Just over two years ago, Liam services installed a new AC/Heating unit in our home. Just recently, we had an unusual issue where our Bosch unit was not working. Given the circumstances with our unit, Liam worked out a way to get us a better unit and it was installed last week. We appreciate the work they did to get us the new unit and we appreciated the work of Tim, Dan and crew to install the unit and to bring us temporary units to keep us cool while a fix was coming to fruition. This was at a time when it was in the high 90s. Thanks again Liam!! We more than appreciate your customer service!!

Fantastic, reliable company that goes above and beyond! I called them on a Friday night when it was raining because I found water leaking into the circuit breaker box at my parents home. Our regular electrician declined to come out and look at it, and we were uneasy about water running down the wires and puddling in the breaker box. The owner of Liam services Jeff (who is a master electrician) came out in the rain on Friday night about 9:30 PM. He checked everything out and - in the rain - put a temporary seal over the main line outside to stop the water from coming in that night. They then coordinated with Delmarva and did the full repair to the main line at a later date. So You can trust Liam will actually provide 24 hour services if you need them. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!

During the hottest week of the year, our AC started making a loud noise and giving off a burning smell. We called multiple companies that night, but no one could come out that evening—or even the next day. There was no way we could wait in that kind of heat. Thankfully, we found Liam Services, and they truly came through. They sent out Carson Simpson as their last appointment of the night. Even after a long day, Carson was super pleasant and got to work right away. He diagnosed the issue but didn’t have the part with him, so he promised to come back the next day—and he did! Carson showed up early the next morning, fixed the problem quickly, and got our AC running again—just in time to save us from the brutal heat. He also offered us three pricing options so we could pick what worked best for us. We chose the best deal and already have them scheduled to come back for a winter checkup. Just had Seth R. install 2 outlets in my living room and he was great. On time, very friendly, fast, wore booties in the house, cleaned up as he was working, and kept me informed during the entire process. Highly recommend and very satisfied!

We've worked with LIAM Services for over a year now, and are consistently impressed with their work. They are always professional, on time, and do quality work. Ever person who has been to our house has been stellar, right down to the high school votech trainee. Every time I've called into the office, the team that answers is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, too.

When our AC stopped working in July 2024, they quickly slotted us in to a cancellation. While the system was under warranty, the part was going to take over a week to get in (after calling around to see if anywhere could get it more quickly). They had someone drive out window units out the same day to keep our house livable, and then quickly fixed it once the part arrived.

In the fall, they discovered a heat exchange had a crack (and were able to directly show it to us, which gave me peace of mind). It was also under warranty, and they did a great job fixing the issue. We even had them replace our 25 year old hot water heater while they were here, because the price was in line with what we expected and it was well past due to be replaced.

We are now on a service contract, and I trust them to keep our HVAC and Electrical systems working.

Tried to get a quote for work, my working hours match their regular business hours. I am off weekends and was told it'd be an after hour emergency call

Found LIAM Services from the Lennox Web page. I called them to come to my home for a second opinion of my 14 year old Lennox Gas Furnace and central AC system.
Had another company come out, about 1 week prior, and preventative maintenance the units. The previous service company condemned the unit and began a scare and high pressure sales techniques to have me sign up for a lesser quality Furnace and AC system. I refused to do so, so as a retaliation, he turned the gas supply valve OFF without telling me or my wife.
Carson and Jenna (helper) came out and inspected the units. He performed a complete preventative maintenance and found nothing to condemn the furnace nor AC equipment. He did confirm some of the "to be done in the future" services that will be required, but nothing requiring a complete replacement nor gas shut off.
Carson was professional and easy to talk with about the process he was following and his finding. I was sufficiently impressed and comfortable enough with Carson and his service that I purchased the annual service contract, which says something as I am a retired professional field service representative, although not for HVAC equipment.

