Overall, very good experience with Infinity Roofing. Mr. Hall was able to come out very soon after I requested a quote. He provided the best quote amongst the 3 local companies that I contacted. A team of two came out the next week and got to work on a roof leak. During the repair, they accidentally caused some drywall damage so Mr. Hall quickly coordinate a plaster team to come out and fix it. Everything looks sharp and both teams cleaned up before they left.

So nice and so fast, I loved the picture updates as I couldn’t be on site during my roof fix and them sending me pictures of progress was so nice. The work looks great I’m very happy and will definitely use again in the future !

Recently, I woke up to a leaky ceiling and reached out to Integrity Roofing, where I spoke with Mr. Rich Wolf, who promptly scheduled an inspection. Upon his arrival Mr. Wolf completed a thorough inspection of the leak and afterwards he fully explained his findings along with the specific actions his crew would be taking. The origination of the leak was not readily apparent, but both he and his crew were persistent in their efforts. Mr. Wolf’s professionalism and customer focus provided confidence that quality work was being completed. I would highly recommend Integrity Roofing.

Excellent Roofing company! I had roof damage from a storm and they stuck with me through the lengthy evaluation process to get the Insurance company to cover the damages for over two years!! Once we had approval, they were fast and efficient, getting the job done in a little over a week on a 15000 sq ft cement tile roof!
Results look fantastic, would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Wilson and his crew provided top notch service for a very challenging roofing project. The tasking required demolition of a 100 plus year old chimney working with original slate roof along with stripping old tin/ double asphalt shingles and repairing/ reroofing a dormer addition.
The final slate repair can not be distinguished from the original!

Infinity roofers are not the cheapest but they are the BEST! Job was planned out an executed perfectly. Absolutely no clean up required of the home owner when this awesome crew finished their work. House was built in 1951 and original deck boards were in good condition but years of service caused the wood to shrink creating gaps where leaks to attic and into the house drywall. crew added another layer of OSB diamond deck moisture layer which is 6 times better than that paper, took out old external roof vents which were leaking, installed a whole house ridge vent, allowing me to get rid of power vent which also allowed water entry and resealed all the house vents. I was also able to purchase a 25 year roof insurance which means all parts And labor covered by Infinity and the insurance company for the next 25 years. Cost 13,000 dollars but worth every penny. They also replaced drip edge to continue to protect the roof job through the coldest of Virginia winters.

Bob Hall was been very good to work with throughout the entire process of having my roof replaced. He has been very communicative concerning the process of the insurance claim and after the claim was approved, laid out a plan for the work to be completed . He was informative of the types of materials and expected life, and expected amount of time to complete the project.
Bob was onsite overseeing the roof replacement for the entire time their crew was working. From start to finish, the job went better than I expected.

Infinity Roofing installed our new roof a couple years ago and it was a great experience. They did a terrific job. Recently we had a couple shingles come off and Wilson and his crew came right out and reinstalled the missing pieces. They came within a day or two of us calling. Inifinity Roofing replaced an old flat roof that had begun to leak and was in poor shape. They were very competitively priced, professional and quick. I reccomend them highly if you have a flat roof that needs to be replaced.

I recently had a roof leak that I’ve always had a friend try to fix for me but he had moved away so I had to find someone else to fix it since it leaked through the ceiling this time. I happen to be on Facebook and found a post for infinity Roofing and looked it up. It had a five star rating with the Better Business Bureau and I also asked around and everybody said that it was a good company. So I called and Wilson came right away to do the inspection but we had snow at that time so he couldn’t get on the roof and he checked just the attic celling. He immediately found the problem with the leak was my kitchen stove vent cover and it had been happening for a while. He promised that he would send his repair guys as soon as possible. That was a Wednesday and they were there by the following Monday and did a wonderful job, you could tell that they knew their craft and I was very impressed. I would highly recommend Infinity Roofing. They are a very professional and knowledgeable company! I loved working with Wilson!!!!

This company replaced the roof on my neighbor’s house. In the process of tearing off the old roofing, they threw a bunch of trash and plywood into our yard, which broke our wireless weather station. Robert “Bob” Hall dropped off a business card and a promise to pay for the damage. No payment has ever arrived. Avoid this company if you want to keep good relationships in your neighborhood.

I would highly recommend Infinity roofing. As a local business owner, I value responsiveness and punctuality above all else. Rich with Infinity is that and more. Infinity completed a TPO roof for us on an addition project and the install was seamless. Every call was returned and the guys where on the job just as promised. The crew was very thorough, quick to adapt to a couple of changes and left the work site as clean as they found it.

