EDIT: found an 8x10 medium duty tarp for the same price as the light duty at Walmart. Just so your customers are aware…

Visited July 26, 2025 at 11:45am. Came in for a pool tarp 11x11 which was advertised on sale for $5.99 on an end cap.

Proceeded to wait in line while the employee took his time with the two guests in front of me. As I was about to walk up, a guy with a receipt and open box cuts the line of me and 5 other guests and the employee lets him. This already made me sour.

The second employee who disappeared moments earlier when there was a line waiting decided to show back up upon seeing this. When I told her the actual price of the item, she insinuated I was a liar and threw attitude at me. So I told her I would be shopping elsewhere and that they are insane for running the store like this.

This location has gotten bad since COVID like other places. Minimal staffing. Entire store has been rearranged so I have no clue where anything is. The attitude from the female employee sealed the fate of me not shopping here again. Do better for your customers.

This store is one of a few places to go for any and all types of gadgets, accessories and kaboodle with kits, sets or components. Whether it pertains to work, projects, hobbies and/or habits. You'll find that they might just have it! Whatever you're looking for it or weren't and realize that's what you need and can use. There's always a sale on items and name brands of sorts that they carry. Get while you can, sort of place to stop and shop!!! Harbor Freight will be another place to add to your shopping list of places. Harbor Freight, you'll have to go back again and again...!

Extremely rude employees. Had bought a product from here, turns out it was defective. Went back to the store to return it and got charged a $50 restocking fee for something that wasn’t even my fault. Talked to the employee and the manager and ended up getting a cuss word or 2, very unprofessional.

Nice spot to window shop and hang out in while the wife is next door at Hobby Lobby. They also have a regular sales flyer with good deals on tools.

The selection is respectable, the quality of the tools available isn't top notch, but you get what you pay for so often when it comes to tools. That being said though, I've purchased several things here (right angle die grinders, drill bit index, easy-outs, etc..), that surpassed my expectations and are still in use. Customer service is typically pretty awesome too!

A great place to find tools that you won't mind loaning or losing. I go here to get specialty tools that I will only use a couple of times. The quality is not questionable if you go in knowing that it isn't top grade, but it's reliable.
