Maryland Roofing Crew completed a New Roof on my house and they exceeded all of my expectations such as an proposal, estimation and duration of construction. The estimation and proposal were very reasonable compared to others. Even I asked Mr.Jin(Owner) for additional work at the last minute, he completed in a timely manner. From my personal perspective, all of crews focus on the job as well as safety compliance and overall professionalism. My roof looks perfect now and Mr.Jin told me “No Worries for your roof in next 20 years” which sounds to me he knows what he was doing on his job. I used his (the owner of the company) service for roof repair about 8 years ago. The roof of my single family home was in a pretty bad condition. The whole plywood had to be replaced. I got three quotes at that time. His diagnosis and estimation was the most accurate and economical one among three. There was no hidden cost nor surprise at all. (Even he adjusted the estimation as the plywood price became lower when actual work was done.) The work was done timely and very neatly. I was very satisfied. He is trustable and knowledgeable. I'll definitely use his service again if needed, and I am very confident that other people will be happy with his (his company's) service.

They did my entire roof replacement few years ago. The whole process was very smooth, fast, on time, clean and very professional. David is so knowledgeable with such a long experience and very patient. He knows all about home insurance in detail. We just had to pay the deductible and nothing else. My roof looks amazing and very sleek. I strongly recommend them.
