairs. Throughout the process, he kept us informed of all ongoing activities. Once the repairs were completed, he coordinated with us to ensure we were satisfied with the work.

Great experience with MLM. Very professional. They installed a new roof and gutters on my house. They cleaned up afterwards better than I expected, I didn't find any nails or any other debri anywhere in my yard when they were done. Excellent job! Very pleased, I highly recommend MLM.

The real test is how they are handled. Michael’s professionalism, responsiveness and focus on customer satisfaction was exemplary. Great work on my roof. Ricardo was great in helping me with the prework process of working with my insurer. The project manager Jackie was very helpful and continuously monitored the progress of the work which was completed within a day. The working crew was very efficient and did an excellent job. I love working with the MLM staff. A tree fell on my house and MLM went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met through the entire process. So far I have had 2 roofs replaced by MLM and I have zero complaints. They are very willing to work with you through all of the steps involved. This time Jackie was my project manager. She did a wonderful job staying in contact with me and answering any of my questions about the job and even materials. It was a pleasure working with her and everyone involved. Superior workmanship from all crews and staff involved in this venture! Omg where should I start this company is the best company I ever had to work with. My roof was horrible they worked so hard to the roof approved by the insurance company to get replaced. My sales representative Scott McArdle walked us through everything step by step and talked with the insurance company.

We used MLM for our roof . The project manager Jackie leads the crew. They did fabulous jobs , nice & clean. Jackie was attentive, very responsive and knowledgeable. She is the best.

Overall a good roofing job by MLM. One small issue where a utility connection box attached to the side of the house was broken. No interruption in service, just needed to be fixed.

The new roof looks great, the crew was efficient and cleaned up well. Would hire them for another job.

Update: Mike scheduled his service crew, they arrived today and fixed the utility box support bracket. Thanks for the follow up.

Going through this process was not easy. My Insurance company was difficult to deal with. MLM was there for us all the time. First we we want to Thank Marcello Acuna (MLM project manager). I had wonderful and very professional help from first Jeff Yearsley, then from Rich Flamini. The roof crew did an efficient and excellent job - I know, I was a roofer.

We had the option of using lower priced contractors, but the care and service Keith Collins provided was leaps and bounds beyond the others with whom we interacted. He was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, kind, and extraordinarily helpful. As a result of our interactions with him, we chose MLM to work on our roof. Ivy did a fantastic job setting up our installation date and sharing everything we needed to know. Our project manager, Robby Salas, led a team that did fabulous work. It was quick and the cleanup was extraordinary. We also appreciated the time Robby took to answer our follow-up questions. We were so pleased with the service that was provided from beginning to end and we are happy with our beautiful new roof. I would highly recommend MLM. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Saved me about $17,000.00 on my replacement roof and did a excellent job. Scott went hours out of his way a few times to see that he took care of me and met criteria of my insurance company that wasn't cooperating. Then the office staff helped greatly as we tackled the HOA requirements . Communication was right on time with Scott and of course the office staff at MLM jumped through hoops to assist me . Great company with great people at all levels within ...they go above and beyond expectations.

Jackie my project manager was very efficient and professional showed care with my roof. I didn’t just feel like I was another customer I felt like she acted as if it was her home, great communication throughout the whole process I would definitely recommend her.

I had a relatively good experience. I am grateful to Kevin and Jackie for their help. They did a good job on the roof and made sure everything got taken care of.

My only reluctance with this company is that all of the employees seem to have been trained to engage in aggressive sales and persuasion tactics. I generally don't respond well to that kind of thing, and it made several of my interactions difficult and stressful. I would suggest to MLM management that they cease whatever incentives programs and trainings that cause such boiler-room tactics. I, at least, found it exhausting. Thanks.
