This company is a joke. Very poor service. My neighbor used them and said they were not good, that they left a mess. But they knocked on my door after a big hail and windstorm, and so I went with them. Ted VanDuinen was the one I dealt with. So unreliable and never returned my calls. He was a lot of big talk but no follow through. He strung me along for almost 5 months. I finally gave up after leaving so many texts and phone messages. (His VM was always full) There was never anyone answering at their office either. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Infinity roofing did a fantastic job on our new roof! We were amazed at the quality and non stop crew! Easy to deal with, great work ethic by all, especially supervisor Austin Elder who checked often to make sure the job was going well & kept us informed of the progress. We couldn’t be happier!

We had the best experience with Infintiy Roofing. Andrew was super professional and always available to answer our questions and help with any concerns. He worked with our insurance company and handled the process seamlessly. The work done on the roof was perfect and everything was done very quickly. Terrible communication. Tried the insurance route. They were very confident in getting it covered. Insurance denied. Brayden with Infinity was still confident with trying some shingle comparison process. However, I always had to be the one to call every 3 weeks to get an update. It's been 4 months and now I don't even get responses. I'm done trying. Simple communication would have made it 5 stars even with the denial.

Madeline and Ted inspect our roof after the last big storm we had . I appreciate that they’re always honest about the damage (or lack there of) and don’t try to push us in any direction. Luckily, we haven’t needed a roof replacement yet, but when we do, we’ll surely choose Infinity.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel this is important so others aren't taken advantage of. We had door-to-door salesmen knock on our door after a recent hail storm (never mind the No Soliciting sign). They were offering free roof inspections to check for hail damage. They climbed on the roof and told me there was "damage everywhere" and I would need a total roof replacement. They were pushy and insistent, but I was very skeptical. I asked a friend in the roofing business to give us a second opinion. When he checked our roof, he said he couldn't find a single spot that was damaged. Not one single shingle! It's very disappointing that Infinity Roofing would be so dishonest and tried to take advantage of people. Be careful working with this company.

We could not be happier with the outcome of our new roof. Marques was very professional and communicated with us every step of the process. He sent us videos of the progress after each step. They used quality products and the installation exceeded our expectations.

Infinity removed 2 layers of shingles and roofed our house ... in 1 day. They also meticulously cleaned up the huge mess afterwards. Thumbs up from me!

I would not work with this company. Left their vehicle parked, unattended at gas pumps for over 45 minutes. Very inconsiderate of other patrons of the gas station. PILES of garbage to the ceiling inside the vehicle.

Signed up with Infinity Roofing on the advice of a family member, I was assigned Kristine K as a rep and had nothing but problems with her. She was never proactive, I had to call every time I wanted or needed an update and she would always have to get back with me (to actually make a call to the insurance company) then that would take a week and I would have to call her back just to get an update on an update! This went on for MONTHS! 4 Months to be exact!
Obviously I went with another company and from start to finish it took 3 weeks! I guess if you get the right rep that is competent and actually wants to help you then they could be good but that was not even close to my experience. Choose another contractor.

Jarrid Matthews is incredibly unprofessional. Says hes going to do one thing multiple times and he has failed multiple times to do so. I’ve tried to contact him and he does not return my messages.
Update: Jarrid Matthews has still not contacted me as of 4/14 2022 despite calling him two more times.

John West from Infinity was driving by my house while I just happened to be getting my mail. He stopped and offered to help with my roof. It needed it. He put me at ease right off the bat about the cost, and working with our insurance company. He worked with the insurance company; appeared when the appraiser came to look at the roof; and really went out of his way to make sure that our house would look good. He even removed the gutters and had new ones put in. Turns out there were a few hidden surprises when all the work started. He and his crew worked to fix all of them.

It's clear that John West cares about his customers. You don't see a lot of people with the enthusiasm to help customers and ensure they enjoy the finished job as John does. You also don't feel like you're talking to a contractor when you're working with John, you feel like you're talking to a friend. He's sincere.

For the record, the last roofing company that I worked with was Ron Case Roofing in a previous home, and after being lied to and deceived at every turn, as well as property being destroyed from careless handling of shingle packages falling off the roof and breaking things, after our previous company showed no remorse for our destroyed property, after they told us a dumpster was included in our cost, then told at the end it would cost us $1,500, after waiting three months for them to finish the job, I was hesitant to work with another roofing company.

John put all those reservations to rest. For instance, when Ron Case did our roof, they didn't bother cleaning up, they smashed anything and everything, didn't even bother putting down any kind of protection, but John's roofers put down protective tarps, walked debris to the dumpster and cleaned and swept up so well, you barely knew they'd been there.

