I had my roof done and it was excellent quality work at a good price. I will feel confident in having other home improvement projects done by Brad's. Anthony and Taylor made sure the job was done right and the crew did a great job too.

Brad, Anthony, and the rest of the team were great! They had some minor delays on day 1 of the project, but they stayed until about 7pm to make sure they stayed on schedule. We had them install an egress window, and they were done by about 11:15am on day 2 of the project. The night after they finished the project, we had some pretty substantial rainfall, and when checking the window in the morning, it was still bone dry, giving me comfort knowing they did a professional job on the installation. We've been going through some renovations, and I would highly recommend their services.

We had Brad's Construction redo the whole outside of our house, new windows, siding, gutters, soffit and fascia. They did an awesome job. Taylor replied to all my questions within a day and was straight forward with everything. We got quotes from two other contractors and they gave us insane quotes and Brad's was super reasonable. Every single worker was so nice and professional, they got our huge job done in such a short amount of time and everything was always clean when they left for the day. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking, so happy we chose them, and I love the outside of my house now!

Taylor and crew did an excellent job rebuilding my garage after a storm blew a tree onto it and partially collapsed it. The entire tear down and rebuild took only 4 1/2 days. Their meticulousness and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. The whole crew was friendly and worked really hard. I would highly recommend Brad's Construction .

Try my best not to provide negative reviews, but I am so frustrated with this place. Both times I called, I got the father whom answers the phone by saying "Yeah....". Asked if I had the right number & was told yes & to speak with his son regarding my kitchen remodeling project. We agreed to 2:30 pm today (4/10/23). At 3:30, still no one. Called & received the same "Yeah...", and was told to speak to his son. Called his son 3 times with no answer. Decided to send a text that we no longer want there services if they can't even make the 1st appointment. Especially now a days when many contractors are failing to complete projects! NOT GOOD BUSINESS IN ANY FASHION.

I have used Brads Construction for a number of updates to our home including the addition of an attached garage, along with reroofing and residing our entire home structure. I am so impressed at the professionalism and expertise exhibited throughout this entire project by not only Brad and Taylor but the entire construction crew. They use the best materials and follow thru even after the project is completed to make sure all is satisfactory. If I ever had questions or concerns Taylor or Brad were always available to answer or remedy with no delay. This company is on my A-List in all areas as far as I am concerned, they truly are the best and I trust them with all aspects of planning, construction and execution no matter what the project.

Brad and crew installed my new steel roof only took 2 weeks to get nice not to have to wait excellent work guys!

It was time for roof replacement, and Brad gave us an estimate a few years ago prior to Covid, but the project was forgotten until this year. I asked for another estimate this year- Brad and Taylor quickly responded, and our roof is done! The workers were respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and professionally replaced our roof in a timely manner.

Brads Construction replaced my deck and did a fantastic job. They were professional and timely. Any questions I had were answered along the way. Highly recommend.

We recently contracted with Brad's Construction for a complete siding, roof, gutters, soffit, facia and skylight project. Our home was hail damaged and it was going to be an insurance claim. We had Erie Insurance and they were extremely difficult. Taylor stepped in and helped negotiate our insurance claim to get us the best possible settlement. He didn't have to do this, but he did and went above and beyond. We were very happy with that. Then the time came for the actual work to be done. I have worked with contractors in the past and I must say that the work these professionals did was outstanding. I'm a very detail oriented or "picky" consumer. I warned Brad ahead of time that I was a perfectionist. That wasn't necessary on my part at all because from beginning to end of the project they were always one step ahead of my questions. Their cleanup was superb and they left our home looking the best it has in 30 years. I would recommend them to anyone. My next project will go to them. Brad's Construction resided my whole house and put in a new patio door along with doing some structural repair around the door opening. They are one of the hardest working crews I've seen and they are really focused on customer satisfaction and their communication is excellent. Compared to others in the area I've used they are far and away better than all of them. Pricing was very competitive as well.

It was a pleasure doing business with this group, they are top notch in every way, although I was not able to be on sight with them at anytime, they went above and beyond the job, and communication was excellent and prompt.

I hired Brad's to add on to my existing composite deck. I removed my hot tub and wanted to extend the deck to fill the area. Justin and Taylor came up with some great options to tie in the new deck portion with the older, weathered deck. They were very informative and stayed on top of communication during the entire process. Even though my project was a fairly small one, they treated it like it was the most important job. I would highly recommend consulting with Brad's if you were looking to have some work done.

We had a garage fire & they came to rescue! We decided to add to the garage instead of replacing the shed that burned & Brad's did a great job with the project. The customer service was great also, communicating with us to keep us in the loop of when inspections were needed & days they weren't able to be here. We are so glad to have a garage back before the snow really starts to fly.

When it came time to replace our roof it was a real pleasure dealing with Brad and Taylor. Communication was terrific and they were quick to respond to any questions that we had. The crew did a great job with the installation and we've received several compliments from friends and neighbors on the finished project. We had brad’s construction install a basement egress window for us. The whole process from start to finish went awesome. Brad is super friendly, knowledgeable, and a excellent craftsman. Brad was professional in his quote process. He and Taylor plus the crew were friendly, arrived ready to work and cleaned up each day as if they were never here. It wasn't an easy process to dismantle and remove debris from a 20+ year old deck. They shouldered through and the new TimberTech deck is gorgeous. No more maintenance!

