We received a flyer for this company via door to door salesman. First of all we live in a “no solicitation” neighborhood- so he shouldn’t have been ringing out doorbell in the first place. Second he was very rude and abrupt to my daughter that answered the door. It is not this persons place to tell my daughter what she should and shouldn’t say to a stranger when they come to our door. He was rude, abrupt and offensive. I would never do service with this company.

We had a great experience start to finish with MLM. Keith helped kick things off, but everyone we worked with through the process was very helpful and responsive. Our PM Jacqueline worked with the crew and us the week of the installation and did a great job as well. 10/10, would recommend!

Ricardo Munoz was professional patient understanding and very kind. He came he inspected. He had our whole roof replaced went through. Our insurance was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand everything step-by-step the team that came brave the cold and the wind and did a wonderful job. The job was cleaned up very professionally and the project manager Jacqueline noise kept in touch with us and explained everything to us in a timely matter very professional, I would recommend highly.

Everything from start to finish was flawless. Tj was great! He was able to work with our insurance company to get out entire roof replaced. Jackie, our project manager was also a wonderful team member to work with! The guys who worked on our roof did an effortless job and made our roof look great. I also appreciate how thoughtful they were when finished to make sure everything was cleaned up.

Joseph and team were very professional, on time, meticulously, well organized, friendly, and kept the job site clean during the entire roof replacement process. I’m impressed at how quickly they finished everything in one day. I highly recommend MLM for the job and recommend you request Joesph Spence.

Clearly the walk way to our breezeway has a "No Soliciting" sign. We have a particular reason for that sign. Tyler at MLM HI either ignored it or pays no attention to people's property when on it. I doubt he lacks reading comprehension. Yet, this is a poor reflection of MLM HI and their poor training of staff. If they will not be attentive enough to the homeowners' wishes or their surroundings, then do not bother with them at all.

First contact was that they accessed my mailbox and left literature in there which is a violation of the law. Second our subdivision in Fauquier has no solicitation signs posted through out because we do not wish to be contacted or have people randomly walking through the neighborhood accessing our property.
While the company my be rated well by better business, the fact that they do not educate their employees has me concerned about their hiring practices.

Mr. Ricardo Munoz was my first contact with MLM and he was a great help, makes the whole process very easy, smooth and fast. MLM crew just finished replacing my roof and two other neighbors at the same time, they were very impressive within 6 hours they did the three Townhouses in a very professional way and they make me and my neighbors very happy, our roofs looks great. They are highly recommended.

The company is trying to make up for a mistake they made in interpreting the roofing award and partial denial, from the insurance company, by sending me additional invoices beyond what they had agreed and promised. I keep getting invoices and emails despite already clarifying with them what their misunderstanding was. They reassured me that I was not going to be billed for their mistake. They are not honoring this agreement and are trying to shake me down to get the additional cash they want.

No complaints on the actual roofing job but I currently feel harassed by their billing department and manager even though I already paid my deductible and forwarded all awarded checks from the insurance company. Again, we had already clarified that they did not properly read the award and partial denial but still continue to send me invoices and ignored the conversations that we had. It seems like they are using this as a tactic to bully me into paying for services that insurance company had told them was not going to be covered and were not needed by code.

If you are looking for a company with good customer service, find one of the other roofing companies in Northern Virginia. In addition to my roof, they had my ceiling painted due to roof damage. The painters marked up my walls on many places when they painted the roof and now I have more damage then when I started. It has taken me multiple attempts to get a response and they deny this happened and now won't even respond to me. They have horrible customer service so do yourself a favor and find another company

Great company. Ricardo Munoz was very responsive and knowledgeable. The workers made sure that they left my house and surrounding area clean after completing their work. They had a magnet to pick up nails from the driveway to make sure they didn’t miss anything.

I have had the worst experience with MLM. Please don’t use them, I can’t get a hold of anyone to get my roof installed but they have had my deposit for almost two months. I’ve reached out to our sales person Andy Noor and he’s been non responsive, but was very persistent to get the deposit. I reached out to the scheduler Scott and can’t get a hold of him. I am getting ready to put my house on the market but due to MLM incompetence, it’s been delayed.

