Smooth as silk. After being scared by another company. This company gave me faith in contractors again. They did everything they said they would do. Might have been a little more money than others but I bet the quality is better than others. Great sales people with no pressure and willing to work in your budget and first class install crew. Evey step of this bathroom was great. They told me 5 weeks till the install and 5 weeks to the day.it.was done. I will use them for my next project.

We are extremely pleased with the services provided by both Jonathan and Mitchell of PJ Fitzpatrick during our shower remodel. Their professionalism and craftsmanship are exemplary. Our home was well-respected and kept meticulous throughout the entire construction process. We selected the Sandsheel Beige shower tray, and Seaside wall and ceiling panel design. They maintained our existing shower lighting. We especially appreciated being shown each step prior to the finished product, and being consulted for any shower equipment locations. We would definitely use them again! The only negative we can say is the cost is formidable, but warranted, especially considering the lifetime warranty on both product and workmanship for us and any following homeowner. And PJ Fitzpatrick also provided limited-time, interest-free financing.

Avoid PJ Fitzpatrick – Ongoing Nightmare
I hired PJ Fitzpatrick for a tub to shower conversion and deeply regret it. What should have been a simple job turned into an ordeal that is now 14-months long and still unresolved. They have attempted to install the new shower 3 times. Each failed attempt had different issues. Their service rep visited after the 2nd installation and was, himself, embarrassed by the work performed but still has not made it right. 1st attempt came out way smaller than the contract stated. The main wall was only 2 feet wide and was concaved by ½ inch. The 2nd attempt appeared to be designed and installed by a 2nd grader. The 3rd attempt was way larger than the contract and original design stated, creating limited access to the toilet – something they stated they would not do since it would be (and now is) a code violation. Now they have not returned phone calls or emails for a full year yet I continue to get notifications and bills from their finance company, indicating the “12 months same as cash” has come due. Meanwhile I have a ruined bathroom, the “new” shower leaks, and I have damage to walls and a ceiling from the many hits from the panels they brought in and out of the house.
Bottom line, after 3 attempts to do the work per contract, the work is still wrong. I am now forced to modify the rest of the room to make the toilet accessible. My house is damaged from their workers. The shower leaks. Worst of all, they refuse to respond to my phone calls and emails. They are billing me like the job was completely fine. The work and ‘customer service’ has been unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The service was very professional. Our tech was knowledgeable and focused. Had the problem fixed in 5 minutes. We will use PJ for the install of a shower seat for shaving. Great customer service as usual and expected. Bob schappert

The whole team was very professional, helpful, and answered all our questions. Everything was done neatly and efficiently. We are very happy with the results.

The work was well organized, and the work team worked quickly and did a fabulous job! Clean up happened at the end of each day. All fixtures were replaced, even a hook for my wreath.

From the beginning to end of the roofing project on my home: sales consulting, scheduling, roof removal and replacement, project management and final cleanup, my expectations were very high and were met! Thank you, PJ Fitzpatrick, for my beautiful new roof!

After research and reviewing comments, we decided to use PJ Fitzpatrick for a Jacuzzi tub to shower conversion. The initial meeting and agreement went smoothly and was professionally done.

Bryan C. arrived on time and after reviewing the job with us, he went right to work. But first he laid down tarp from the front door up to and including in the bathroom. That's when the real work began. A short time later Wyatt W. arrived with the big truck (with our new shower). He joined Bryan in removing our outdated tub/shower combination. What impressed us the most was the work ethic that they displayed. Obviously two well-trained, knowledgeable employees.

Finally, Wyatt came down and invited us up to the bathroom. All I can say is wow! As part of our initial decision, we reviewed photos of conversions done that can be viewed on the PJ Fitzpatrick website. But when you see your new shower, you understand not only the amount of work that was done in one day, but the quality of products used.

Bryan then took the time to carefully explain information on the new shower and answered questions we had.

