I stumbled in the market for a new roof as I was preparing to sell my rental house. Wilson Huffman and his crew with Infinity Roofing completed a four day roofing job for me here in Kingsmill in June 2024. Bottom line, Wilson and his crew did an excellent job and exceeded our expectations. The reasons I highly recommend Wilson and his crew are as follows:
1. Our home insurance agent provided us with Wilson’s contact details and a solid endorsement.
2. We reached out to four roofers for estimates and Wilson’s price was in the middle of the pack. Not too high and not too low.
3. Wilson gave me his best price the first time; no gamesmanship.
4. I knew Wilson was someone with the character and integrity that I wanted to do business with. He didn’t try to up-charge on different options like designer shingles, Low-E insulation, ridgeline ventilation, etc. He just gave us the pros and cons on each option and told us what worked best based on his experience. I went to the library and did my own research and found that Wilson was giving me good advice even though it may not benefit him.
5. Wilson was very responsive. He was prompt with returning calls, text and email. He went above the call of duty and emailed me research studies regarding Low-E insulation.
6. Wilson was the only roofer that wanted to look in our attic since excessive attic heat has a negative effect on how long the shingles will last. He made some great recommendations for our situation that would help lower the attic temperature and improve the life of the new roof.
7. The roofing crew was impressive, athletic, courteous, and very professional. The crew worked hard and put in long days. They moved potted plants away from the house and away from the back terrace to avoid being damaged. This took extra time and was hard work. The crew was very efficient, took all the necessary safety precautions and moved around a very steep roof seamlessly.
8. The roof piping was painted and fitted with new collars and the flashing was hand cut and tailored to the house. It was detailed work that was nicely done.
9. I recommend Wilson and his crew with Infinity Roofing without hesitation. These are the kind of people you want to work with.

Wilson is an excellent referral. He took my call on the first try, and promptly arranged for a site visit for later in the week. When we met on site, he was honest in his assessment of the issue and on the recommended fix. The repairs happened within a reasonable timeframe and he sent me several pictures demonstrating the work afterwards. Wilson demonstrated familiarity and knowledge with the existing materials and build out on my roof. 100% recommend for folks who need repairs done and/or folks needing to consult with an expert for new roofs.

From the initial contact to payment, Wilson Huffman with Infinity Roofing was open and honest with me. The team came out yesterday and got straight to work. They laid down tarps and did their best to clean up nails and shingle trash. They worked from roughly 7 am to 4 pm. I only found 6 nails in the backyard thus far and a small handful on the driveway. The roof, charcoal architectural shingles, look amazing! I am very happy with this job as of today, March 9th.

Infiniti roofing company did a wonderful job on my roof. I was impressed of the work and I will referred them to anyone.

I was in process with going solar and Infinity was around the 6th or 7th company I reached out to. Of those, they were the only company to come on-site to give me an estimate. My main contact was Wilson, and he made sure to make the entire process as simple as possible.

After inspecting my roof, Wilson recommended we reach out to my insurance company and get it covered that way. This was the biggest benefit with having an on-site inspection.

I want to point out that having Wilson as my main contact was a godsend. I work a night shift and have a weird sleep schedule. He respected my time and made sure to work around my schedule.

Also having him around gave me a little competency about the process. He was with me when the insurance company inspector assessed the damages, he made sure to maximize the amount the insurance company would insure, and he's still a text away and is still helping me understand the next steps.

On a different note, it was just pleasant being around a people person. We had conversations that I'd have when my closest friends; it wasn't entirely business and I could tell he cared because he followed up with my going-ons.

Overall I'd highly recommend Infinity to my closest friends and family. You don't repair your roof everyday so this is something you'd want to get right the first time, and if you want that it's too Infinity..and beyond :-D

Positive experience considering no one wants to hear that they “need” a new roof. Wilson made the process seamless by dealing with the insurance adjuster directly and timelines were all met. The roof replacement was completed in 1 day and it all looks great! Highly recommend!

The new roofing and new skylights were done at my house. All work was completed in 1 1/2 days. Wilson is very knowledgeable and responsive...excellent customer service skills. The contractor, upon completion of the project, requested payment of one amount (guaranteeing that was all we were allowed to pay) but we were, subsequently, billed for more and he wouldn't explain why. Instead, he pushed the office staff out front to respond. I still haven't been contacted by him. We won't EVER use this company again.
