Extremely impressive work habits. Fantastic clean-up process. They are definitely motivated to customer satisfaction..In my book they positively covered all the bases. May I also mention that the initial contact person was above and beyond helping us understand the procedures we needed to follow with our insurance company. Very knowledgeable, was able to answer all of our questions. He was very personable and left no stone unturned.

Highly recommend Local Roofing Solutions for your roofing needs. We hired them to do a partial roof replacement after a hail storm. They helped us from dealing with the insurance claim to the final installation. Even though our property is one and a half hours away from their company, dealing with Matt made all of our roofing needs very easy. Our friends who had roofing damage from that same hail storm were amazed how fast they got our roof completed, some even went with Local Roofing Solutions and are very pleased with their results.

I highly recommend Christina and her siding crew, they do excellent work. I had my siding done by the siding crew and they were very professional and did great work.

According to Local Roofing solutions this sagging weak wood did not need fixing when they did my roof. Despite it being part of a larger area of the same condition. That we repeatedly discussed fixing from the beginning and the day of the job. And now they refuse to acknowledge that it is a problem, or any of the discussions. But demand final payment. They did fix most of the area and other areas. Would you accept this as good work? Is there any other roofer that would agree it is ok? The other roofer I had inspect this after says this NEEDS to be fixed. And also found the buckling shingles. other Nailing concerns not all the way in (poking up through shingle), etc. Will they be using these pics in their marketing?

And now Managements response (to my review) was they didn't know because I didn't tell them. I have the Emails, Texts and Pics I sent to the Rep handing the job. So I am now supposed to believe that their Rep never went over the concerns (despite his repeated claims to the contrary). While I was withholding final payment. Payment they were demanding. I mean they didn't even ask him what was going on???? Really??? And of course they never called me. Even now Christine didn't pick up the phone and call. If this were true and my rep left a job like that, the customer out to dry, and management in the dark I would be' Picking up the phone to apologize for the situation, make effort to resolve and FIRE that Rep.. Not finger pointing, blame shifting and excuses in the comment section.

Angel and his crew are the best out there. I've been all over the state's and have seen a lot of roofs being done. But these guys hands down are by far the best. Due to a hailstorm in my area, I was in need of a roofing contractor to provide a damage assessment. A neighbor of mine referred me to Local Roofing Solutions (LRS) and I decided to contact them. They were prompt and met with me to explain the entire assessment/replacement process. They were very thorough in their explanation, and I felt no pressure. They met with the claims adjuster, and it was determined I needed a complete roof replacement. All the details were covered ahead of time and my replacement was scheduled in a very short time. The work was very professional and was finished within one day! There were a few areas that needed extra repair which were explained ahead of time and fixed as well, giving me peace of mind. The new roof looks great and there was no damage to any of my shrubs. The cleanup was excellent, you could not tell that they were there. I would definitely recommend LRS for roof replacement and repair!

I had bad hail damage to my roof and Local Roofing Solutions worked with my insurance company to get my entire roof replaced. They did an amazing and professional job installing the new roof. They even rolled a magnet around my entire house for over an hour to ensure all the nails were picked up! I highly recommend this company to anyone!

We had a really great experience! They helped us with our insurance claim, replaced our hail-damaged roof very quickly, and cleaned up nicely. Very unprofessional. I requested a quote from this company, and they did a great job sending one via email— didn’t even look at house. But this house is more than 100 years old, so I asked if someone might be able to come out in person to take a look at it.

They did some someone out, but that person was very confrontational, asking why they were there. I told the representative that it was an older house and I was wanting someone to take a look in person and give a quote.

They didn’t even look at the house, just responded that they had already sent one online and wasn’t sure why they were there. Unfortunately, the conversation didn’t go very far.

The house is more than 100 years, with asphalt shingles on top of cedar shake shingles on top of something like 1x6 strips.