When they left, there was no indication major work had been done. Cleanup was thorough. And we are 100%+ satisfied with our tub to shower conversion.

P.J. Fitzpatrick installed Marvin windows, siding, and a new roof back in 2017. During the last brutal storm some of the capping came lose and fell off. They immediately came out and rectified the situation seamlessly and professionally at no charge.
This is one more reason I'm elated I chose P.J. Fitzpatrick for the job.

PJ Fitzpatrick did a wonderful job on our roof, gutters, and trim work. They were always available to answer any questions we had and were thorough with the job all the way through.

A few issues had to be addressed but Manager Kasey Hill had them rectified the following day , excellent customer relations , very easy going man addressed every concern !

Dan, Ethan, and Elijah did a great job. Dan explained the process and how things were going to go and the day went exactly as he said it would. My wife was home while the work was being done and said the guys were really nice to the kids and made sure the dog got enough pets as they hustled up and down the stairs. They were punctual and professional and went the extra mile to make sure my family was happy with the work.

PJ Fitzpatrick gets a passing grade from us for the following reasons:

We were told the project would start two weeks from our initial meeting (it started a month later).

We were told there would be a lot of communication from start to finish (we had to call twice to get an update on the timeline of things and follow up multiple times after the project was finished regarding materials left and our secondary clean-up).

We were told crews were careful (they broke our railing, but did replace it the same day which was much appreciated). These things happen, but worth a mention!

We were told crews would be back in a day to get extra supplies and do a secondary clean-up (it took 6 days).

We were told the electrician we'd need to install the fan would be out 2-3 days after the roof went on—he came out nine days later.

Overall, the crews were fast and courteous. What PJ Fitzpatrick does REALLY well is over-promise and under-deliver when it comes to everything that happens after you sign the contract.

An update (now two weeks out from the completed job)—I'm still finding nails and roof debris in our yard and recently noticed that one of our light fixtures was completely banged up and dented in. We weren't here when they came back to do the second sweep but the Ring Doorbell footage shows a man walking the property without tools or anything—probably just did an ocular sweep hence the remaining mess. The over-promise under-deliver remains true!

The technician sent to my home (Brian A.) was punctual, professional, and thorough. He approached the job as if it was the absolute most important task of his day. He explained everything carefully and completely, did not try to sell me anything additional or not necessary, he was efficient with his time and mine, and reassured me that the job could be scheduled quickly since the materials needed were in stock. He also discussed how long it would take to complete my job. He gave me his company’s “good, better, and best” quotes, and his/their best was still considerably lower than a previous quote I had sought. Before leaving, he left my area as he had found it and ensured that I received an email with all pictures attached. He spoke with pride of the company he works for, and it was obvious that he genuinely enjoys both his job and the people he works with. I could not be happier with my decision to call this company; it was a wise decision on my part.

Had an issue with my newly install screen door They were very responsive and fix my issue. Great customer service by everyone on the team. I have used them twice now and will continue to use them for any remaining projects.

Fred F is amazing, knowledgeable and a great customer support person!!! He is honest and tells it like it is!!! His work is impeccable! Once again, JPF's Team Member Joe met all our expectations and more! He was here on time and installed the molding on our new front door, fixed the storm door lock, installed our doorbell and kindly rehung all our blinds after iur new window installs. He was done in record time! He is fantastic and we can't thank everyone enough!!!!

Very grateful to David for coming to my home recaulking my shower surround and his further help of cleaning it and helping me with the clogged shower head as well.

Workers were on time, communication was great, said when they were on their way, made sure the walk way to the work area was covered to protect carpet and floor, cleaned up when work was done. (This was to replace a walk in shower).

The original shower installation was not done properly. It is still uneven and they did not caulk where they should of. The repair Tech was great and repaired most issues.

I’ve used PJ Fitzpatrick quite a few times. They are polite and honest. John T. was very professional and took care of the problem completely. I will call them again when the need arises.