Nothing but applause from my end for what John West and his roofers did for us.

Kristine was very professional she called us the night before our roof was to be done so we could be prepared for work to be done the next morning . the workers came to our house were very polite and helpful they cleaned up and left our property clean

Due to another storm that just recently hit northern Utah i had some shingles blow off my roof again as to be expected. I called infinity roofing to come out do the repairs under there warrenty and I made a complete D-bag outta myself thinking I was on the wayside waiting for work to be done but turns out that they had done the work with such ease and grace that I didn't even know they came and went.
These guys have yet to disappoint and have followed through without any hiccups.
John West you are then man and thank you for all the understanding and support brother, you've made a lifelong customer outta me !

This was my first time as a new home owner needing to do a major repair due to the gale force wind storm.
Infinity roofing company did fast work on my roof before a major 7 hours in total.
Roof looks amazing and they left my yard with no debree.
10/10 would use again.

We had roof damage after the big windstorm in SLC. James from infinity roofing has been a miracle worker taking care of all our issues. He made the process of working with our insurance company a breeze. From start to finish, James kept us updated and completely informed. We now have a beautiful roof that we are very pleased with. The installation of the roof was done quickly, and the team did a great job of cleaning up after. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I can’t say enough about the amazing work John West did in turning around my insurance claim for roof damage from all but denied to a brand new roof within days. This guy knows what he’s doing. He knows how the insurance companies work and he knows what qualifies as a proper justification for an old weathering roof to be replaced. I’ve now witnessed him come to my house and notice that my current dilapidated shingles were sitting atop a wood shake base layer, which is legally considered to be an un-nailable surface. Once significant roof damage occurs to a home with a wood shake base layer, it has to be replaced by law. I didn’t know that. John knew and I’m seeing a major home improvement covered that I had no idea could be covered. John made it happen quickly.

I recommend working with John West.

John West, my rep with Infinity Restoration, was FANTASTIC. He was in charge to doing the roof on my house and in charge of doing the roofing on my business, which was a major project. He works GREAT with the customer and gets the maximum from the insurance company. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHN WEST!!

John W. with Infinity Roofers responded immediately when I reached out after a wind storm damaged my roof. I had tried getting ahold of several roofing companies prior but none of them returned my calls. John was professional, was able to work with the insurance company to make sure I was taken care of, and got the process started very quickly.

After the Utah windstorm of late 2020, someone from Infinity knocked on my door and asked if they could provide an estimate. Technician arrived when expected to inspect, although stated they had just "rolled out of bed".
Technician looked at some shingles on a lower edge and advised the entire roof should be replaced, didnt even look at the holes from trees on the taller parts of the roof. Technician also said they could get us a deal on new gutters from one of their contacts.
Technician said I would receive a quote later that day, but have not heard anything in a week.
I didnt expect a lot since other contractors i have contacted had a much longer lead time for an estimate but did at least expect them to provide an estimate or further communications on why they were unable or unwilling to do so.

This company is amazing. Now this review I cannot state directly to their workmanship but I can review and comment on other very important aspects. Jarrid was given the task by my management company to give us a second opinion on my roofs on the property I live in. Jarrid called me when he was on property and we carried out a great conversation. We had a relative of the complex throw out a deal for us and I was up front and honest with Jarrid about our plan to use this other vendor. Even though I stated that with Jarrid he still aided in anyway that he could. He verified my other vendors deal with me giving my complex a great peace of mind. Now the really amazing part is that Jarrid followed up with me on how things were going with the other vendor. Still didn't gain anything out of this and following through and still willing to help. That screams to me honesty and integrity. I would have no problem giving Jarrid a job and I actually feel terrible that he was so helpful and put in so much work knowing he wasn't going to get the job. If their workmanship is anything like their integrity than I don't see anyone having a problem with these guys.

these guys made it so easy. Showed up early and knocked it out quick. Sean took the time to answer every stupid question I had about code and updates and upgrades. I didn't have to do anything but pick out the roofing.

Our roof sustained substantial damage from a hailstorm. I called a roofing company and asked them to prepare a bid to replace my roof. Before we received the bid Sonja Beekley from Infinity Roofing just happened to knock on our door. Sonja has a very engaging personality. I was inclined to tell her we already had a roofer we were working with, but she was so pleasant to deal with. Before I knew it she was up on our roof observing first hand the damage to our roof from the hailstorm. When she got down off the roof she suggested we file a claim with our insurance company. She was so knowledgeable and so great to work with. We called the insurance company together. Everything she told us would happen did happen. She returned phone calls, emails and texts. She couldn’t have been better to work with. The roofing crew came when they were supposed to and worked extremely hard. They worked neat and clean. The roof looks fantastic. I would recommend Sonja and Infinity Roofing to anyone.

