Tim and his team did a great job with some roofing repairs on a new home I purchased. They offered a competitive price, and helped me avoid a bad home purchase. I'll be using them for all my future roofing needs.

I called in the evening - Tim promptly came out the next morning and provided a detailed plan. Communication was great the entire time, fair rate, and Leo went over and beyond expectations for the work he completed. I received photos right after completion and a receipt. It rained about a week and a half ago causing the roof to cave in. They had us scheduled July 18-19 to repair but was able to get us two weeks in sooner July 10-11 because the hole in the roof was causing cold air to go outside making it super hot along with the Vegas heat. Highly recommend. Everyone is very nice, professional, and constantly communicates with you through email and texts. They did a fantastic job on our roof repair. From Karey's personal welcome in scheduling an estimate, to Tim's final handshake after the completion of a beautiful new roof---ahead of schedule---I found my experience with Integrity Roofing to be exceptionally satisfying. I didn't realize how bad my old roof was until I saw my new one! I'm in an HOA, and worried about noise, dust, tight maneuvering space, etc... all unnecessary. Integrity Roofing is one of the best companies I've ever worked with. I have been living in my house for twenty three years and had to have my flat roof replaced four times. The first time it only lasted one year. When I called the company they said that company was no longer in business. The second and third time it only lasted for 4 years each. And the fourth time it lasted for 6 years.
So I was really fed up with roofing companies. This time when I saw that my flat roof had to be replaced once again.I was not in the mood to deal with the roofing companies.
I had met with three different companies before I met up with Integrity Roofing. Rick came out and made me feel so comfortable. He let me know everything that was wrong with my roof and why my roof was not lasting. And when I talked to Karey on the phone, She was so professional and understanding. Integrity Roofing recently completed our roofing repair project with exceptional professionalism and expertise. From start to finish, their dedication to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction was evident.

After completing the initial repairs, they conducted a thorough water test to ensure the leak was fully resolved. When the test revealed that the issue persisted, Tim Novak advised us to wait until the roof was completely dry before proceeding with further repairs. True to his word, he returned a few days later to continue troubleshooting. During his inspection, he identified additional concerns, addressed them, and carefully prepared for another water test.

Once everything was set, Tim coordinated with us to perform a second test, which successfully confirmed that the leak was resolved. He then took the extra step of draining the test water from the roof and, after allowing it to dry, returned once more for final touch-ups. Though he initially estimated that the finishing work would take about 15 minutes, he ended up spending two additional hours ensuring the seal coat pigment matched perfectly. Rather than settling for a minor discrepancy, Tim went above and beyond by applying an additional layer of elastomeric top coat across the entire flat roof to achieve a seamless finish.

Tim and his team at integrity did a great job! From communicating deadlines with the tenants (this is a rental house) about moving and parking their cars and juggling dumpsters all went well - even with non english speaking tenants! The plans and bids and work related notes all made sense and worked well. I’m a real estate broker and have hired vendors for over 40 years in Vegas. It’s Always good to find a quality vendor. I received three bids. First bid extremely high, second bid much lower, but I was uneasy about not even getting pictures of my roof with the bid. Integrity was my third bid. Integrity Roofing came in $100 less than the second bid. Tim took pictures of my roof, explain what needed to be addressed, and he answered my many questions and concerns. I had a tremendous amount of peace knowing that Integrity Roofing was the best roofer for the job.
They did a complete reroof as well as replacing 7 skylights. It was a big job and it took time. I was kept informed every step of the way. We had to postpone at one point because of high winds, which is totally understandable and acceptable. Tim is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. I’m grateful and very happy with the outcome. Before calling Integrity, 2 roofers had inspected our roof and said that there were cracked tiles and needing repairs. But those 2 roofers didn't send us quotes timely, waited more than a week and we still hadn't received anything. So i took it as a sign that I should call for a 3rd one for a 3rd opinion. The reviews helped me and I decided to try calling Integrity and some others.

Karey from Integrity called me back shortly after I left a message while others hadn't called back. Karey was very courteous over the phone, very respectful and sincere. After Karey and I had a good chat on my concerns, she told me that it would be her husband Tim coming out to do the inspection. She gave me Tim's number so I would know that it was Tim calling me for scheduling, not some stranger. Tim was able to schedule us in on the next day. I called on a Friday and Tim came out on the next day Saturday. It was impressive. After Tim went up on our roof, he explained to us that those so-called issues identified by the other 2 roofers are not really issues. He explained to us how that tiny crack up there wouldn't lead to water damage because of the size and its location. He also explained to us about some "issues" that another roofer had said weren't really issues. All of those "issues" were only cosmetic, would not lead to any water damage from a rainy day. He explained everything very well even when the inspection/estimation was free. It was educational for us. In a nutshell, there is nothing needed repairing on our roof at this time. His honesty and integrity saved us a sum of money. If we didn't call Integrity, we would have been ripped off by another roofer who had blown things out of proportions. Thank you Tim!!!!!!
