We recently contacted with C&K Services for a new roof and gutters on our home. I am very pleased with their performance from start to finish. The communication and attention to detail by Mike and Lon really made me feel good that the job was being done right. Congratulations to C&K Services for putting together such a great team of professionals, we could not be happier.

Our Condo Association recently contracted with C&K for a multi-year, multi-building roof replacement plan, and our 2-unit building was the first. They crew & forman worked efficiently and over 2 days we had a beautiful new roof and (optional) replacement skylights! Yes, it turns your home into a temporary construction site (lots of materials on the lawn, loud, etc.) of course, but the crew took great care to not damage our perennials and take to protect our deck furniture, etc. (and they supplied specific instructions for us on how to prepare/protect our property, which we followed). All in all it went very well. The clean up was prompt and thorough -- they left very little trace of ever having been here! :) We also appreciated how professional the C&K communications were and how respectful the staff was. We highly recommend!

The roofing and gutter work C&K did for our condo association was done very well with a great deal of thought to solve a prior design issue. It was creative and consistent with similar building design within our association.

I had storm damage to my 25x60 garage. I had seen commercials about C&K Services for years and thought I would call. Sales Rep Jeff was out in a few days to take a look at the garage and in a few days got back to me with the quote. Quote was fair so I signed the contract and sent the required half down payment. They called within 20 days and had the job scheduled. Mike showed up around 7 A.M. with the work truck and started get the area prepared for the crew when they arrived. When the crew arrived and started working I was simply in awe. They had the roof stripped and re-roofed in 3 hours. These guys busted butt. Cleaned up the area and had the dumpster picked up before they had left around 11:30. Later in the day Project Manager Lon came out and inspected the roof and re-rolled for nails. I would highly recommend C&K Services!

When jeff/scott? came to ck out damages they were very easy to understand what needed to be done ...very nice personable guts enjoyed chatting with them and when the worker came out to fix the job he was also very nice and did a great job !! Very efficient and do e extremely well... if I need any kind of repairs done in the future I'm definitely going with C&K services...try them you'll love them a very happy customer for life!!

C&K showed up on the time scheduled and finished our 2 flat roofing jobs on time.
The end result looks great and they did an excellent job on the aluminum trim around the roof and sealing corners as far as I can tell. We were impressed that they cleaned the job site up everyday before leaving. This the second roofing job they have done for us.

In April of 2025, C & K Services replaced our roof, including the entire decking due to mold as the roof had not been vented properly. Bravo shingles were installed. From the day I met Mike, my first contact, I was sold with this company. He was so knowledgeable; he had been in the business for decades. We discussed the products I had researched and the company was willing to install any of the products I was considering. He provided the pluses and cons of each product. The installation, itself, went smoothly. Justin did the scheduling according to when it was convenient for us. Mike stopped by to see how the process was going. Luke did the final inspection and fixed one small issue we both saw on the roof before he left. The entire crew was phenomenal. Every day when they left, other than the dumpster in the yard, you wouldn't know they had been there. Everything was picked up including any nails that were in the driveway and surrounding area. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and I would recommend the company to my family and friends.

I highly recomend C&K Services. Everyone there is wonderful to work with, from office to all of the guys on the roofing team. Communication was great as they were great with prompt answers. I was not forgotten after the work was done as they were happy to answer my questions. So I feel that if there would be any problems later, they would stand behind the product and their work. Everything ran like clockwork from scheduling the estimate to final inspection. Prices were reasonable. This team really knows their business, and took time to educate me about roofing when I had questions. I did have C&K put in my gutter guards in 2009 and was happy with that experience so went back for the roof replacement/ repair and so happy that I did.

We had our gutters repaired by C&K. The service was done quickly and professionally. Workers were very nice and informative. I am having them back to install a new window soon. Definitely would recommend them.

We had our roof and gutters replaced in early January and couldn’t be happier with the results. They started on a Thursday and wrapped everything up on Saturday. Their price was lower for both the roof and gutters than the other prices I got from 2 other firms for just the roof. About a month after the install we had high winds of 50-60 mph and lost about 8 ridge shingles. I left a voicemail that evening, got a call first thing in the morning and they were out that afternoon to fix it. We will definitely be recommending C and K in the future.

Very professional company from top to bottom. Replaced our siding, fascia, soffits and gutters. Kept within the quoted budget, had great communication, and the craftsmanship is top notch. in 2016 added a flat roof dormer to our cape cod using another contractor. A solar tube wasn't installed properly by the "other contractor". We noticed we had a leak and C&K out to attempt a repair, knowing the likelihood would be replacing the rubber roof and correctly installing the solar tube.
They provided pictures up there, a 2 stage estimate (repair and replace) , were great communicators, organized, friendly, and will refer them with confidence to neighbors and friends in our area.

Good company, quality installation of windows. not the quickest response or quote or installation of warranty replacement windows, and communication left a bit to be desired, but overall the installation was done well and quick . Two windows replaced under warranty, 1 hr, $575 labor. Old windows were taken away too!

Once we ordered, the actual installation was done in good time and professionally completed. Installers were knowledgeable and careful and were meticulous about getting things done to our complete satisfaction. Needless to say, the products were also of the highest quality. Can't say enough good things - this is our third time to use C&K and certainly won't be our last.

