Had 1-story ranch roof replaced. Pricing was very competitive with other established local roofers. Mark was very helpful with shingle samples and going through the quote in person. Crew completed work within a day(2 week leadtime). Clean up was very good, minimal debris/nails left.

They were very easy to work with, quoted us a fair price and followed through with arranging to have chimneys repaired. They completed the project in one day and cleaned up all around the house. We highly recommend Integrity Roofing!

We had Integrity Roofing replaced our roof 7 years ago. We were quite satisfied with them at the beginning. However, early this year(after 6 years), we found leaks at two sides of the house, in the ceiling below the joints of the 1st-floor roof and 2nd-floor siding areas, and another area with paint peeling out. We called Christ immediately. He told us the labor warranty was only two years. They don't repair. He gave us a new quote to replace the 2nd floor siding. We called several other roofing companies, and they all told us that the joints must have been done incorrectly, and may be missing an ice-water shield (paint peeling area, not confirmed). Finally, we hired one company to redo the joint. Then we found out that Integrity Roofing didn't replace the old flashing when they replaced the roof and at least one of the flashing was missing. That is the exact place with the most serious leaking. It costs us $8000 to re-do the joints and $2000 to repair the ceiling (insurance only covered the $2000 ceiling repair).
Later, we checked the contract with Integrity Roofing. They didn't list replacing the flashing. This is the only reason we didn't file a complaint, but we will never hire them again.

From the beginning of the project when Mark came to our house to look at the project to the crew that did the job everything that was told to us happened just that way. Everyone was on time to get the job done. The clean up was excellent. The crew made sure everything was picked up and cleaned. Highly recommend Integrity Roofing.

Had roof put a few years back,reached out to Mark about a leak he was out within a few days to recaulk around chimney area to make sure it was sealed. They could have sent one of the guys that work for them I'm sure but no Mark showed up to do it.Thank you so much

We had a new roof, gutters and downspouts installed by Integrity Roofing, and it was an efficient process from start to finish. Our dealings with Mark on the front end proposal were much better than two other competing firms we considered, and this gave us confidence to book a contract for this large project with Integrity. Once the crews arrived, the work was completed on time and on budget. Mark stayed involved and provided clear communication throughout, and the crew members were friendly, courteous and neat. We're very happy with the results we received.

Mark Kasten was our contact. We needed a new roof and gutters on our house. He was very informative and not pushy with a big sales pitch. He presented his proposal and it was perfect and within our price range. A very professional and no nonsense individual. We were surprised how quickly and efficiently his crew worked. Our roof was completed within about 5 hours. The crew took about two hours on the following Monday to install the gutters. Each crew member knew exactly what their job was and worked like busy bees. We were very impressed and satisfied with the job. Clean-up was perfect. A very motivated group of gentlemen.

We weren’t planning to spend on a new roof this year but we knew we needed one. Chris S. helped us manage the spend to make new roofing possible. The roof and gutter teams were very productive and finished within a few days. Both teams cleaned up the site very quickly which was important to us. It was a very professional experience and we are very satisfied with the look and performance of the finished roofing and gutters.

We worked with Integrity Roofing a couple years ago - it took me some time to write this review.
We were very satisfied with the job they did when they installed a new roof, skylight and gutters to our house. For a couple minor issues that arised later on, they were very fast to respond and fixed the issues on a timely and efficient manner.

Mark has always been responsive to the calls/emails and guided us through the installation process as well. The overall project was completed at a fair price with high quality workmanship.

I would not hesitate to call Mark again on other projects.

I submitted a request via email and was contacted in a very short. He gave us an estimate and explained the details. We had questions on a couple of occasions - these were promptly answered. He keep us informed when the roof would be started/completed. The roofing was a good crew to work with.
The finished project looks great. A through cleanup was completed after the installation. HIGH RECOMMENDED.

