Rich Wolf is the absolute best contractor I have ever worked with! He is not your typical “sales guy”. He was much more. Very personable, knowledgeable, informative, always kept us in the know of when things were going to be done. On top of everything.. And having him present when the insurance appraiser was here..was a bonus... Thank you Rich.. Job well done!

10/10 would recommend. Their project manager, Rich Wolf, is the man! He helped us from start to finish, is very responsive in communication, and has extensive knowledge of roofing/siding replacement. Infinity put up a new roof and gutters within 2 weeks of us making the claim. Everything has been straight forward and easy going.

Rich Wolf, the project manager, was very attentive to all details with the roof repair. He was present from the start to finish. He worked with the insurance company. We were updated when things were going to happen.
They actually brought the roof up to code and passed all inspections.

Hello Billings from Tomball Texas. My goodness........Another devastating hail storm. Very sorry to see online. My wife and I were there from 2013 until late 2018 and dealt with two storms in those five years. Infinity Roofing and specifically Ted and Carol Van Duinen handled both of our claims and did an absolutely outstanding job. We did not want for anything. They handled our claims, dealt with our insurance company, and scheduled all contractors. The work was first rate, customer service was world class and on top of everything else they are good, honest people. In fact, to support my review, I called them one hour after the conclusion of the second storm and even though they were not in Billings they did not hesitate to accept our request for their help. Bottom line is that Ted and Carol are an outstanding team that will take care of your claims. I HIGHLY recommend these folks.

Horrible job. Unethical. I bought a house that they were late on completing the roof and skylight replacement. It was holding up the sale. We mistakenly went forward. They have not finished the work and they hired a collection agency to force the 80 year old couple I bought the house from to pay up. The previous owners sent multiple letters and calls regarding the unfinished work also asking to replace the outdoor lighting system which mysteriously vanished while the workers were there. Initially we were told that they would take care of it. Never happened. Now the 80 y/o couple has a ruined credit score and I have hired a lawyer.