The two other people that did actually look at the house, noticed it instantly and was able to make proper adjustments on their quote. But this company didn’t seem to care.

Their quote said nothing about tearing off multiple layers of shingles, replacing metal flashing, and it said nothing about putting a layer of plywood or OSB on. Simply that the quote included one sheet of plywood.

I definitely understand that it’s 2024, and many things can be done online, giving standard quote for a special project just doesn’t work. And being confrontational with a potential customer just doesn’t make sense.

Today, I'm reminded of our big home improvement of 2023, a new roof following a damaging hail storm! No leaking during this blizzard of 2024! This company was incredible to work with. Christina and her team performed a prompt and through inspection of our roof after we suffered extensive hail damage from a storm earlier this past year. I was immediately impressed with the knowledge and recommendations we received. LRS worked directly with our insurance adjuster to ensure we were represented thoroughly for a full replacement roof. My introduction to Christina and Local Roofing Solutions (LRS) started when my friend and neighbor stopped by my house for a drink last July 2022, he noticed quite a few dents in my outdoor metal gazebo roof that he thought was hail damage. He insisted that I have LRS come take a look, he explained that the June hail storms had damaged his roof extensively and that Christina with LRS had caught it and was able to repair it.

I did call... Christina and her team came and analyzed my roof and found that there was in fact quite a bit of hail damage. LRS then worked with my insurance company to resolve the situation. In addition to the damage photos that she already taken, Christina even showed up for the insurance drone review of the roof damages, she even jumped up on the roof and circled the damaged areas and hail hits on the roof for the insurance people.

What else can I say, pretty amazing. The roof looks great, but is covered with snow at the moment, so no pictures, sorry.

We worked with LRS for a roof, gutter, and downspout replacement. Ryan was our main contact and he was great. I was pretty optimistic on using a referral from someone I didn't know very well after the storm damage (hail/lightning) back in June. But I went with Christina and Ryan anyways because they were local to where I live. My insurance was being a complete pain in the butt, but Ryan assured me that he would do the leg work and get it done!

It got done! I was actually surprised how quickly it got done and the quality at which it was done was stellar. My roof has been done for about a month now and I can honestly say I've only picked up about 3 nails that were missed and in my opinion that is a extremely small price to pay considering customer service and work that was done. It was a complete tear off (3 layers).

Well worth every penny! I would highly recommend this company for any roof and gutter repair/replace.

I worked with Local Roofing Solutions on a complete roof replacement due to hail damage. The entire process was flawless! They met the insurance inspector at the house and managed the entire process from start to finish. Any question I had was answered very quickly. I informed them I would be leaving town for two days and was hopeful they could get started on the roof during that time. They delivered. They brought a nine person crew and completed the entire project in 1.5 days and everything was finished upon my return. The project management and crew were amazing! Other houses in my neighborhood had smaller crews and took 4+ days to finish and on the contractors schedule. My neighbors made several comments they wish they were given the same service I was given and wished they would have chosen Local Roofing Solutions. Local Roofing Solutions was fantastic. This was not only the first time I had ever replaced/installed a roof, it was the very first time that I filed a homeowners insurance claim. Christina was extremely helpful in every aspect of this experience and assisted in navigating insurance, dealing with the bank (property lien holder), and of course the roof replacement. They really did an excellent job replacing the roof. They worked fast, and they were able to get to my house WEEKS before other contractors were getting to other properties in my neighborhood. We had a bad hail storm on April 12th. Our first contact with Local Roofing Solutions was on April 15th. Christina (owner of LRS) met with our insurance adjuster on April 20th. We hired Christina and LRS that day. All materials arrived on the 27th and the roof and all repairs were made and completed on April 29th just 17 days after the storm. Amazing. LRS used substantially better materials and made suggestions that enhanced the beauty of our home. The job was done right and looks great. The best part of working with LRS is Christina's excellent customer service skills. She kept us informed every step along the way. I would recommend them to anyone.
