I had an Excellent experience with MLM Roofing. My sales person was Mike McCray and my scheduling manager was Mike Twining. Both Mike and Mike handled there perspective jobs professionally. They were always reachable when I had a question or concern. I was very pleased with the quality of work and craftsmanship. Mike Twining sent two of his repairman to address a concern of mine. These men were very prompt and thorough. Seeing I was handicapped they went above and beyond. I can no longer climb a ladder so they blew the leaves off the top of my rain gutters. Both of these repairman were very capable and friendly. I would definitely recommend MLM to any homeowner needing a new roof or a repair.

Inspector came and looked at the roof wasted my time for six weeks. Spoke to my insurance company never did anything and after six weeks no one‘s picking up the phone replying calls and I’m in a limbo, so don’t ever let these people in your house to do anything.

Josh at MLM Home Improvement handled our roof replacement with professionalism and care. MLM provided much appreciate support each step of the way after our roof suffered damage from a recent wind storm. We have a new roof in just six weeks time. I ran into Josh while I was taking a walk with my dogs. He gave me a free exterior inspection and a great price for a brand new black gutters. I would highly recommend.

I've called and told them to remove my address from their sales people, told the sales people in person to stop coming, and put a no soliciting sign on my actual door. Today I still had someone ring the bell from this company. If they can't listen to a simple request told three different ways, I doubt they perform good services when they actually have your money.

Great experience working with Mike McCray. He evaluated and explained the whole process in a way that was easy for me to understand. Stayed in communication with me every step of the way and even followed up after the work was completed. Prices were reasonable and I’ve gotten many compliments on the new roof and gutters. Work was completed in just one day, his team was great!

Awesome experience with MLM! Michael M. my rep was very informative, very knowledgeable and made the process a breeze. The claim got approved through my home owners insurance and my out of pocket expense was little. The install was on time, they wasted no time once the tear off of old materials happened and before I knew it a new roof was shining in the sun !! . Gutters and downspouts were also something I had done extra and that team was very good as well. Overall I had a very good experience and would recommend MLM anytime for quality workmanship.

MLM did a great job. Roof is beautiful. Everyone was responsive, and attentive, including office staff/schedulers and managers,, Mary and Scott, and sales rep, Jevone. Special thanks to on site manager/crew chief, Savio Stuart, who responded to questions in a timely manager and explained the construction process for the day. The entire company was professional and made the process very accommodating with respect to scheduling and insurance claim.

MLM Home Improvement replaced my roof. I had the pleasure of working with Michael McCray. He treated my claim and home as if it were his own. He fought tooth and nail with my insurance company to get the claim settled. He has excellent customer service and treats all his clients as priorities. I have heard other roofing companies offer services, fast talk, trash talk and the end jobs were shabby. MLM backs up the hoopla with quality results and action! My neighbors are admiring the work and noticed the difference in other roofing companies and MLM. The workers were quick, efficient and cleaned up throughly afterwards! Great experience with MLM! Michael our rep was easy going, very knowledgeable and made the process simple. Our claim got approved through home owners insurance and our out of pocket was minimal. I’m very skeptical of trusting companies in doing home projects. MLM Roofing came knocking at my door to see if I would be interested in getting my roof fixed. The guy said just let us give you an estimate. So I did. Michael McCray came to my house and talked to me and I was up front with him how I feel about dealing with people who want to work on my house because I don’t trust businesses cause of being burned before. He talked to me and told me I could trust him. I told him I am a Christian and I am telling him the way I feel and he told me he was a Christian and told me about himself and I felt at peace with him. He stayed in touch with me through the whole process and didn’t let me down! The project is done and he’s still in touch with me making sure everything is going well. Ask for Michael McCray to walk you through the process and you won’t be sorry. He knows what he is doing and he’s very pleasant and has a great attitude.

The people knocking door to door for this company went across the street and found dirty shingles and decided to throw it on my steps with a paper saying how our house needed a roof. I had a sign on my door saying roofers we dont want a new roof please do not knock, because we rent this house and don't want to waste their time, i guess it made them upset. It was all on my doorbell camera. I called to let the company know and never heard back. I actually managed a service company and can tell you if ur trying to drum up business by knocking door to door u sure as hell don't throw trash on a step expecting them to call and spend their money with that type of company. Word of mouth is one of the best ways to get free advertising.......or it can be one of the worst ways. U might want to train ur guys a little better if u have them knocking door to door.

This company has rung on my doorbell three times in the past few months, twice on the same day. It's an annoyance and is disrespectful. Although the reps from the company are friendly and not overtly rude, the mere fact that they're coming by this often sends up a red flag. I am iffy on door-to-door sales pitches from contractors to begin with, but coming by with this frequency is rude, especially once I've come by once and declined to get a quote. It's always suspicious how they say they are "in the neighborhood". What does this mean? How do I know they're not just driving around everywhere, blanketing all neighborhoods? The first person said my roof is aging and will need to be replaced soon. I recently had insulation and air-sealing work done and the company that was actually working under the roof said that the roof is actually in excellent shape, and only looks old because the house is shaded by trees and thus there is moss growing on the roof, and it probably won't need to be replaced for many years. Something just smells scammy or pushy about this company. If and when I get roofing work done, it will not be with this company nor will it be with any company that sells door-to-door like this.

Update: they came by a FOURTH time, when it was just my wife home. Seriously.

Recently had my roof replaced and I couldn't be happier with the end results. Javone Abraham was helpful, knowledgeable and promptly answered any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. Savio Stuart and his crew are top notch installers. I was very impressed with their workmanship and how clean the jobsite was after they were finished. I will definitely recommend MLM to friends and family.