We just had a new roof put on our house and I cannot compliment C&K more!! From the first meeting to get a quote, to getting the final invoice paid, everything has been top notch. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and helpful! The day the roof was put on, I had a field trip with my son but had let them know I would be home probably long before they were done, but to my surprise, after just a two hour field trip, when I got home they were already done and cleaning up! That just lets me know they are there to get the job done and not diddle dally around. Cleanup was really thorough, we have only found maybe one or two straggler nails but that's nothing when you think of how many they are using. So again, I want to thank everyone involved with this big project, you made it easy (also love not having a two tone roof anymore!) and I will definitely reach out if we have future things needing to be done :)

C and K did a great job on our garage trim boards and caulking project. Good communication between office and us. They have done great work for us in the past as well. Love our smart side siding.

Entire project was efficient, used quality material and most of all the employees were well trained, tear off an replacement installation well done. Also cleaned up entire perimeter and were very cautious to protect our plants and other items on property.

Our old siding was removed , and new vinyl siding installed by a professional crew. It was completely done and cleaned up in a week, and now we have a modern looking home. We were impressed by the quality materials and competitive pricing.

We had C&K Services replace our roof on Friday, March 15, 2024. The entire process went smoothly and was professional from start to finish. They were referred to me by family members. My first phone call was to request an inspection and quote. They had a representative to our house the next day. The communication from C&K was excellent. Phone calls, texts and email kept us well informed. On installation day, the dumpster, shingles and supplies arrived as scheduled and a crew of 6 roofers and a C&K project manager. The crew removed the original layer, put down the roofing paper, valleys and shingled the house in under 6 hours. The clean up was amazing. The yard, patio and driveway was cleared of all debris and nails before the crew left. On Monday, a C&K representative came to inspect the job as well as one of the owners. I highly recommend C&K Services for a professional, high quality installation.

We had a fire door replaced at the garage house entrance. We also had a repair to another outside entrance door. Jeff did a great job navigating us through what needed to be done. Both doors turned out perfect. Thank you. They may not be the cheapest but we knew the job would be done right and backed up. We will call them again if needed!

Excellent company to deal with! From the first call to the job itself, everyone was a pleasure to speak with and everything was explained to us and done in a timely matter. Our roof was done in one day! The care they provided to our home was exceptional. After the crew was done, I walked around the house, I literally only found one little piece of shingle and 2 nails. The cleanup and job were beyond our expectations!

This is the BEST business I’ve worked with.
Set a date and a representative to look at roof and give us a detailed estimate. We have a detached garage and the representative gave us detailed option for both house & garage (roof/gutters). So we could pick and choose all we wanted done. The second scheduled visit was to accept a contract and pay a down payment for project. Scheduled a time and day (with obvious exceptions based on weather) and they showed up with an 11 man crew and got everything done that day. Second day was for gutters installation.
Cleaned up extremely well and made 2 more post-project visits to examine completed work and verify everything was sealed and covered and cleaned up.
Professional, nice, communicative crew and company. Only company I’d recommend for anyone needing roof, gutters, fascia, soffit or siding. Only company I’ll ever work with on future projects if necessary. Price was less expensive than other bids, and with guaranteed premium quality materials that other contractors wanted to charge an extra fee for. They also guaranteed their actual installation and workmanship for 2 years after project with no extra fees. Great company doing quality work and NOT trying to screw you! That’s what a business should look and act like.

Got our windows replaced and they were very professional. It ended up being more involved than initially expected but they explained the whole process and why extra materials were needed and I appreciate their professionalism and excellent communication. The installation crew was awesome and did an awesome job cleaning up after. They came the next year and replaced the gutters and we are very happy. We had multiple problems with gutters and water pooling and they were able to re work our gutters to route water away from the house and with the heavy rain we have had we didn’t have a single problem. Highly recommend for their professionalism and service. Their price was right on par with other legitimate companies. Would highly recommend

When we were looking to replace our roof I obtained 3 quotes from different companies. C&K was the most reasonably priced within our budget. Not only is the price great but the quality of shingles they use is the same as the companies who quoted us way more. The sales rep didn’t waste my time like the other companies, he was straight and to the point and told me what I wanted to know. My husband and I were over all very pleased with their work. Our roof looks amazing and I’m confident they did an excellent job. They even did a super thorough clean up afterwards. If you are debating between several roofers, you won’t be disappointed with C&K!

Edit to add a few years after initial review. We had C&K replace our gutters recently. They are always quick and honest with their quotes. They were able to come out and do the work in a reasonable timeframe, and everything looks great! Alway a quick and painless process with C&K. I still highly recommend them for all your home exterior needs.

I used C&K at two of my buildings. The roof leaks, they came out made lots of promises and then responded through an email that is a "Do-Not-Respond" address.

The second instance was some fascia work at another building and the fascia they supposedly fixed fell off. When I called them about it they refused to fix the problem. I had to hire another company to fix their poor workmanship.

I read your response and should inform you that those issues were at a rental property I owned and have nothing to do with an ice dam.

Presently, I am waiting for 6 months for you and GAF to deal with my leaky roof at my residence. A salesman from your company came out looked the roof, applied some caulk and left. It is still leaking.
