Harbor Freight - Omak, WA

Harbor Freight doesn't sell top of the line, well, anything. But that doesn't mean that all their stuff is garbage either. If you're a careful shopper you can get some good deals on tools that will last you many years. They even sell warranties on most everything they sell though I've never gone that route. My experience with their tools has been if it fails, it does so in the first or 2nd use. Bring it back and they happily exchange it.

The employees at this location are extremely helpful. They go out of their way to help you find what you need.

Very friendly staff. They greet everyone as they come in. One of the associates named Ali helped me return items I bought online. Although we had some difficulties he worked through it and was able to take care of the issue. Highly recommend shopping from them.

Have had good luck with everything Ive purchased here. Tools aren't Snap-on but for the price, they'll get you buy. Always friendly service and at times, great sales on stuff I can use.

Nice little supply store. Its not to big nor to small. Has a wide selection of tools and hobbyists supplies such as rock tumblers.

It was great. I always find unexpected items on sale. Today I need 2 heavy duty tarps and some metal magnetic clips. The extra heavy duty tarps were luckily on sale So I got 3 instead. The cashier told me that the magnetic clips has a lifetime garrentee. That is awesome because I have already bought 6 packs of them and they held up better than any other kind I've ever purchased. Love them! Every employee I've met is always helpful and has asked if I needed help. I also love the assortment of products they have. Definitely a great place to shop and it's very easy to find gifts for my husband . Lol

I went looking for a file and found it and several other really good deals on several other things. Overall I enjoyed the store.

Brenda was absolutely amazing, really helped me out with a large equipment purchase that I was initially nervous about! All the staff are super helpful as well, such a great team at this store.

I went 4th of July. The guy there was not much of a help. I tried to buy cargo carrier because it was on sale but he told me he was alone and coukd not go to the back until 2 PM. That was only 11 am so I guess he wanted me to wait until then to purchase or come back. Also another item I asked if they have because I checked all these items online to make sure it's available but came and showed up nothing on shelf Ohh well, ended up buying online because the dudes working at Omak branch are too lazy to check.

Best place to spend money on cheap hardware! Obviously, you can't expect the items sold here to be high quality -- that's not what Harbor Freight is for! However, I like buying certain things here because they are affordable.

I'm obsessed with this place!! Quality tools with warranty. The savings are awesome. The Staff are soo sweet and helpful. Women are definitely Welcome!! WAY better for purchasing tools on a budget than Home Depot, or if you have teenagers who loose them often

It's a very good place to be the employees are very polite to help you at the best they can and if they don't have it they will try to make sure you get it
