Buenas herramientas y precios perola asistencia al cliente es pesima e impresisa a la hora de dar informacion concreta de las compras que haces online y te cambian la fecha de recojoda cada ves que quieren aun asi cuando la compra ya esta pagada muy mala experiencia en ese sentido

I'm not saying all their products are top notch. However I started a new job and that's the first place I went to get my impact sockets and wrenches for work. Over the years I've abused these things and NEVER have I ever had to warranty any out. WAY cheaper than trying to buy snap-on or matco or another brand.

I am a big fan of harbor freight tools but I am very disappointed I bought a 5 drawer tool cart and didn't get to put it together right away. I just went to put it together and one of the rollers on the drawer is broken and missing bearings! They don't have replacements and won't do anything because it's over the 60 day period.!

I bought a defective drain cleaner. It didn't work when I plugged it in. I took it back for a refund. First they wanted to charge me $20 for a restock fee on something they can't restock. Then the Assistant manager calls the manager and he tells me for safety reasons he can't refund me. Now I can see if I used this thing, BUT I DIDN'T! The only safety issue was when I plugged it in. The manager was rude, as he slapped a corporate phone number on the box. And now I have to wait EIGHT WEEKS FOR A REFUND! Harbor Freight just lost a customer, and many more when I get done! One star is too many for this company!

Called store to order an item and have shipped, lady said I needed to come to store and sign for it. Ad said free shipping why would I drive 90 miles to sign for a item so they can ship it, when I could just pick it up at the store.

Went to get a air compressor . asked for prices on some cause no price . lady with white hair guessing mgr. Told prices . only around 5 customers
Paid for air compressor & other items . cashier asked Mgr. for that item keep in mind I'm the only one that asked for prices on compressors .lady bought item to the front .When I went to grab item she said wait a one minute did you paid for the item I said yes . the cashier just asked you to bring it. She said I'm confused so I asked her can I take my item or Not if not I won't take it. This lady with white with very little customers get confused . I was trying not to get mad . but think that was her goal to get customers mad. that lady with white hair .just bad customer service .

Came in to pick up a White- 46 Inch 9 Drawer Mobile Storage Cabinet with Solid Wood Top. Called before coming was told they had 3 white in stock. So drove an extra 20 mins more away from my nearest Harbor Freight because they had the color we wanted. Got to store and was told system shows 2 in stock but that they don't have any. Was offered other colors, problem is if I wanted another color I would have gone to the closer store. So now have wasted a bunch of time and gas money because I assumed if I called the store they would know what they have there. Was not offered any thing except an "I'm Sorry" when I explained the situation. I like their tools but customer service was not existent during this visit and obviously no one can check inventory levels and it is ok to tell customers incorrect information.

Got nothing but good to say they went out of their way to make sure I got what I need it

First time in store to look around. Nice layout, friendly folks working. Helped us find what we needed and loaded it for us. Will definitely stop again.

Once again I go to harbor freight one down in Norfolk I just stopped in and find stuff that nobody has on the shelves but them, and the stores nice and clean compared most Auto parts franchises

The store is neat and orderly. Service is great too I had 3 torque wrench’s that were not working correctly and they replaced them without any fuss. Really nice to work with. I will continue business there.

This store often has things I can't find anywhere else. I frequently say I need to look at harbor freight when nobody else knows what I'm even talking about.

You know, I've used a lot of good quality tools, and cheap tools. Harbor Freight's power tool and air tool line up just keeps getting better