Couldn’t be happier with MLM installation they installed my roof. It looks beautiful. Mason was awesome to work with. Also Rich it has been a pleasure. The installers were great, put on the roof one day cleaned up all the trash and nails in the yard awesome experience. Thank you.

I had replaced my roof in March. In May, I found the siding was not secured. I called MLM representative Marco Starace. He is very responsive and took a quick action to fix the loose siding. In general, MLM costumer service is great and Marco is a golden employee.

Zack and the MLM did an outstanding job! It was a large job and it went flawlessly. Zack as the Project Manager was in constant contact, always picked up my calls, and address every concern. Truly a great experience. It was extremely reassuring with such a large project that was very complex that included installing hardy board, window casing, gutters, downspouts, soffit, gutter, guards, and more, Thank You Zack!

I had an excellent experience with MLM in Burke, Virginia. Ahmed came to my door and told me that MLM had replaced other roofs in my neighborhood because of wind and hail damage. He offered to check my roof and if he saw damage on most of the roof, he would work with my insurance company. My roof was only 9 years old, but I agreed. I researched MLM and liked the quality and variety of shingles MLM offered. Ahmed found damage, and the insurance company agreed. Ahmed worked with me along with the insurance company and guided me through the paperwork, minor changes, scheduling, and shingle selection. Kyle's crew showed up on the assigned day a little after 7 and worked hard until the last guy left at 6:20 having completed the job. Kyle checked with me throughout the day, and the crew cleaned up well. Kristin handled the billing and was responsive to my questions. She worked with me on an aspect of the bill that I thought needed to be corrected. All of them were pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient when I had questions. I really like the look of the new roof and recommend MLM highly for roof replacement.

Ricardo Munoz was my first and final contact. He was instrumental in my decision to reshingle my roof due to wind damage. He was patient, available and reliable all the way thru a process that involved insurance. He was so competent working with insurance we. He was there with the insurance adjuster on the roof. He was the best part of my experience. The roofers were competent and fast. They could have used help picking up the yard before dark at completion. The Shingles were delivered with ease quickly as in the picture.

I had a really great experience working with MLM roofing from start to finish. The initial sales person was respectful of my time and arranged for an inspection right away. Ahmed was our inspector and did a great job working with me through the inspection and selection of the new roof, what to expect and the overall process. The crew showed up really early, earlier than expected which was a challenge but they brought a lot of people to get through it as quickly as possible. Zach was our project manager and he was amazing - excellent communication and response times. We had one small issue and he was super quick on resolving it.

All in all, highly recommend MLM.

I had a wonderful experience with MLM. Very professional and tightly run organization. Everything from A to Z was perfect.

I got the new roof installed in February this year. Everything went smoothly and it was a great service until I found damaged siding after the installation. They promised that they will have a siding contractor come out and fix it. So I believed them and paid for the services I received. However, no one came to fix it. I followed up a couple of times and received responses saying that they are looking into it but my siding remains damaged today (May). I do not recommend.

I had MLM come to inspect my roof on Mon 25 April 2022, since we have had massive winds the last two months. Logan Segraves came by and explained everything he was going to do and then went and inspected my roof. While on the roof, he facetimed me to show me any damage. When he was done he came by and went through all the pictures and pretty much told me that for now all was well, and that if there are more heavy winds, he can come back and re-inspect. He found a few minor issues and his recommendation was that since it was not urgent for me to hold off on any repairs. In this day I am very wary of having people come by to give me an estimate, since most of the time the repairs are unnecessary. It is refreshing to find a company that values its potential customers and not try to create a problem/repair when one is not warranted. I will definitely recommend MLM Home Improvement for their honesty and work ethic and will use them when repairs to my roof or replacement is needed. Thank you Logan!!!