Did not complete the job to my satisfaction. Said they could reinstall roof heat cables as they were installed before. They ruined 1 year old cables with their incompetence and installed inferior cables that are lifting the shingles and blowing off the roof. Can’t get anyone to return calls and have had promises to “fix” the problems but no one ever shows up. BEWARE this company!!!!

Infinity just completed the replacement of our roof, which was needed because of hail and wind damage. Sean V. was the project manager and he was very thorough and kept me up to date with texts, phone calls, and visits throughout the project. The crew did a great job completing the removal and replacement within 12 hours. They did a good job of protecting shrubs and bushes and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was finished. I did find one soft spot after the job was completed. Sean came right out and verified that there was a problem. A crew came out and replaced the cracked decking, then replaced the removed underlayment and shingles with new.

On referral from my friend Manuel, I contacted Sonja Beekley with Infinity Roofing. She was quick to respond! She handled all of my insurance work with class. The 7 workers showed up at 7am, and had to take off 3 or 4 layers of old shingles. We ended up having to do all new plywood sheeting, which was also paid for by my insurance! They worked a 13 hour day to make sure the roof was covered with tar paper, and ice shield, and they cleaned everything up that day. It rained for a few days, and then they showed up at 6am to start again. When I came home from work, they were just finishing up. The roof looked gorgeous and the clean-up was immaculate! Infinity Roofing is a company that I would absolutely recommend! Thank you Sonja and Infinity Roofing for my new roof! I would just add that sonja was on job sight often through out ,she is a marvel!

My sales guy was Jaime. Met him at the home show. I'm giving him 4.5 stars. The install crew, 4.5 stars. They were here bright and early, communicated well with me during the day (I speak Spanish, so I suppose it was easier for me). They got the entire job done in one day. Office staff .. 1 star. Total = 3 stars.

Bad follow up with expectations, too. I was supposed to get roof vents. Jaime told me that they put the measurements of my home into a special calculator and it tells them how many vents I need. If I wanted the cap-vent, that was extra.

Well, after the install was done .. NO VENTS!!! And I have a 1600 sq ft home (one floor), so the roof needs vents. I can feel the heat coming through this summer worse than ever. I was told that their special calculator said I didn't need vents. Which is absolute horse manure.

Anyway .. I'd never use them again. Good thing I got the 50 year warranty. (Hope they're still in business if I have issues.)

Sonja and the team at Infinity Roofing performed a replacement of our roof efficiently. The entire replacement was completed in less than two days and took care to protect our landscaping. No damage to our new plants and trees and very reasonable left over refuse from the work. The team helped us on each stage of processing the claim with our insurance and was patient to collect payment on their work. Highly recommended!

Our roof looks great! Thank you to Ryan Edwards for knocking on my door and inspecting my roof. Just that morning I had been thinking about getting the roof replaced. Ryan was there through out the whole process, answering questions and calming my concerns. They did a great job.

Early last summer, I answered my door bell and found a very friendly fellow standing on my porch. He asked if I had ever had my roof inspected for hail damage. Even though we had just recently had a hail storm, it had never occurred to me to have that done. He asked if he could go on my roof and look around. I thought well that couldn't hurt so I agreed to have him do it. He went on the roof and came down shortly and said that I had significant damage and insurance would probably pay to replace it. He suggested that I submit a claim to my insurance and from that point on, he took control of the whole process. His name was Domenic Guerrero and he was so pleasant to deal with. He answered all my question and was always very outgoing. Eventually, my roof and gutters were replaced and insurance covered it except for the deductible. I am delighted to have a new roof and it is all due to the friendly fellow that rang my doorbell. He is very trustworthy and a delight to deal with. I give him 5 stars!

Dom was the absolute BEST to work with. He made the insurance process so easy and was always courteous and professional. I highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Infinity Roofing if you are looking for roofers. Domenic is great. He is polite and high efficient. I sent him the general inspection pdf about the roof before I bought the house and Domenic sent me the quote super fast with reasonable and competitive price. Wonderful experience!

Couldn't have asked for an easier process. After calling a few other companies, I came across Domenic with Infinity Roofing and am very happy I did! He came out the next morning, was prompt and takes his craft seriously! My roof had some reoccurring problems. Safe to say we've had a couple big rains since the fix and my roof is holding up. I won't hesitate to give Infinity a call if I need another job taken care of!!

