My mother had damaged caused by wind, heavy Rain and tree branches, and we reached out MLM Home Improvement and got contacted with Bradley Cardoza Roof Inspector. From the first time we meet Mr. Cardoza we just felt that he had the professionalism, skills, and knowledge to help guide us through this hard times with the Insurance. From the beginning of my Mother’s roof inspection to the Last Shingle Installed Mr. Cardoza was very kind, professional, and very knowledgeable in his field. We could have never done my mother’s roof without Mr. Bradley Cadoza.

They did a very good job replacing my roof. Chris and Javior were great! Brian was very helpful from start to finish. Awesome team!

Finally had my new roof installed today. What an incredible upgrade to the look of my house. Project Manager Chris Gill and his install team showed the upmost professionalism, arriving on time, setting up tarps and protective measures around the perimeter and going above and beyond to make sure they left things as good, if not better than they found them. I am extremely happy with the results. MLM has been great to work with from the sales team member Brian all the way through the install team and I would (and have) highly recommend them to anyone for their project needs.

I wasn't really thinking about my roof until MLM knocked at the door. Once their agent, Brian went over the whole process with me, I gave them a shot. I was surprised how much damage was actually identified during his inspection. From there, Brian took up the fight with my insurance company and was able to get the full roof and all my gutters replaced without much fuss. The process was totally painless and has the benefit of protecting my home for years to come.

MLM home improvement is a scam. They sub out to the lowest bid. They don't provide proper safety equipment for sales reps. Much more reputable companies in CT!! Do your homework and always get three bids.Has you can see below one of the owners asked to hear from me. I sent her an email with my information, " If you're truly concerned about the safety of your employees; harness and fall protection". I emailed my information has she didn't reach back to me Matter of fact she deleted her post.. Her response was all for show! This company has very little regard for the safety of its employees . Always get three quotes has MLM home improvement subs out 100% of their work. They Sub out to the lowest bid or to Chuck with a truck! Stay away from the sham of a company!!

This was a great experience to get a new roof and James walked me through the process step by step. I didn't realize how old or damaged my roof was from weather and they provided options along with gutters that was on my to do list as well. James was flexible and available by phone to answer all my questions. Highly recommended!

MLM has made the process of getting a new roof (and reattaching my downspouts) with the help of my homeowners' insurance simple and stress-free. Rich and the management have gone above and beyond to advocate on my behalf to adjusters while maintaining an infectiously positive attitude.
You will not find another contractor that values their customers as highly as MLM does. I am very grateful to have a company like this in Connecticut.