From start to finish, the entire process has been amazing!!! The company itself and the employees are really nice and professional! However, our great experience has mostly to do with Project Consultant Andy Loor! He has made the entire thing so easy to understand and was always super willing to help with any questions that we had. He would take every call and return all of our messages within the hour that anything was sent. My parents needed a full replacement but didn’t know where to start or how everything worked, and Andy was super organized and knowledgeable. This in turn made my parents feel comfortable and at ease with the process. Would 1000% recommend the company and working with Andy especially!

I had a great experience working with MLM from beginning to end. The neighborhood canvasser who knocked on my door was polite and not pushy. I was wary to work with a company from just a door to door salesman; I wanted to do some research before I committed. He kindly left a business card for me. Once I was satisfied, I called the company. Andy Loor was my project consultant. He was prompt, efficient and communicated well throughout my project. His inspection of my roof revealed that the deterioration was due to a weather related event and he encouraged me to contact my insurance company to file a claim. The claims adjuster agreed, so my out of pocket costs were minimal. When I had questions he couldn’t answer, Andy went the extra mile by calling a more senior employee during our meeting, so I could get the answer promptly and we could move forward. Andy came out during the project and followed up again afterward to ensure satisfaction.
I was so pleased with the work of MLM and my dealing with Andy Loor, that I called him directly after a ridge vent tore off the roof of my rental property during a wind event. He came right out and tarped the roof to protect the roof until the insurance inspection. Good thing, too, because it was a month before the inspection occurred. My property has been protected from the elements and further damage due to Andy’s prompt attention.

Andy and the entire MLM company was wonderful to work with before, during and after our new roof installation. Each time they said they would come by the house they were on time or early. Andy Loor came out to view my house and found storm damage. He worked with my insurance’s inspector and helped get me a new roof under my existing coverage. He made the entire process smooth. The roofing team came out and installed my roof in two days. I expressed my concern about cleanliness and not finding parts of my old roof for weeks to come prior to them starting. Their foreman Diego Vargas listened and made sure my place looked great after the crew was done. It was a great experience.

Chris and his team were top notch from start to finish and beyond. Starting with Chris and his inspection with the insurance adjuster, explaining the process and instilling confidence with his professional demeanor.
The scheduler notified us in advance of installation which supervised by Matt Cain and Kyle Procop. Amazingly quick and clean! They even addressed all concerns after the install and payments were completed. Would highly recommend!

MLM (Logan) helped me put in a request for a new roof with my insurance company and Diego Vargas who was the PM on installation was there on day 1, available with any questions I had and also did a follow up a few days later to ensure I was happy with the service. It was a great experience working with MLM.

The entire process easy and amazing. Diego Vargas kept us informed about everything he there for the install and post inspection. The crew worked so hard all day and until 8:30 pm to make sure it was completed. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend MLM- they replaced our roof recently and from start to finish they were professional, diligent and kind. From the beginning, Chase Woods advocated on our behalf and helped us navigate through our insurance, while remaining professional and courteous the entire time. The customer service was outstanding! From the beginning, he went above and beyond to ensure we felt like valued and satisfied customers. During the install, everyone was friendly and professional and the quality of work was superb. Drew David did an excellent job of following up to make sure we were satisfied with the end result.

MLM recently replaced our roof. The representative we worked with, Drew David, was very honest and professional. He worked well with our insurance company. He was able to schedule the project so it was completed before new landscaping that was being done. The crew that did the work was extremely careful and treated our property as if it were their own. They were punctual and efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up after the project. We will definitely work with Drew and MLM again when it is time for our siding to be replaced. We could not have had a better experience with this roof project.

The former owners had the roof replaced by MLM just before we closed on the property in March 2021. MLM managed to replace shingles on our neighbors’ roof while replacing ours. The shingles are a totally different color to the neighbors’ original roof so this amounts to damaging their property. Needless to say the neighbors and the HOA have issued complaints. I’ve contacted MLM 3 times and each time they have failed to return my call despite promises to the contrary. You don’t have to be a roofing contractor to know this company is a joke!
Update - 4/26 - see the reply from the company to prove my point. They installed the roof and while installing accidently replaced shingles on the neighbors' roof (see the picture linked to the review). Tried calling again today, left a message in the hope they will respond and rectify their issue...