I usually feel terrible giving bad ratings, and would rather not leave them, but i feel like this one is necessary for the sake of other people
I contacted this company in October to get my roof replaced after the hail storm we had. They were quick to come out and get a contract signed. They told me that the metal roofing i currently have is not made anymore so i had to pick a different metal. Then it took weeks of calling, emailing, texting, etc to hear back. We were told that since ours was metal and a certain outside temperature wasn't required to put our roof on, that we were then put at the bottom of the list of priorities so they could take care of people's roofs who did need a certain temp, but that ours would be done by Christmas. I was understanding, but when mid December came and I again had to call/text/email a dozen times to get an answer, I was told my roofing still hasn't come in because they had to get it from a new company further away. I was told the beginning of January i would get it done. Let's just skip forward to the end of February (just imagine a lot of trying to contact them, and getting the run around in between there) when i was told that since so many of the new roofs they had just done were damaged by wind and they now had to fix those, that they would not be putting on any more roofs until April or May!!!!!!!!!!! (A reminder that i signed a contract early-mid October) I went ahead and cancelled my contract with them. (They didn't argue about it at all, thank goodness) and i found a company that came out the same day, informed me that yes, in fact my type of roofing IS still manufactured, and is in fact made in Utah! My roof was done to perfection within 2 weeks of contacting the other company.
I originally came to this company because my in laws had their roof done by them. Unfortunately they have had to go back 3 different times now and fix the wind damage to their roof. (The wind hasn't been ridiculous, so this should not be happening)
If you decide to go with this company, i wish you luck! You will never hear back from a supervisor no matter how many times you are promised you will. You will be amazed at how many times you won't be able to get a hold of them because your contact was "out of town" or "never uses this cell phone" even though that's the only number you have for him. Again, good luck.

In June with suffered some hail damage. many of our neighbor's were denied insurance claims. Ted was excellent to work with and got my insurance claim handled for me. I had my neighbor's who were declined call Ted and he got them covered as well. Their crew was very fast and did a great job! you can't go wrong if Ted's on the job!!!

The service and professionalism that we received from Sonya was nothing short of perfect. The crew that installed our new roof met all of my expectations and even went above and beyond....fixing a pipe on the roof that was unrelated to the contracted work.... Sonya knocked it out of the park with her constant follow up during the two days of installation and I have therefore recommended Infinity Roofing to several of my friends due to these results.

I had the company come out and look at my roof. The representative was very nice and professional. He insisted that he could get the insurance company to cover our roof replacement. He had me sign a contract that stats if they are able to get our insurance to cover the roof we will use infinity roofing. I was told that if I change my mind I had 3 days after signing the contract that I could cancel. In looking over the contract I have found that the portion of the contract that is for canceling is not attached. This made me afraid do to all the scams out there. I called and Eric got sent me over the missing part. I really feel Infinity Roofing is really out to help home owners. As hard as it is to believe in this day and age there are company's that care about there customers. I'm looking forward to working with Infinity Roofing. Special shout out to Eric you are the best!!

Signed a contract with this company to do my roof in Farmington, UT after a hail storm. Expected a call back from them or my insurance within a few weeks. Nearly two months and multiple phone calls/voice mails/emails later I still haven't heard a peep from this company. Their contract (which has no end date) states that if I go with another company they will charge me 15% of the total cost to replace my roof. It also states there is a second page that discusses cancelation of the contract which was conveniently omitted by the rep that initially talked to me.

So they lock me in a contract which threatens to make me pay them for doing nothing (and I mean nothing) and then don't ever respond to my inquiries. If they had not been in business so long in the area I would have assumed they are just a scam company. Maybe it was just my rep (Ted Sr working with is son Ted Jr). I can understand if my name just fell through the cracks, life happens, but after six plus calls trying to get any kind of status... and all this time my damaged roof is getting pounded by rain and winter is just around the corner.

They seemed so professional... Again, I could just be that unlucky soul who got lost in the system, but if they can't talk with their rep and figure out what happened, would a customer want to trust them with their roof?

After posting this review I got calls from Ted and Jamie. Apparently Jamie was the rep we actually spoke with (even though he gave us Ted's card), but it doesn't change the fact that we left messages either personally or on voicemail with our contact information explaining the problem with Jamie, Ted Sr, and Ted Jr. Any of them could have called us back (or each other) to resolve the apparently "lost contract". The fact that it took a bad review to get any of them to actually call us is telling. Although Ted did state that he would send confirmation of the cancelation of the contract today, so far nothing. Sadly that was expected. Based on other reviews this could be a great company, so long as nothing goes wrong, but wouldn't all companies be great companies if nothing goes wrong?

