Don't waiste your time or hard earned money on anything they sale like I made the mistake of doing. Bought a brand new griffin dump trailer from them just to find out the tool box doesn't lock properly and the battery or hydraulic pump can be stolen at any time, has major wiring issue, and the break lights weren't even plugged up to the wiring harness from the get go. Asked to swap out trailers as soon as they plugged their tool up and found out it was a wiring problem with the trailer and they refused. Said they'd rewire the whole thing. After claiming to rewire the trailer it still threw error codes for the breaks. They then refused a refund and claimed my truck was the issue even tho I've been using a Homestead trailer (amazing trailer and brand btw) with no issues for the past 4 months. Absolutely horrible products, customer service, and all together company to deal with. They will also leave out the free tarp and free battery tender if you don't check before you leave.

They apparently believe that a faulty dump trailer that doesn’t lock (none of their trailers do) or ground properly to be connected to a truck, are fine to sell and when the lock couldn’t be repaired or the connection, they offered to swap trailers, with the new trailer being manufactured EXACTLY THE SAME. That doesn’t lock or connect properly. Anyone can steal the battery out at any given time to not just one trailer but ALL of them.

I never really knew this place was there. I googled it and found my way to it. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection available and the employee that helped me pick out the right truck cover for my truck.

Amazing service. Didnt know my bed had too much damage to line. Got it fixed and took it back in. Got my bed liner in and it’s beautiful. Could not be happier. 10/10 highly recommend

Great place to take your truck to get any aftermarket accessories you need, the guys there are friendly and treat your truck very good, better then I treat it at times. I have purchased side steps, bed covers, floor liners, window shades and a spray in bed liner, all of which I am very happy with and if there ever arises an issue with your product, they are good about backing the warranty. I will continue to do business with them and David is by far one of the best business owners I have met.

These guys really took great care of me. They went above & beyond to help answer my questions and even deal with a defective part and the warranty claim. Very knowledgeable and I recommend seeing them for any truck accessories!

I ordered a shed from Leonard’s. I received friendly service. They were professional, helpful and went out of their way to work with me scheduling the delivery. Both guys,Dave and I didn’t catch the other guys name, we’re great! I had concerns about the delivery since I had such a small driveway and narrow street. They assured me Chris the driver could get it there and in place. They called the morning of to make sure I was ready. Chris came and he was awesome!!! He can turn it on a dime! He got it exactly where we wanted It did an excellent job! Would definitely use this company again.

We had a problem with the trailer lights which was purchased at another Leonard's location. 1 hour after we called about the problem we were at the Hickory location where Chris and Adam dropped everything, took the trailer in the shop and had the problem resolved within 30 minutes. And even though the warranty was recently expired there was no charge!
The service we got was exceptional for any kind of business and it was all done with a smile. They have a great selection of truck and trailer accessories and I look forward to doing business with them again. Highly recommended! Craig Fertig

Called them to try to see if they could get a replacement lock for my tonneau because it's a 45 min drive just wanted to make sure they were able to help me before I drove all that way...the individual/guy that answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me...with that being said I will take my money elsewhere!!!! I truly hope this helps someone have a better experience.

I had a problem with a trailer and I live out of town . They ordered me a axle for in 2 days called as soon as it came in they even put in my truck for . I want to think the guys for all they did for me . Some of the best people i dealt with in a very long . The store is in princeton wv #445

I needed to replace the gas lifts on my topper. Leonards had the parts and installed them for me. The staff was very helpful. Will definitely visit them again.
