The communication was excellent from start to finish. The work was done professionally and on time. They kept me informed at every step along the way. I give them my highest recommendation.

I had some siding blow off last week on a high wind day. I called Forward Remodeling in a panic and they were able to send someone out the very next day! Because of their quick response are minds were quickly put to ease. The siding repair specialist that came to our house was so knowledgeable and really took the time to explain our situation to us. I will definitely be recommending and using this company in the future!

Todd and Rorward Remodeling were an amazing company to work with when I needed a new roof on my garage. Todd met with me, gave me a quote and a time it would be done and everything went smoothly. The crew showed up, got the job done and I would have never known anyone was there other than the roof looking so much better. Absolutely amazing service!! We were in a bit of a time crunch due to insurance processes and Todd Wirtz went over and above to get us scheduled within our time restrictions. I was immediately contacted by Denise Terrell who laid out a very detailed and professional plan. The workmanship was excellent and even more importantly there was no mess left behind. The entire project was completed in a timely manner. Although it is not likely that I will need to purchase another roof in my lifetime (oh, yeah...excellent product warranty), I would highly recommend them for any project, large or small.

From getting the quote to the completed project we had such a great experience with Forward Remodeling. Great communication (which is a huge bonus) and they did such a nice job on the front of our home. Removing the shutters and updating the trim really updated it! We will definitely use them again for other projects.

I got significant hail damage to my 14 year old roof last October. Adam stuck w me and submitted info to my insurance to get second inspection here and ending w better coverage from my insurance company! Excellent customer service!!!!!! Roof completed in one day from tear off to new shingles!!!! Love my new roof. Thank you FR!!!!!!!!

Forward did a great job so we initially thought, but turns out not so much. 3 missed appointments later by their reps and excuses galore, we have windows like Swiss cheese. Their warranty is terrible and once they get the check, they seem to disappear.

Short update. So their warranty consist of the distributor looking at the window and if there is an issue, you have to deal with the manufacturer. Use Infinity Remodeling, they warranty their work completely.

Had a great experience with new siding placed on our home! Workers were professional, cleaned up after install and answered questions regarding install timely.

The house we purchased needed a new roof, as the original was 25 years old. We wanted the work done before moving in, and Forward Remodeling took care of it. The entire process, from the quote to the workmanship to the follow up, was excellent. The cost was reasonable and within our budget. The job was even finished ahead of schedule as they had a cancellation and were able to move up our install date. They also were able to replace a few siding panels where a previous owner had a grill set up too close to the house.
Our new roof looks fantastic, and I will not hesitate (nor should you) to have Forward Remodeling do any work for us in the future. Thanks!

Forward did an excellent job replacing our roof and gutters, along with repairing siding pieces and an octagonal window. They were professional and prompt and very easy to work with. We would recommend them to anyone.

We contacted Forward Remodeling (FR) after hail damage to our roof. FR contacted our insurance company right away. This sped up the insurance approval process.

The guys that came and did the work on the roof were hard workers and did a great job. At the end, they cleaned up nicely.

We were in need of having our flat roofs replaced on our 3 seasons room and on the garage. Forward Remodeling was fantastic to work with, from start to finish! They helped us select new railing which really made such an aesthetic improvement over the old wrought iron railing that was in bad shape. We are so pleased with how everything turned out, and how easy Todd and his team made this process for us. We will definitely be using them again for future projects!

The roof on my home was replaced last fall and am very pleased with the work. Job was completed on a timely basis as promised. The entire area around the home was picked up after work was completed. Would recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement.

You can't find a nicer or more efficient business owner than Todd W. We had our house sided in April, 2023 and were completely satisfied with the work. His team arrived early in the morning and worked steadily all day rebuilding the chimney area first. Then in two more days they finished the project. PJ also expedited our questions well and when we had a concern about the flashing over two arches (one door and one window) his worker showed up and completed the work efficiently and effectively. We recommend Forward Remodeling and Todd as the company owner without any hesitation.

Todd and his crew at Forward Remodeling did some work at my Condo Association. They did a fantastic job. It was an emergency roof repair from a fallen tree. Plus some miscellaneous siding repairs. They were able to squeeze us in. Todd's knowledge and professionalism were so helpful! I can not recommend them enough!

Tood took a very stressful process of roofing and siding and made it fun. Picking colors and not personally knowing about products and quality can be frightening. But, this was fun and it really should be. Every question or concern was always answered and each step was reliably planned. The work was wonderful and our home looks and feels like home again. I highly recommend Forward Exterior Remodeling Specialists. I used their services for roof and gutter replacement as well as interior painting and carpentry work.
I contacted Forward Remodeling for a repair of a water leak around the chimney which caused interior water damage after a heavy rain. Owner, Todd Wirtz, responded immediately to my call. He explained that he had a waiting list of jobs, but that because of my immediate need of repairing a water leak, my job would be given top priority (something I did not hear from the other companies I contacted). I decided to replace the roof as well. The chimney repair and new roof were completed 2 weeks later.

The first meeting with Todd was very professional and he took the time to explain the process and promised us he was an excellent communicator. He took the time to get to know us, and what we were looking for.

He absolutely came thru on that promise. He went above and beyond the expectation. He met our insurance adjuster BEFORE we signed a contract to work with him. Once we choose Forward Exterior, Todd communicated ever detail to us both via phone and email confirmation.

He arrived 1/2 hour before his crew (with donuts) and worked with them all day. We, including our neighbors, were amazed at how they managed to tear off, repair and replace the roof on the house, garage and 2 sheds in 13 hours. They returned the next day to install the gutters & downspouts with they same commitment and professionalism.

We received quotes from some other bigger roofers but we choose Todd with Forward Exterior because he is the little local guy with a big heart.
