Mark is very professional and a super helpful and compassionate person.....I had a tree fall on my house I had several people come look at it and none of them took the time to throw any branches off and seen the holes in the roof but did not offer to do anything to help keep the water out of my house .....but when Mark came he put patches on there and removed all the branches off all before I agreed for him to do the job . Mark said I can't leave with out patching it so it don't leak . This man and his company IDEAL ROOFING SYSTEMS ARE THE BEST IF YOU NEED ROOFING OR ANY SERVICE THE PROVIDE PLEASE CALL THEM .....THEY HAVE RESTORED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY !!!!
Mark and his crew were professional and timely with respect to the roof installation. However, Mark also installed gutters for my home and I was told that any rotten fascia boards would be replaced prior to the install. This was not the case. Gutters were installed over rotten fascia boards. I left two messages for Mark regarding this issue and he did not respond. I would never hire this company again. He said one thing to get the job but did not follow through. Unprofessional at best.
Prompt response to request for roofing services. Met with the business owner and got an estimate the same day I called.