This is my 3rd time having Liam services perform a service for me and they are absolutely amazing! The prices, the response time and even more so which is most important for me, how top tier their interpersonal way of being is. They ONLY got 5 stars because that’s what’s available and I recommend them 10/10. Much respect to Jeff, the owner..he did our EV charger, shout out to Carson for the humidifier and I greatly appreciate Tim for fixing the heater, sharing his knowledge and having a phenomenal personality. Due to the reviews I read I thought this company was going to be great to do business with but I was totally wrong. The techs appear to be nice , however I have had several issues with the system I have only had two years. A piece went bad on the system and it was not heating. The night before the installation I received a text at 854 pm saying they had to reschedule my installation because other people didn’t have heat, keep in mind I didn’t either. After I said this was unacceptable I was told they would be keep my appointment for the next day but they failed to do so. (text attached) That is only one example….Most recently I was told on 02/12/25 a tech and service manager would be coming to inspect my heating system , as I am continually having a issue with cold air blowing from the system and it is time for my annual service cleaning,. As of today 02/26/25 , I have not received a call or any type of follow up regarding my system like it states on the invoice. This on going issue is truly disappointing and stressing. I hope no one has to experience what I am going through with this company.

Had Justin come out to replace a single kitchen light fixture and associated switch. He was a pleasure to talk to and did excellent work in an efficient manner and was extremely clean. Will definitely utilize his expertise again!!

I had an ongoing problem with losing power off and on in parts of my house. When it was off I'd Google for an electrician and 5 star Liam Services would continously pop up. The power would come back on and I'd procrastinate. When I finally decided to hire an electrician I gave Liam Services a call and the owner, Mr. Monhollan showed up that very day because my house was on his way home. He properly diagnosed the issue and gave me a fair price, then we scheduled my very next available date for the repair. I worried when I received a very professional text stating his time of arrival would be "between" 8am and 10am because its never on the 8am side. His crew arrived at 7:54am and they were gone by about 10:30am, during which they gave me an entirely new service from the power lines to my panel. Great blue collar company with great service and reasonable prices. Don't look for the big name companies that overcharge and make you wait all day. Their 5 star reputation is well deserved.

We've had issue after issue with our HVAC for over a year, so we called LIAM services. Carson and Tim figured out what was really wrong with it and fixed it for us. A lot had to be re-wired, but they did a great job. We'd absolutely call them again!

I had a great experience I made an emergency call last weekend and they sent Justin out to me. Justin was supposed to come at 2 he arrived at 1:30!! Fixed all my issues in not even 15 minutes he’s amazing

Woke up to no heat on Sunday morning and was referred by my friend Steve J to call Liam Services. Tim came out at about 11 am and within 30 seconds found the problem and had to order the part. The next day I called and Stephanie answered and told me they ordered the part and soon as it came in they would be out. At about 2:45 pm Tim called said he was on the way, by 3:30 pm we had heat. Tim was very knowledgeable, great personality and a pleasure to deal with. He also had his apprentice Nate with him who was learning the ropes and with Tim’s training I am sure will be a star employee also. Keep up the good work and again thank you so much for the speedy service.

Heater died the other day. Tim, Damien and Nate showed up two days later and replaced it. They were all very nice and got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the results.

We had an excellent experience with Justin! We had bought a new ceiling fan but really liked the one we had. He indicated it was probably a bad remote, went to Lowe’s and bought a new one, returned and installed it and was still done in 40 minutes. So pleased!! This is probably our third time using Liam — our go-to for electrical issues!

This is my 2nd time I have used Liam services in the last month. I have to give a big thank you to Richard Loy who came to my house to check all my electrical outlets and also my smoke detectors. We purchased a new home in 2014, and little did we know that our smoke detector in our bedroom was defective and installed without carbon dioxide monitor. I am not sure how this house passed inspection. Loy is very knowledgeable, friendly and most important my best friend, Scout the dog loves when he comes over because Loy gives him quite a bit of attention. Liam's Services is lucky to have him as employee in this generation we have today.

Tim from the New Castle office has been out of this world over the years. Over the years, he has guided my elderly mother through everything from annual checkups to full HVAC installations with ease and understanding. He. Is always courteous and kind, he isn't out to rip anyone off. He is honest and caring, makes sure she understands exactly what is needed and why, goes over terms and service contracts as needed.
