These guys were great all the way from the phone call setting up the appointment to the technician. They got me scheduled really quick the the technician texted and called ahead before showing up. Quickly addressed the issue walking me through how we were gonna handle it. Was very informative without being pushy on the memberships and with the amount of stress relief it was a no brainer to sign up with them. Looking forward to future business knowing I have a team like that to help take care of my home.

M & R Plumbing came only a couple of hours after I called them to ask for help with a water leak. All the people I dealt with were very friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. My issue was resolved quickly! Great people

We had a drainage issue and the service technician was knowledgeable and very swift in resolving the issue. Their level of service is excellent every time.

Fast response time. Trey helped assess the best course of action to fix the leak from the water heater at my mothers home. He was able to install a new water heater for her and keep us updated on the installation progress. Thank you for your professionalism and expertise.

Lance & team did a great job with historic cabin AC installation. We needed to move location of outdoor unit on day of install due to unexpected issues & it turned out better than planned. We have used M&R for various projects & have always been very pleased.

True professionals came outro my mothers house in Durango and helped resolve an issue with her pump for her well! Communicated with her and I as to the situation and gave me a followup call to confirm with me the solution. We will definitely be using M & R again!

M&R Plumbing has helped me out on numerous occasions! And, they send the technicians from Farmington, NM to Pagosa Springs, CO. They have been gracious to never turn me down for repairs. Canceled our diamond club membership after just a few months due to an issue that was handled extremely poorly by everyone involved. Was ignored and overlooked. The Sales Rep made us feel like we made a huge mistake going with M&R for any type of repairs and we are now having other company's out to double check all the work they've done because we do not trust them.
Definitely do not reccomend this company at all at any one.

We spoke with Travis about this issue and he said the rep that orginally messed up would be out that same day to fix the issue... he never showed up and the he called over a week later to ask if he could get the tool he left.

When canceling the membership we were told we would have a manager call to speak about the situation. That never happened.

Stephen Lee did a great quick fast job super super polite. This company has great customer service. It was late when I got my service fixed and they he still came quick , thank you

M&R replaced a cooling and heating unit. They were helpful in the decision-making process, the price was great and they were quick and professional. I will use them again!

M&R worked with use on a new Wing Stop in Farmington. Dillon was a pleasure to work with and his guys were knowledgeable, polite and great to work with. (Although Dillon would tell you he would have 4 guys on site and no one would show. But somehow he would have 8 guys on site and get the inspection the day he said he would! Just have to be patient. He always came through) Had a couple service calls after they opened and he has been Jonny on the spot. Thanks M&R, Dillon

Tito the technician came to service our ac unit today. He was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, thorough, very knowledgeable and so kind. We really enjoyed having our ac unit serviced by him. Although he wasn’t able to repair our unit because we need a new one, he was knowledgeable about options that could work for our situation. Thank you Tito.

Really happy with the work that Jacob and Victor did at my house . This is the fourth time I’ve used M & R and they have always been professional and the work they put out is quality.

Tito is awesome. He came out, fixed our A/C issue, was really kind and knew his stuff. Our house was so hot we had to leave and stay with family. Tito came and had it fixed right up after R.A. Biel came out, didn't do anything (but charged for it and said it'd be 15k to fix) after finding it was an R-22 freon unit. Tito came out, fixed some fried wiring, and had it working in the same trip for around $250. You want a place to get it done right, these are the people you call.

After receiving my first quote for $20K, I needed a second option. M&R did not disappoint by trying to sell me a new heating and cooling system. The technician was great and explained in detail what needed to get done, and not getting upset when I asked additional questions. Very professional from the call center to the technician. I will use M&R again!

Ricky and his helper (a woman, I can’t remember her name) were amazing! I had electrical issues, they came after hours and were professional, happy and polite even though it was late. Thank you for getting my AC back up and running. We will continue to use M&R.

Tyler was great. He was neat in appearance and conducted himself in a very professional and respectful manner. He knew what the problem was and worked to fix it. Parts had to be ordered but he let me know what to expect.

All and Alex were very good …keep us informed ….they had a gas shut off valve break and handled it with Gas Co. of NM both were very safety oriented and professional

The technicians installed a new pressure switch on our well pump and did numerous adjustments and installed a new bathroom faucet. They did excellent work and are so friendly.

The installer was great. The price was outrageous. If I knew the price before hand I would have found someone else.tje first scheduled time was changed to the next day,but as I said the installer was great $500.oo outrageous

Got a new HVAC system and furnace. Did a good job installing the systems. Answered all my questions. One crew stayed late on a Friday to make sure everything was installed to a good stopping point until the next visit. We have used this company for several different projects and have always been pleased with the results.

These guys were fantastic!! Lotu was extremely polite and informative! My water pipes froze and broke. These guys were here the same day and worked in freezing temperatures until it was done, 10:00pm!!

We had a major leak and needed help quickly. M and R Plumbing Service answered the phone and offered help immediately, Parker arrived within 20 minutes (we are 25 minutes from Durango), diagnosed the problem (a clogged drain), and got it repaired quickly. I highly recommend their service.

Our A/C stopped working. Tito was here within an hour and a half. Tito was great, he explained what we needed to do. He change a capacitor and the filter. He did a fantastic job. Very pleased with the work and would highly recommend.

Lance was here today to day to do a/c service and change filter in furnace. He is also coordinating a bid to replace our water heater (25 years old) We highly recommend M&R for all your plumbing and heating needs! Reliable, courteous, and professional!

I want to give a shout out to Arlo with M & R Service. I had to make an after hours appointment because my AC went out. This is the second time we have worked with M&R Plumbing Service. Trey installed a new pressure regulator and Main shut off valve to our home. We were very happy with the entire service from the call in, to Treys installation. They were quick to respond professional respected the cleanliness of our home and had great communication of when he would be arriving. I highly recommend them!

We had M&R come out today to look at our stinky garbage disposal. Anthony checked it out and installed a new splash guard. Then he did a whole house plumbing inspection for no additional cost. Thank you M&R Services.
