We have a challenging and difficult architectural design to our home. We found Lefever Roofing to be more than your average roofing company. They are structural engineers! They expertly corrected our existing roof problems and the resulting function and appearance is outstanding. Their work is quality at a reasonable cost. Lefever replaced my Cedar Shake roof several years ago and they did and awesome job (on time and on budget, but as important, courteous and considerate throughout the process). Recently I had a "roof problem" that had nothing to do with them or their prior work. I didn't know who could fix the problem so I called LeFever. True to form, Kelly listened and without hesitation assured me they could and would fix my issue. That's them. They are not only very good at what they do, but superb at how they do it. They are exceptional at listening to and then servicing their customer. I feel very fortunate to have found them.

Lefever did awesome work! The crew was respectful, clean, and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves each night before leaving. Josh was great to work with. He kept me in the loop the entire process. I highly recommend lefever roofing and will absolutely use them in the future!

LeFever Roofing was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Besides the known issues, other problems were discovered as the old roof came off but they worked with us to explain our options. I was thoroughly impressed by the amount of hard-working good people that showed up to replace my roof. I couldn’t believe they knocked it out in one day.

Brad looked over a leaky bay window of mine and immediately found problem with flashing. He also took a quick look over entire roof and did not find any major issues and said it should be good for a minimum of 5 years. Flashing was replaced a few days later.

Flat roof:
The windstorm March 16th peeled a large section of our office EPDM (rubber) roof off. Called LeFever in AM Thursday and they had estimator out that afternoon. Before leaving, the estimator pulled the rubber roof back in place best he could at request of insurance adjuster who was also onsite at the time.

Good thing as it rained Thursday night even though clear forecast.

Thursday afternoon they came out and did temporary repairs that is holding up with additional rains and high winds.

Requested quote for full replacement job from LeFever and several other roofing firms for the insurance company. Will see how that comes out.

But very happy with work done by LeFever. Easy to work with, took time to explain flat roof options and was flexible to make emergency repairs. Charge for the emergency repairs was very fair especially given the detail they did securing the roof until full repairs can start.

These guys are great! They show up when they say, have great suggestions and the quality of the work is excellent! I definitely recommend them!
