On February 21, 2025, you personally visited our home and conducted a thorough assessment of the insulation required to make it less drafty and more energy-efficient. By March 27, 2025, your installation team—comprising Brian E., Dave M., and Conner B.—exceeded all our expectations.

The team began by evacuating the old cellulose insulation, creating new access points in a hard-to-reach gable, and removing the outdated batting insulation. Once the attic was fully cleared, Brian E. meticulously inspected and sealed cracks around the registers and other unwanted openings. The team then disinfected the attic with RMR-141 RTU, Shockwave, and Recon Odor Counteractant. They followed this by installing radiant barriers where necessary and filling the entire attic with Owens Corning ProPink L77 Pink Fiberglass.

Brian and his team did amazing work in my attic. Full clean out, sanitation, some repairs underneath of my HVAC system, and all new insulation installed. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. First picture was from April with an outdoor temp of about 89F and the second picture was from June 23rd with an outdoor temp of about 101F. Ceiling measured 30c/86f in the first picture and 19.3c/68f in the second picture. It's definitely working to keep our conditioned air inside our home and the hot air in the attic!

We had Zhe Industries insulate and air seal our attic around mid June and it has been unbelievable how good of an investment this was. I'm not certain we'll see much in savings this year as our AC pretty much runs full stop from morning until later in the evening but it is much more comfortable.

Another huge added bonus for us was the noise deadening. Since we had so little insulation or none in our attic in the first place it basically acted like a guitar and we could hear every noise from outside. We also live under the Oceana flight path so there's tons of jets flying throughout the week at all hours. Since we now have much more insulation and coverage than before outside noise has probably dropped by at least 60 to 70 percent. Even the jets don't over power indoor conversations and we can barely hear when people are mowing their lawns.

The crew were polite and very professional. It took about half a day to remove the old insulation and install the baffles and then a short hour or so for them to blow in the new insulation.

Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend their services.

I needed a roof replacement and new insulation for my new home. I chose Zhe industries to do the job, and my roof and attic look brand new. Most notably, the new insulation keeps my home at the desired temperature for much longer and the new roof now keeps the weather out. I needed it done right the first time up and Zhe Industries delivered Top-notch service and professionalism while choosing the best quality materials to do the job. I purchased my home in Acredale in March of 2023. It needed a number of repairs and upgrades. By the Fall, I noticed that the insolation in the attic was not doing the job and was in really poor condition. I had already spent far more than I expected for the other repairs and was thinking about just filling in the lean areas myself. I noticed a smell in the attic and found rodent droppings. I did some research and decided that the attic was more of a priority than other projects I planned. I got some estimates but did not feel confident in what these salesmen were saying. I looked one last time and found Zhe. I liked that they seem to have a direct connection to the manufacturer of the material they use. Brian came to give the estimate. He answered my questions in detail and outlined exactly what was needed to do the job correctly and to code. He and his assistant, Dave, came and finished when they said they would. They kept the house neat as they worked and had no problem answering any additional questions and allowing me to see the different stages of the job along the way. Both of them were friendly and hard-working professionals. Brian was also very cooperative in the way the paperwork was handled. The work they did came out very well. They sanitized and sealed the whole attic, eliminating the leaks and smell. They made sure the airflow is correct for proper ventilation and raised the “R value” above the current code requirements. The other companies offered less for more than I paid. My house is warmer, quieter, and that funky smell is gone. I have already passed Zhe’s contact info to a close friend.

Fall of 2023 I solicited quotes from a few insulation contractors and found Zhe Industries had the most efficient and clear communication, as well as reasonable pricing, so we hired them. The work was done on the days agreed upon, cleanup afterwards was good, everything done as discussed. I would recommend. (The insulation in our 1960s ranch was very insufficient before this project, I am pleased to see how much our gas usage has gone down these cold months compared to last year.)

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company! They came out within a week of contacting for an estimate; we scheduled about a week or two out; job was completed in 1 day. These guys never even took a lunch break! We had removal and installation in our townhome which is about 2200+ square feet. Our family was having severe breathing concerns and our house just always was trying to combat the weather outside. HVAC was running nearly nonstop and multiple dehumidifiers running. I had no idea that bad insulation can break down and the dusting particles will end up in your HVAC system. The chemical compounds that were in my previous breaking down was alarming in and of itself. I was sold on their products being certified and certified technicians installing with 50 year shelf life. I will be dead most likely the next time insulation is needed. Definitely will continue recommending their services and the products they promote. After having a good week turnaround with the new insulation I am happy to report my HVAC has barely ran and we have not needed the dehumidifiers. Our entire family’s breathing has improved tenfold. I saw his trucks/trailers in the neighborhood and the first thing I noticed was how clean and organized they appeared to be. This level of quality carried through the quote process and installation. In the end Zhe replaced my entire roof and gutters for a very fair price, and cheaper than other reputable companies in the area. Given Zhe's GAF Certification, I had the warranty in writing from GAF within a few days of the install.

I recently purchased an older home with asbestos in the basement. I had several companies walk though for a quote and ended up choosing Zhe Industries. Brian took the time to explain all of the training and certifications he and his team have for removing asbestos, and answered all of my questions about safety. The attention to saftey was my biggest concern through the process, and I ended up choosing this company because they demonstrated a commitment to making sure I felt safe in my own home.

The estimate was competitive and fair. I was scheduled quickly and the work crew was very professional, timely, and efficient. They did a great job of removing asbestos, and even upgraded some of the encapsulation without billing me for the upgrades.

After the removal, Brian and his team took air quality samples to measure the particle count both in the air and in the basement. This again I appreciated- other companies did not offer the level of testing that Zhe offered.

I am thrilled to have found Zhe Industries to solve my insulation problem. My home did not have any insulation in the exterior (or interior) walls which resulted in an expensive heating and cooling bill. Rather than ripping out all the drywall, he was able to blow in highly rated insulation. After a little drywall repair, it looks like nothing every happened, but feels like we now have insulation.