I had a great experience with Brad, his son, Taylor, and their team ripping out our aging organic shingles and replacing it Owens Corning singles. They showed up ready to work when they promised; and always called or sent a text to let us know if they would be late. Brad and his team not only went above and beyond with the quality of their work but made recommendations based on their experience. When they removed the old shingles, they uncovered some areas that needed re-decking. They repaired the decking and did not raise the quoted price even after finding a few issues. Not only did they beat the estimated timeline provided but beat EVERY quote around us. They were able to deliver a finished product that exceeded beyond our expectations.

Roof was need of repair quickly after moving into a new home and worked us in within a week of moving in. Pointed out issues they noticed with the roof when working on it that weren't previously visible and kept us informed.

Or home looks wonderful! We were very impressed with the professionalism of Brad's Construction. The sales manager, Taylor, sticks with you throughout the entire process. We had some delay with winter weather in October but always kept us informed. After our exterior was done, the best compliment was seeing a Brad's Construction sign across the street in our neighbors front lawn!

Brad's Construction did a roof for me last spring. They were timely, reasonably priced, and always kept me updated on progress. I was very happy with their work. Then, just recently I had a leak in my bathroom fan. I called him and he sent someone the next week. It was not anything related to the roof install, but they took care of it and did not charge me. He explained the situation and how this occurred. I was very impressed! I would recommend this company in a heart beat!

We had purchased our home in the beginning of May 2018, knowing full well we may need new windows and a roof sooner than later. Unfortunately, the purchase of the house limited our budget.

Brad's Construction was able to help us get our roof covered through insurance from wind damage, and I didn't even know it was damaged! They were exceptional in working with the insurance company, and holding them liable for the amount owed to appropriately finish the work. There were no unforeseen costs, they took care of our storm door that was also damaged, and they stayed true to their estimate!

After having the roof done, we knew who our contractor would be for all future projects. Brad's Construction was able to get us all new triple pane windows and an egress window - with some financing assistance that was simple and easy to use. They even installed gutter guards for us, so there will be no more cleaning the gutters!

We look forward to having Brad's Construction finish our basement - hopefully a bar and additional bedroom - in the future.

Highly recommend Brad's Construction. I needed a roof repair and they were out in less than 24 hours. Not only did they repair what needed to be done but they inspected the entire roof, gutters, down spouts. I will definitely use them again.

After making numerous phone calls trying to find someone to help me with a leaking roof during a bad rain storm, I finally found Brad. He took the time to talk to me and came to look at my roof that very afternoon.

I have never had to file an insurance claim before and wasn't sure how to go about it, but they took care of everything, start to finish. I was always kept in the know, and communicated with constantly. My emails and calls were also answered quickly, and my questions answered clearly.

There was never a time you would know there was work being done on my roof by looking at my yard either. Never once was there a dumpster in my yard! All used materials and scrap and nails were removed same day, and when I came home from work every day, there were no signs of anyone being there, except for the new roof that was installed. It took a few days, but it was the same each day, no messes.

There was also work done inside the house due to the leak, and it was the same wonderful experience as with the roof. Great, friendly workers that were easy to talk to and even joke around with.

Very professional, without being stuffy! Very easy to talk to and always there with any questions I had. I also had a sign in my yard to proudly display, but someone not as proud removed it both times to my dismay. Very disappointed in the attitudes of the other roofing companies in Mayville at the time. If you were confident enough in your own work, you would not have to remove signs of other companies!

We will definitely be having Brads Construction do more projects for us in the near future, from new windows installed to a new covered front porch, and more! I can't wait to see the next project completed!

I had a leak in my roof from an old chimney. The service I received was fast, friendly and professional. I was informed of some hail damage that I am now starting an insurance claim on. They did a composite deck which looks awesome! Along with the deck they redid the front railings and pillars of our house. This as well turned out perfect. It was an awesome experience. The most efficient and hassle free quality home improvement project i have ever had. It took two emails, then i signed and emailed the contract. The roof was done and an skylight was fixed before i had the time to send them the down payment. Everything was dine in one week. This is our summer home so i couldn't be there all the time or meet them. Until I looked at the roof,i had no idea that they were done, except i noticed extra shingles left for me by the garage. They cleaned it as if no work was done. Best job ever.

I needed a new roof installed on a foreclosure purchase and asked around for recommendations. Several of my co-workers recommended Brad for the job, which meant more to me than getting a 'good deal' from someone else. Brad was very accommodating considering the mess of paperwork Fannie Mae generates. I was happy to hear he uses Owen's Corning architectural shingles, which are viewed as a quality shingle. He also thoroughly explained what he was doing and why when asked, and offered to adjust to my needs/concerns. I felt his quotes were very thorough and had no surprises once the work started. The crew was professional and cleaned up the area everyday. I will contact Brad again on future projects.

Brad's Construction was great! They came to my house and fixed some siding on a Friday at 5:30pm. They did an amazing job! I can't even tell the where the siding had been damaged. If I was going to get new siding or need additional fixes, I would without a doubt call Brad's Construction!

I needed to have work done on my basement that I planned to have finished.
Gave Brad a call. From the start, I knew I Brad would be a contractor I could trust. Brad listened to what I had to say. He offered suggestions. He came up with better solution to designs than I orignally had planned (which allowed me to keep the costs alot cheaper). Brad was easy to work with. His bid was presented quickly and very reasonable. The most important item that I want to express is that Brad is a contractor that you can trust. His work is high quality, and I would recommend him to anybody.

Brad's Construction is a great company to work with. We needed our house re-roofed, before the end of the month for some insurance reasons. Brad's Construction had us a quote in less than 24 hours. They were able to re-roof our house in about a week, from start to finish, in the middle of December. This included three days of snow and two days with temperatures below 0.

We had a new roof to meet our insurance needs with no hassle or inconveniences. The roof looks awesome and we are very happy with the results.