Kyle Willis and his team did an amazing job start to finish. Kyle was extremely communicative every step of the way. He always made sure that we completely understood every piece of paperwork and was great in letting us know what to expect when the crew was working on the roof. He was always available for any question that we had and was extremely helpful liaising with our insurance rep. The crew was very efficient and got the job done quickly (3 days) even though there was an unexpected hiccup of having to replace a large amount of rotted wood. Kyle and his team did a fantastic job replacing my roof. I was overdue to replace it, so I had some rotting wood (more than I anticipated) and replacing the wood in addition to replacing the roofing materials didn’t slow the crew down at all. They arrived promptly in the morning and had everything completed and cleaned up before dark on the same day. The clean up was so great it was like they were never there. I’d highly recommend using infinity roofing, specifically Kyle’s team because my roof looks great, the install is quality and I didn’t find a better price anywhere. Not to mention, I no longer run to my attic during a rain storm to put buckets under the leaks!

I used Infinity to replace the roof on both my house and detached garage in Nov 2020. My contractor Wilson was very professional and responsive to my questions. He negotiated with my insurance to secure me a full replacement on both roofs. My wife wanted specific shingle color that wasn't readily available (bc Covid), but Wilson was able to find them and make it happen. Installation was on time and clean up was very good. I got two beautiful new roofs with very little effort from me thanks to Wilson taking the lead. Definitely recommend.

So, we were our my wits end because we had some large leaks in our roof, an old roof that my husband and I knew we really needed to replace. We were not in the financial position to buy a new one, so my husband asked around for a few quotes to patch it up, and at least try to stop rain from getting into our home. Wilson was one of three contractors who came to give us an estimate, and he was the only one who suggested to us the possibility of filing an insurance claim because our roof had a lot of storm damage. We tried not to get our hopes up, but he was so friendly and willing to help, that we decided to try to insurance claim route. We were FLOORED when Wilson called to let us know that he was able to get the insurance company to cover the ENTIRE roof. All we had to do was pay our deductible, which was a fraction of what the whole roof would have cost us. We can not thank him enough, and we would highly recommend him to anyone who is having roof issues! We have referred him to multiple friends and they have all had similar results :)

I do not recommend this roofing company. We just purchased our home and Infinity Roofing performed the inspection of the roof prior to our purchase. They were hired to perform a complete inspection and to perform any and all repairs. After his complete inspection he had to replace missing shingles and told the homeowners that the roof was in good condition and would last another 5 years or so. Right after we closed on our home we had to call the company back out because we had damage on our sunroom ceiling. Wilson came and had to replace both the plywood and shingles on the lower section of our roof because it was now discovered as being damaged. Well just about three months now and we have another leak in our sunroom and performed the inspection ourselves this time, both inside and outside. We now have a major leak around a bathroom vent with rotten plywood that now has to be removed and replaced. The prior homeowners paid over $1,500 for the roof’s complete inspection and for repairs. We consulted in another roofing company today to also inspect our entire roof and we were informed that this should have been noticed if a complete inspection was performed because that section of our roof has been damaged for sometime.

I called this company at 8 p.m. one night last week because the roof had some shingles that have blown off. I didn't get a call back until the next day around 3 pm. Around 5 p.m. a gentleman named Wilson Huffman went to the property for an inspection. He called me to advise that we needed to do an insurance claim. I advised him that I was well aware of the process to file an insurance claim but I was looking for an estimate on what it would be to actually repair this roof. He continued to explain it's best if we just do this as an insurance claim. I'm a real estate broker and explain to him I completely understand that being a option but that is not my only option and I have never had a company not provide me a written estimate of what a repair cost would be. He never sent any type of written estimate regarding the repair.. I would not recommend this type of a company everyone should have an option to choose what fits best for them.

Wilson and his team are great. Knowing that I had a leak they took advantage of a break in the rain and got my roof installed very quickly. This was my first time having to replace my roof. I did some research/homework to educate myself about the process. My roof replacement was needed because of storm damage. After searching for a reputable roofing company, I chose Infinity Roofing and Siding. Rich Wolf explained a lot more details about the process in dealing with my insurance company. His detailed presentation and knowledge was impressive. I did not feel harassed at any time during my decision making time. Rich simply said "contact me when you're ready".
I finally contracted Infinity roofing and siding. let me give you some details about the work. I was told it was going to be a big mess of material, and it was! The job took 2.5 days. So it was not rushed as I've seen from other roofing companies knocking out an entire roof in one day. Makes you think about the quality of the work done is such a short time? Traps were placed around the house to catch all the old roofing material. The "Clean as you go" was in effect. None of my landscaping was damaged. I was concerned about possible damage to the gutters but no damage was done there either.
All and all, I was very impressed from beginning to end. I highly recommend Infinity Roofing to anyone need this type of work done. The roof looks AWESOME! Thank you Infinity and Rich Wolf.