Ted is so awesome... his crew and him have held our hand along the whole way with our roof. Infinity is awesome And again especially Ted being responsive to all our questions And even our insurance company.

Derek knocked on our door on a Saturday afternoon shortly after a massive hail storm rolled through our neighborhood. I was immediately skeptical as I am of anyone knocking on our door offering a service. I agreed to let him take a look at our roof to see if he spotted any damage. He said there was some small damage so he suggested getting an adjuster to come out and take a look with him. He was able to point out all of the damage to the adjuster and we were approved for a complete roof replacement. Derek was fantastic communicating with us during the entire process and took care of everything. I am very pleased with how the roof turned and the overall experience with Derek and Infinity.

Pros & Cons – Overall Pretty Good

Background - Let me start by saying that my roof was replaced because of storm damage and was paid for by my insurance company. Infinity sales people were going around my neighborhood and inspecting roofs to see if they sustained storm damage. My roof sustained significant damage so I filed a claim. The biggest plus in using Infinity was that the project manager met with the insurance adjuster to inspect the roof. The project manager was able to point out all of the damaged areas to the adjuster to help get the claim approved.

With that background I will list the pros:

• Project manager represents the homeowner in dealing with insurance adjuster.
• Use good quality roofing products (GAF Timberline).
• Seems to have a good warranty (although the value of roof warranties appears to be suspect after researching them online).
• Roof looks good.
• Complete removal of old shingles and installation of new shingles in one day.
• Did a decent job with cleanup and didn’t do much damage to plants surrounding the house.
• Did not need to pay until job was completed.
• Infinity corrected the problems and issues with my roof without hesitation. Below are some examples:
• The new roof vents that Infinity installed were misaligned and unevenly spaced. They looked terrible! Infinity came out and replaced the misaligned turtle vents with a ridge vent without any fuss or pushback.
• I did notice several areas with exposed nail heads. The exposed nail heads means there is room for water to leak below the shingle and into the attic. Infinity came out and replaced the affected shingles.

Now I will list the cons or just other issues to be aware of.

• The project manager was only on site briefly at the very beginning of the project. No inspection of the final work product was performed by anyone but me with my limited knowledge.
• They make you sign a contract in order to get the representation with the insurance adjuster. Not necessarily a bad thing if you feel like you need a knowledgeable person to help you through the process.
• Overall communication was not fantastic (several unanswered texts and emails).
• The work crew that did my house was a subcontractor and were not employees of Infinity.

Bottom line – If I was dealing with an insurance company and I was unsure as to how to deal with the adjuster then Infinity could be a good option (although there may be other roofing companies that would that also). At the end of the day I got a new roof that looks great. Infinity addressed and fixed all of the issues with the installation without hesitation.

Derek was awesome from the minute he first knocked on our door. I really wanted to talk to him since we were already getting estimates on our roof. But I had an appointment I had to be at. He was very gracious and said he would wait for my call. I really appreciated that and he was there every step of the way and answered our questions and reduced our concerns. He also called our insurance company for us which saved us time and he went the extra mile by coming around and picking up the nails after the crew had left. We have recommended him and Infinity Roofing to all of our neighbors and we will continue to do so.

A lot of people in our neighborhood lately have had their roofs redone through Infinity Roofing and Siding. We decided to give them a try and we are so glad we did! Sonja was wonderful to work with! She is professional and took time to answer all our questions. She was also patient with us when we were trying to decide what color shingles to get. We had some weather damage, so she helped us through the process of filing a claim with our insurance company. Our home owner’s insurance paid for our new roof. We only had to pay our deductible. The workers were great too and took the old roofing materials off in one day and then reroofed in one day. Very fast process and our roof looks great with very little out of pocket expense. I highly recommend Infinity Roofing & Siding!

Sonja is one of the most professional agent I have had the pleasure to work with. She always kept me informed of the process and answered any questions we had. She is definitely no a one star person.

These guys did our roof and did a GREAT job! Completed the job in ONE DAY! From start to finish! Very professional, and handled all insturance related issues. Their liaison Derek Bean was most efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with!

Loved this company! We were planning on getting our roof replaced, but thought we would have to pay $15,000. Sonja helped us work through our insurance and make a claim because of storm damage. She was professional, organized, and she knew the laws. And so we only had to pay our deductible! And they didn’t expect payment until our insurance paid us! They made it so easy, talking to the insurance adjuster, helping us make the claim. We were so happy that they were here to help us get our gorgeous new roof!