I have hired them twice. Once to replace gutters and a number of years later to replace the roof. On both occasions Integrity was on time and performed the work agreed upon at a reasonable price.

I would definitely recommend Integrity Roofing. The owners Mark and Chris were a pleasure to work with answering all my questions and explaining the whole process from start to finish. From installation to clean up, the quality of work replacing my roof was outstanding.

It took awhile to write this review. Take that as a good thing. I am totally satisfied with the work done to our home by Integrity. They did an outstanding job putting on a new roof, gutters and rebuilding our chimney.

The mason was meticulous and this shows as an outstanding job.

The roofers were efficient, answered my questions and left me with what I believe is my best roof. Ever.

The gutter installer stayed and worked in the rain, at times pouring rain, saving us from the real possibility of too much water running down the side of the house and running down the valleys.

Everyone was polite and responsible. Work proceeded quickly, efficiently and the cleanup was complete. Beyond my expectations. No trace that they were ever here.

The owner visited the job site to check on how the work was going and to check if we had any questions or problems as the work proceeded as well as the day after all the work was completed.

And the bonus, frosting on the cake if you will, something lacking way too often today: Open, honest and prompt communication. I would not hesitate to call them again on another home project.

This is the 5th roof I have had replaced by Integrity Roofing. I am again very satisfied with the process from the my phone call for a quote to the final clean-up. The quote was reasonable, the supplies arrived on time, the employees arrived on time, and roof was installed as promised, and the yard clean-up was exceptionally well. My husband and I were very satisfied with the work done on our house by Integrity. They did pretty much everything you can do to the outside of your house--the roof, siding, soffits, gutters, and facia. They re-trimmed all our windows, wrapped the front posts to improve their visual appeal, and added downspout extensions.

Mark, Chris, and Jordan were responsive, informative, and very good about keeping us informed and up to date with the progress made. They answered our (many, many, many) questions and always explained why something was done the way it was, and touched up some details we felt were missed the first time around. They even took care of little details we wouldn't have thought of, such as matching the color of the caulk to the color of our new siding. The roof was done in one day, and the siding would have been as well if there wasn't a hiccup with another company we were using. We had a new front window and patio door installed that were delayed which then caused the finishing of the siding to be delayed--not Integrity's fault. There was some confusion with the other company about whose responsibility it was to complete some unfinished work, but Integrity did their part to work it out with them and we were fortunately not charged for the extra work needed.

The roof and siding crews worked hard and got the job done quickly, while not compromising the quality of the work. We've had several intense thunderstorms in the recent weeks and we're still dry inside!

Overall, the quality of the work was great and we are happy with the price we paid for it. We definitely recommend Mark and Chris with Integrity for any exterior home project.

Terrific customer service. We called three other companies and none of them were as thorough in explaining what was needed and the length required to get it completed. Job was done in a timely manner and the cleanup by the workers was amazing. We were truly pleased with a beautiful job and highly recommend this company.

I called Integrity Roofing along with 10 other companies. They gave the best quote and did the work I needed the next day. In fact the work was done before I even arrived to the house. Ive had some bad luck with contractors in the past but was overly pleased with Integrity Roofing. He told me what the out the door price was, warranty, and when it would be done. He walked with me and explained the work that would be done, showed me what was done and answered all my questions before I paid. True professional. I will use them again for sure.

I also had a great experience with Mark and his workers late last year. We have a large ranch style with a 3 car garage. They dropped of the dumpster the day before, and delivered the shingles.

That night we had a freak 4" snow fall and was surprised to hear them up on the roof shoveling off the snow to do the tear off. The sun was high enough and warm enough to proceed so most of it was done by that evening. They returned the next day to finish ahead of their anticipated schedule.

We did get 4 quotes for the job and found their price to be very competitive plus four of my friends had their roofs done by Integrity, so they were highly recommended.

In owning 4 rental properties and having many roofs replaced I regret not calling these guys in the past!!!!!
