A wonderful experience overall! Their commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of their work after tackling extensive repairs on both roofing and gutters effectively.

I am thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism displayed throughout the project. My roof had multiple issues, including leaks and damaged shingles. They transformed my home beautifully, addressing every concern I had.

They were supposed to work with my insurance to get a new roof on 3 of my buildings. When they were selling their service to me on August 19th they told me “oh we’re booking around September 9th right now.”
Over two months has gone by. It’s now November and they've done NOTHING.
Nothing submitted to insurance, nothing done at my home. They put a tarp on part of the roof, and when it rained I realized it was the wrong part. That was never fixed, so every rain, more water in the dining room.

I had to constantly call, every week to try and get an update only to be told "it's in supplementing" as if this was out of their control. What this really meant, was no one was doing anything, it was sitting on a desk while they took off to Florida after my $7k deposit hit their bank.
Now no one answers when I call, the salesman - straight to voicemail, production manager - straight to voicemail.

Finally got the owner on Facebook, and his only statement when I asked for a refund “It’s a contract we signed.” So we’ll start dealing with THAT BS. He can’t and won’t fix it, and now he wants to prevent me from finding someone else to fix the holes in my roof.

So DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY.

Avoid this company at all costs. Either I'm unlucky, or they bought a lot of reviews.

Now that I've complained and wanted to fire them, NOW they want to force it on me. RUN

This company did an outstanding job replacing my damaged roof! John Newkirk promptly surveyed the damage, prepared an estimate of the repair cost, and communicated that to my insurance company. All work was done, billed, and paid without me having to intervene at any point. You can't miss with this company!

The roofers they contracted out to to do the work were amazing the problem we had is Eric was high pressure max and sara were the first 2 to come out to look at the storm damage and it felt like we were inconveniencing max for his time so after they left sara contacted me and I was told that they felt bad for the way max was and they were sending us a special gift from Amazon to say sorry we never received any such gift sara then came back out with Eric and he took the time to do the inspection right and got the ball going with the insurance company we were told by sara and Eric that we won't have to pay anything out of pocket but after the work was done that wasn't true when I signed the contract with sara and max it was on there to remove the satellite dish but the contract i received said different and max was with sara and told her how to change it i was talking to them about having it removed and they said they would and 3 weeks later it's still not removed they never gave us a estimate to compare to anyone else Eric was high pressure and the lies about the Amazon gift the no money out of pocket and them saying the dish will be removed is just bull and a crappy way to do business i have been messaging them about the issues still pending but I'm being ignored people have asked me about them and I told them everything that happened with us

Did our roof over a year ago and still came out to check and get a color corrected on a piece that wasn’t quite right originally. Did the fix to make it right a year later! The follow thru and the response with them is great!!

She was mine my sales rep Just ccap it speaks for it self. Sales person was great. Would have gone with them but the management team swayed me to a hard no. Constantly hounding me to sign without letting me do my research. Also not a good sign that the owner mug shot is the first thing to pop up when you research them still a terrible company

John Newkirk and the team at TRS have been absolutely fabulous to work with on all of my commercial projects. They can do almost any complex construction project with great quality and service. Storm Chasers with poor craftsmanship. Three years from a roof replacement and now dealing with issues. They are happy to come out and fix for a large estimate. Please avoid to save your roof.

I had siding replacement for hail completed. I was happy with the craftsmanship, but there were communication issues within TRS that caused some of my requests to be not completed.

The responsiveness and workmanship of Total Restoration Services was outstanding! From start to finish, we knew we were in good hands with John and his crew. They were professional and able to quickly get to our project as it was necessary due to our very unusual insurance situation. TRS was great to work with and I am highly recommending them to others!

I had a flood in my basement during a heavy rainstorm. I called Total restoration because I had used them once before. Within 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon the crew showed up at my house and within 90 minutes the water was gone, the carpet was taken up and 25 feet of Sheetrock was ripped out and in bags. The crew was very professional and when they were finished there was no mess and you couldn’t even tell they were there. They put fans and dehumidifiers throughout the basement and left them there for a few days. Everything was dried out and we were able to make the necessary repairs. I would recommend their service to anyone that needs to use a restoration company.

My husband and I worked with JB from TRS after a hail storm damaged our roof. John was a HUGE help in diagnosing the damage and helping us file a claim with our insurance company. He was present on the day the insurance adjuster showed and made sure the adjuster saw the damage. Our claim was accepted and after doing due diligence in checking out TRS, we chose to go with them. We loved that they were a local small business. The work was doing professionally and the crew installing our roof was very courteous and respectful of our property. Afterwards, my husband and I checked out the exterior of our home and we have yet to find a nail or any roofing materials. JB came the next day and reviewed the work, actually getting up on the roof for a full inspection. We loved our experience with JB! We found him honest, non-pushy, thorough and very professional. He (and TRS) come highly recommended!

JB guided us smoothly through the process of evaluating our roof for hail damage, filing insurance claim, met on-site with adjuster, and ultimately we were approved for full replacement. He was a pleasure to work with, personable and knowledgeable. Explained the process, and material choices fully and in an easy to understand manner. Didn’t try to ‘up-sell’ as many other companies would. Extremely pleased with the up-front process, will post another review when work is completed.

I was impressed with the knowledge of John, the representative that came out to assess the job that we needed for our sunroom roof. What I did not appreciate, was the fact that we received our quote in August and did not have the work completed until late November. However, my negative impression of the company was quickly corrected by a wonderful young man (forgot his name). He came out to our house three times and demonstrated complete knowledge, workmanship and empathy towards our problem. He apologized for the delay in our work. He did an outstanding job! He went over and beyond. This young gentleman explained everything that needed to be done and completed the tasks within a professional and top notch work ethic. He was clean and picked up after himself. He did not cut any corners and treated our home like it was his own. Our sunroom roof has not leaked and hopefully, appears fixed, after years of frustrations. Hopefully, we will see the positive results after this winter, as well. So, I would highly recommend this company for any of your home’s outdoor needs.

Made an appointment on Saturday at 10 am with email and phone conversation but nothing ever happened no call no sorry were busy just dissappear and if that is ok then you shouldn't be in business...... thank you for saying you did stop at 837am on a 10 am appointment but my whole reason here is because lack of communication it seems as you came earlier but no communication to me oh well ...good luck with everyone else

Total Restoration Services was easy to work with to get my roof replaced after a recent storm. The sales director provided a great explanation of the scope of the replacement. They completed the filing in a timely manner to process the payment through my insurance company. We are satisfied with the new roof. We can contact Total Restoration Services if we ever notice any issues with the roof.

Roof was installed faster than expected. The quality of the material is ABSOLUTELY grade A. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
