Christy at this store went ahead and got me swapped out with a new battery in about 5 minutes with zero issues.

Deals are crazy. Picked up a 3/8 flex head and 3/8 swivel head ratchet for around 50 bucks on the sale.

They stopped selling the assorted specialty batteries blister packs.
Miss the sales flyers and freebies, also.
Ever since they stopped giving small free items away.

I’ve purchased items from Harbor freight for years, had my first problem with a Hercules battery going to crap this week. A battery on a tool that I purchased about a month ago. Had no idea where the receipt was and for some reason it wasn’t in the harbor freight system from my purchase. Well Christy at this store went ahead and got me swapped out with a new battery in about 5 minutes with zero issues. Harbor Freight customer for life, Mason city store is great!

Nice clean well-stocked store, as most Harbor Freight stores are. The staff are very helpful and friendly. As with all HF tools...quality is what you expect. I have to say that from the customer support perspective it is hard to beat Harbor Freight Stores these days.

Have not been to HF for a few years. Ever since they stopped ✋️ giving small free items away. Was surprised to see the cleanness of the store and the amount of goods . I will start going there more often. Nice job and I did get a 5gal bucket for free.

Very nice had a very nice woman sales clerk help me believe it or not I had seen a video on YouTube about items you could use for quilting
I found them will work great and the price was great compared to a quilt shop the items I bought will can be used very happy

They have great variety of tools a good prices. And if it is tool organization you want they have that in a lot of different colors for their tool boxes and accessories.
