Chris Monaco were nothing short of spectacular when the roof installation was performed. Chris checked with me numerous times each day and also performed job visits. His install team was safe, hardworking, considerate and kept the construction area neat and organized.
Anthony Alexander was extremely thorough, hard working as the expert on my side when dealing with the insurance company. His willingness to answer any question and his communication skills are to be commended.

The crew and support staff were excellent, efficient, and extremely clean in their operations. My roof was completely replaced in a day and the gutters in just a few hours the following day. If I was not home you would have never known a crew had been there as the work area was cleaned up so well. I would highly recommend MLM for any home improvement.

I would give them 0 star if i could . They installed new roof and it’s leaking on the front stone due to a gap between the diverter and front stone additionally the starter shingle installed curved leading water to the stone. The service department told me that they are discussing for options and after 2 weeks got the answer “sorry we can’t do anything” . Waste money and time I wish didn’t trust them. They send a “ project Manger” to put a big ugly lump of glue in an attempt to fix I could get a handyman for $50 would have done a better job .

Chris Monaco was the project mgr for my siding installation job. He was attentive and helped iron out some miscommunication issues to get the job done. I’m happy with the finished result.

I'm so impressed by the project manager Mr Chris Monaco of MLM and his 7 members team of roofers, materials arrived a day before as it was promised they had everything when his team came next morning on time.Mr Monaco came inspected everything including how my house and everything including my plants were professionally protected.The quality of work exceeds my expectations, I appreciate that after completing the roof installation they cleaned up the entire yard and made sure yard is free of all the debris and nails.

If you hear or see the MLM home improvement knocking on your door do not answer. They will try to collect $3500 even before a contract is signed and even if you sign a contract and cancel it within the 3 day allowance by PA law they still want to collect $3500 for planing or some non sense.

Best thing you can do is not even allow them to offer any services.

The whole process was extremely easy for us. MLM did great from start till finish!!! Chris and his crew did an amazing job. There at 6:30am and done and gone before 3pm thanks guys

My experience with MLM and my roof and gutter repair after my house sustained damage due to a wind storm was very positive. Chris Monaco and his team are complete professionals, they completed my roof replacement in one day and I can’t recommend them enough!

They worked with my insurance but only got partial payment. That was a benefit to me. Other than one lady who continually harassed me including billing me for money I did not owe, the firm seemed fine.
Everything was okay once management became aware of the issue, and management resolved it quickly for me and presumably provided training to the errant employee. In the end, I did not choose to get my roof replaced by this firm, but I have no reason to doubt that it would not have been quality work.

Chris Monaco's work crew completed our roof replacement project yesterday. They were on time and worked well together. They had to replace several deck boards and still finished the job by mid-afternoon. Everything was cleaned up and the roof looks terrific. Thanks so much!

Chris Monaco, the project supervisor did a good job of listening to my concerns, and went out of his way to make the job run as smooth as possible. The installation crew was fast and cleaned up well ,but quality was lacking. I believe clients would be better served if they would slow down and pay more attention to detail and quality.

Chris Monaco and his team went above and beyond our roof installation. They took care to move our outdoor items to a safe place, covered our exterior with tarps and then cleaned it all up and put everything back. The best part though was the level of communication from Chris. He kept me informed of the progress and plan from start to finish and even checked back in the next day to ensure we were happy!

Planning/pricing process had some bumps along the way that were frustrating, but the crew who completed the install did a fantastic job. Quick, clean, and quality.

Update a few months later: my interior ceilings all have damage from the way the workers threw the shingles on the roof! (I was in the house and it shook my lights and ceiling fans every time they threw a new batch of shingles) My kitchen and living room had just been completely redone and were in perfect condition. Now there are two cracks and several spots where the nails and now protruding through the new paint! Of course, it says they are not responsible for this damage in the contract, which is absolutely ridiculous!
Chris Monaco and his crew were punctual and efficient. They arrived exactly when they said they would and even stayed late the last day to complete the job and make sure everything was cleaned up correctly. My roof/soffit/trim and gutters were replaced and everything looks fantastic!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from MLM Home Improvement! Cody Runner from MLM inspected my roof at no cost, handled all the communication with my insurance company, and because my roof had wind and hail damage, they got me a 25-year replacement roof for only the price of my deductible. They even offered an upgrade to a 50-year roof for a very low fee, which was an amazing option.

The entire process was incredibly easy and stress-free—I just had to trust MLM Home Improvement to get the job done. Once the insurance sent the check, their amazing team of workers, led by Chris Monaco, completed the job in less than half a day. I'm extremely grateful for the excellent work they did and for all the money they saved me. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing services!

Dave Schoen - project manager for our roof replacement did an amazing job. His customer service and communication was perfect. He communicated the entire day and the next steps that we’re doing to take place. Also kudos to the roofing crew. They did an amazing job.

COMPLETE SCAM! DON’T SIGN THEIR CONTRACT! They did a terrible job installing my roof and had to send out a second crew to fix it. That crew pointed out places that the original crew damaged my siding and it was leaking water into my house. When I brought it up to the manager he said he’d only fix it if I paid them an extra $550.

The salesmen told me that when he was on my roof he could tell that all of the plywood was rotting and desperately needed to be replaced. When the crew came out to replace my roof, the foreman left me a voicemail telling me that my plywood was perfectly fine and didn’t need to be replaced. The salesmen then refused to take it off of the bill.

Then they wouldn’t stop hounding me for money (too much money) that they should’ve charged my insurance company for. They threaten to take my house (it’s in their ridiculous contract that the salesman lied to me about) if I didn’t OVERpay them immediately. I had to reach out to my insurance company to have them send them the payment they were looking for (which was hundreds of dollars less than what MLM told me I owed them).

Wildly unprofessional and it amazes me that they have so many 5 star reviews. There’s no way they’re all from actual customers.

MLM charged me 2k more than other roofing companies charged my neighbors to install a new roof. Several new roofs have been installed in my neighborhood. My neighbors all have the same style house and my HOA requires a specific shingle, so this is a direct, apples-to-apples comparison. If you want value for your money, MLM is not your company.

We had a full roof replacement completed by team leader Chris Monaco. Chris and the crew were on time, professional and efficient. We needed in and out of the house taking kids to camp and walking our dogs, and communicating our needs with the workers was easy. Chis called ahead, met me out front, did a thorough walk around to point out areas of concern he had, considering the age of our home and the tricky soffitts. He recognized that the wrong color material had been sent and gave me some time to consider which I'd prefer, assuring me that he'd get the other color out to the house in time to complete the job. Each time there was an issue, ie. boards to replace, Chris explained what it would entail. I had to step away from the house for some time and he messaged me with a question so that they could keep working. Chris returned the next morning for a post installation inspection and answered a couple questions I had. We noted a couple small areas to address with additional caulking, which he scheduled immediately.
Administratively, there was a hiccup with scheduling thru the main office, but that was rectified and satisfied. In terms of the execution of the project, we'd hire Chris and his team again.

Team lead Chris Monaco kept me updated throughout the construction and was very helpful. Was pleased with the result and happy I went through the process.

Dave Schoen and his team of guys made my roof replacement seem like a walk in the park. The guys showed up on time, and went right to work. Roof was off in less than 45 mins. They took their time cleaning up and picking every last piece of plastic up and every nail. In the end it looked like they weren’t even there and the roof looks great.

Dave Schoen and his group if guys did a 5 star performance. Six guys working on the roof all day showed a great passion for what they do. David Schoen was outstanding during our installation. He was helpful with my mom who took ill during the installation and we could leave. The job was done efficiently and everyone pleasant and professional. The even helped us with put items on the deck and that was great.
