Chad Dupree is wonderful. We had a hail storm in May 2024 and we needed a new roof and gutters. He got a hold of our insurance company and told them we needed new decking. The original was not up to code or today’s standards. He also went and spoke to several of our other neighbors that were having trouble with their insurance companies and gave them advice on what to do.

The entire process was top notch! This is the second roof I have had to replace due to hail damage and Infinity Roofing definitely took care of the details. They even painted the vents on roof to match the color of the shingles. I appreciate that Jacob did not try and sell a higher priced product that was not needed. The entire job was completed on plan and Jacob came by the day after and completed an inspection with me. If you consider using Infinity Roofing make sure you request Jacob.

All 3 days nails, screws, and staples were left on our driveway and back deck. The photos are of their acceptable to them, finish work. They added the overhang, which is not flat with the rest of the house. This is how they wrap the facia boards with scrap metal. Horrible finish work. When shown pictures of this Jacob, the GC says this is acceptable. After the 3 day of nails and screws and staples being left in the driveway, they didn't send anyone to back to clean up their mess. They debited the downspouts and then were going to reuse them. And their crew scratched the newer gutters we were saving. I do not recommend this company. The pictures speak for themselves. They sent their people out to install their gutters over their poor workmanship. We had to fire them. Now we have to pay another company to remove their shotty work on the facias and do it properly and install gutters.

Do not, do not, do NOT hire this company. I purchased my first home in July of 2023, the dream of my life. Prior to purchasing, we agreed (in writing), that the roof would be redone. I was okay with the chosen roofer, Infinity. I was confident in my realtor and the decisions we had made together. My roof color was originally brown, which I loved as I loathe the look of dark grey/black. I was told I would get to pick the color of the roof, and I sent texts prior to the day of construction to confirm when that would be happening. I received a text that the supplies had been delivered and I drove past my house to be as soon as possible and cried-- my roof was now black with no consult with me or my realtor. My realtor took blame (that was not his to take) and pursued reasoning as to why I was not involved in the color process. I had a conversation with my realtor asking if there could be any compensation. The response verbatim from my realtor (who had conversations with Infinity) via text was: "This is from the roofer...Word for word. At this point I'm already lean on this as it is. Tell the homeowner that the warranties extended and if there's any issues I could help her with it as far as the garage door I don't have someone for them." Via phone I was told the roofer just went what most people chose (I'm sure what was CHEAPEST). My response to that is I do not care if you're "leave on this as it is"-- then you never should have done the project. Do work you're worthy of, not a favor. Extremely poor customer service and a complete damper on what should have been a very positive experience for me.

We never expected to receive insurance coverage to replace our 23-year old roof after the most recent hail damage but Taylor got it done! He met personally with our insurance adjuster and pointed out hail damaged areas on our roof. The claim was approved within a couple of days. WE ARE THRILLED!

After the recent bad storm that damaged my deck, I feared my roof would need replacing. I called Charlie Gonzales and asked for an inspection. He scheduled me for the next day and did a thorough inspection that included photos and video. My roof had very minor damage and Charlie advised me that my roof was fine. I highly recommend Infinity and I’ll call him for any future roofing or siding needs.

This company was awesome! Very professional, the workers took very good care of our property. We had tons of plants and a pool which they covered up so debris would not get in it or damage it. They literally worked on it from dawn to dusk. They Cleaned up like nothing even happened. Jacob was very nice and very professional . Helped us from start to finish. Jay was referred to us by our real estate agent and personal friend. Our roof was damaged by hail storms in Fall of 2021 and from the initial meeting to closing out the claim Village was professional, responsive, and timely. It is unlikely to find those qualities in most contract companies but glad we did. If we did have hiccups in the process (insurance company was not timely in communication) Jay was available to address it quickly. Our experience was a very good one with Village. They assessed the damage, met with our adjuster, made changes to update code on the new roof and processed those changes with our insurance. Payment was quick and work on the roof/gutter occurred as scheduled and on-time (once supply chain caught up to materials). If I have another issues with my roof I would call Jay at Village without hesitation.

Jacob Grandpre was our project manager and he was fantastic to work with! He took care of all the nitty gritty and made the process extremely smooth and easy. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof. The installation only took 2 days and the staff members were extremely courteous and aware of their material/equipment. I don’t often write reviews but this instance merits one. Several of my neighbors recently had their roofs replaced due to hail damage. After speaking with several, I decided to contact Village Construction. Jacob came out, performed an inspection and showed me the pictures of the damage. Together we contacted my insurance company to have an Adjustor come and do a follow up inspection to determine the extent of damage. Jacob met the inspector on site and the roof was approved to be replaced. Jacob walked me through the process and kept me informed every step of the way. I am completely satisfied with the outcome and pleased with the communication along the way. My expectations were exceeded and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Any type of construction work on a roof is a messy project, I was skeptical on the cleanup process , but executed at a high-level they sure did deliver the place looks cleaner than ever, the yard is in pristine condition even the flowerbeds were picked clean of debris! My story and experience with this company begins like this. There is a house that got a new roof put on a few homes over from mine . VILLAGE CONSTRUCTION ROOFING was the contractor that did the work. On this day I arrived home and noticed a flat tire. The next morning I called VILLAGE ROOFING to inform them that I thought the crew might have dropped a roof nail on the street and caught my tire causing it to go flat. The lady on the phone was the nicest person I had ever spoken with for starters. She was extremely polite . She put me in touch with the sales manager JAY. This manager immediately offered to take care of my nail. He was at my house in 20 minutes. Once at my home we discovered that in fact was not a roof nail. The nail in my tire had nothing to do with this roofing company. But regardless of that this sales manager JAY decided he was going to take care of my tire anyway. I had thought to change the tire myself but couldn't cause that day my back was hurting which I expressed to JAY. I couldn't believe Jay insisted in changing the tire for me. I indicated to him that at this point now that we knew the nail wasn't their fault so he had no responsibility to me . He did not care and changed my tire for me. This is the nicest guy I have ever met. From the phone receptionist to the manager JAY. This tops one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me and one of the nicest companies I have ever encountered. I cant's say it enough how incredible this experience was in dealing with VILLAGE CONSTRUCTION and it's personnel. If they provide this kind of service even when they don't have to, I can only imagine the quality of service they provide if actually contracting them to do a job. I will never forget the kindness of JAY and VILLAGE CONSTRUCTION.

Jay and his team did an EXCELLENT job on a house that I have under contract. Issues came up with the roof when trying to sell (due to a recent hail storm), and he helped me understand the process of getting insurance involved, etc.

When it came time to do the work, he got us in immediately so as to not delay closing. Once it came time for the actual work, he was very communicative on what exactly was going to happen and when.

The best part was yet to happen though... When I went to mow for the last time (the day after his crew finished the job), I couldn't believe how GREAT the new roof made the house look. I never realized how sad and depressing the old, discolored, worn out shingles made the house feel. The new roof really made it look like a new house.

But wait! There's more! Working for a commercial contractor, I am regularly dealing with our crews leaving messes or jobs unfinished or something. Something we have to go back for. Jay's crew DIDN'T LEAVE A SINGLE THING!!! All trash was picked up, there were no nails left behind for me to step on... NOTHING!!! To me, that final 5% attention to making sure the job is 100% complete before you leave, is EVERYTHING.

When we bought our home 6 years ago a local roofing company, who shall not be named, placed a new roof on our house right before we closed. Though it looks great, they definitely skimped in a couple areas, including some flashing and sealing around our fireplace.
