I love my new roof and siding! Zach was very communicative and professional. Roofing was completed very quickly, and I special ordered some decorative siding for the dormers that took a few weeks to arrive which was expected. Zach kept me posted throughout the entire process. Thunderstruck even went the extra mile by putting a chimney cap that had blown off in a wind storm back on our chimney for us and sending proof of our new roof to our homeowners insurance when they requested documentation. It’s very hard to find honest and reliable contractors these days. My experience with Thunderstruck was phenomenal and a breath of fresh air. Take your time and evaluate competitive quotes, but also ask questions and judge the character of the individual. Zach was awesome, honest, and transparent. They were in and out and gave a very fair price.

We had a full roof replacement and repair for a very affordable price on a Saturday at my request after paying deposit just before the 2 big snow storms hit out area & roof. Having an older home we were also able to upgrade to the thicker 3/4" CDX that my home required without any issue. Zach was very easy to work with and also very knowledgeable on giving an accurate estimate. The job ended up at estimate price without hidden fees or add ons that is hard to come by anymore. I know some surprises can come up being you can't see some needed extra repairs until starting the job but Zach gave me a list of cost if needed more plywood out side of estimate. Work was completed on time with all higher quality timberline required materials to go hand in hand with the Timberline HDZ shingles 50 year factory warranty that Zach filled online for us. Also comes with a 10 year workmanship warranty from Thunderstruck that gives me peace of mind. We were originally referred by another home owner that had multiple estimates from other companies but chose Thunderstruck and was very happy with there experience as well.

They were on time, got the old roof off and the new roof on fast. Cleaned up and we’re gone by 3pm. Also they helped me get roof replaced by insurance company in full.

Not a great experience. Definitely would not hire again. From worker’s theft of neighbor’s supplies to complete the job, to failure to promptly address issues w work performed, I’ll be looking elsewhere next time I need a roofer. Also, I looked on the state’s list of certified contractors and this company’s name is not listed. I tried to resolve this because I know it’s hard running a small business but at this point I feel a duty to warn others.

Zach Jarome is extremely professional, courteous and has given us great customer service. Thunderstruck Roofing did a beautiful job replacing the roof at our Townhouse. Trying to be conservative for our sake, he tried patching it first, however, those shingles were over 20+ years and, after that really horrible storm, we had to put on a new whole roof. Which, he did say we might. Zach even gave us credit for the patching off a very reasonable price. He was not the first the first business we called, however, he is our guy now.
He even came and unclogged our gutters at our house and because it was a simple unclogging he didn’t charge us. I mean come on. Who does that anymore? Most people would have charged us for their trouble. He responds quickly whether text or calls. No ghosting at all. He communicates and that is an asset that most businesses no longer understand.

Called them on a Tuesday, got an honest and fair evaluation and estimate on Wednesday, signed a contract on Friday and work was completed the following Wednesday.
