Global Renovations LLC recently renovated our bathroom. The owner, Naveed, responded within 24 hours of my request for a quote and came out the next day. He was accessible by text throughout the process for questions and decisions about materials.

Preparation included extensive draping and masking of floors so there was no dust in the house. Naveed texted with the crew arrival time each day and the same guys worked throughout the job; no subcontractors.

They worked around unfavorable weather conditions and still finished one day earlier than projected. The work area was left spotless in spite of rain.

The results are beautiful with excellent technique; exceeded expectations. I was so pleased I recommended them to a family member who had a similar experience.

UPDATE (7/26/24)- I had Naveed come out and work on my kitchen remodel this year after having such a great experience with him last year. He gave me a great recommendation for cabinets and was communicative with what was happening. He was able to work through the problems of the work and overcome them. His team is great and picked up after themselves leaving me with little to clean up after they were done.

Naveed went above and beyond to work with me on my bathroom remodeling. He was thorough, even came in person to the site to work in spite of his recent surgery. Global Renovations did an amazing job with our basement renovation! We originally just wanted to get rid of some ugly carpet and replace it with vinyl floors, but after some water damage and installation of a new pump and drainage system, we needed wall repair as well. Naveed came up with an imaginative and cost-effective solution that saved us from having to demo the entire wall, which in the end looked great!

Naveed and his team really went above and beyond with this job. He met with us on the weekend to go over flooring samples. He allowed us to pick a certain type of paint (no VOC) and framed out our electrical panel at no additional cost. Most contractors will nickel-and-dime you for every little thing, but not Global Renovations.

In the end, they had installed all new flooring, new stairs, added new drywall, painted the entire walls, and added trim. We couldn’t be happier with the result, and at a cost that didn’t break the bank. Global Renovations will be my first and only call for any future home projects!

We completed our 2nd project with Global Renovations LLC. We had our master bedroom shower remodeled. As you can see from the attached pictures, the work was excellent. It was well done, with great quality, and was done in a timely manner. We also renovated our powder room with the same quality work. The owner monitors the work himself and works the project based on schedule. Pricing is fair, and we will be working with this company for future projects. November 2023.

We worked with global renovations on a recent kitchen remodel. Working with their team was easy and affordable. They went beyond our expectations in many ways, by suggesting affordable materials, finding us beautiful and affordable countertop options, and working on weekends and a holiday to ensure quick completion of the project. We had issues with Lowe's supplying damaged cabinets and flooring but they identified the problems quickly and helped us replace the items. They were very respectful in our home and communicative throughout the process. I will definitely work with them for future home improvement projects.

I tried to remove the wallpaper in the kitchen and made a grand mess out of it, and in the process damaged the existing wall. I called in Naveed based on his excellent reviews and he efficiently removed the wallpaper without any damage to the wall, re-did the mud work and painted the entire kitchen in a few days with extremely reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Naveed for anyone.

#2 Subject: Install door in the basement, electrical and Cut Tree in the back yard

Second time using Naveed’s expertise.
Job 1: He did the framing, installing a brand new door in the basement from scratch. Previously there was no framing/door etc. Naveed completed all of the framing, required mud work, installing the door and painting the area in just a few days. I was extremely pleased with the work. Having this door was a major thing in my to-do list of things.

Job 2: I need to cut a very small tree in my back yard. Naveed assisted me in cutting the tree at a very reasonable price. I was able to save a lot of money and time.

#3 Subject: Replace bathroom faucets and plumbing in bathrooms.

Third time using Naveed’s services. I needed to replace a few faucets in couple of the bathrooms as there were constant leaks. Naveed did a great job in advising me on what types of faucets to buy (saving me a lot of money) and replacing the necessary faucets in super quick time. He also attended to plumbing work in one of the bathroom to replace a piece to stop leakage. As always his charges were extremely reasonable and his work was quick.
