They showed up the same day as we called, as we were stressed and anxious after having issues with another contractor!
The entire crew Brenden, Tyler, Wyatt, and Ty’Rek were extremely professional and thorough throughout this entire process ! The communication daily, transparency, showing up daily to move fans around as needed and test moisture levels , compassion to the fact that we are out of sorts personally, the professionalism, the profound sense of being a priority although I’m sure they were helping others as well, the reassurance that they are going to make things right, and the zero stress of knowing they are directly communicating with construction contractors as well as our insurance adjuster to get the ball rolling towards things being completed! (They even made sure our cats didn’t exit the house while they were in and out moving materials, fans, and debris)
I’d highly recommend them time and time again! Hands down they will be our first call with any future issues that we have with our home! It’s been an amazing stress free experience which is exactly what we needed while our home was in disarray and we were uncertain of the entire process!

If I could give them more than five stars I would. They have have amazing through the whole process of fixing some damage to my house and didn’t try to gouge me as far as pricing went as well as their work. The work was amazing and clean and the technicians were super helpful, explained the process to me, and everything in between. I will definitely go back to them if I need anymore work done!

I called to schedule an estimate thinking it was going to be scheduled at least a week out but Wesley was sent within 30 minutes of my phone call. He was informative and recommended what was best and cost efficient for me. I highly recommend their services.

Pipes broke in my mother’s home by the time we found out the wood flooring and some walls were saturated and caused mold. M&R Restoration came out, accessed, quoted and began the work.
Corey, Brendan, Westley, Tyler, Tyrek and Wyatt were out here on time, worked well together and got the job done. These guys are friendly , courteous, answer all questions you may have, informative and very organized. I highly recommend this company if you’re ever in the need for this service. Our opinion is that if you have a business it should be modeled after M & R Restoration’s customer service. Exemplary!!!

Cody came to our home in response to a leak that soaked our hardwood floor causing the wood to warp. His team provided fans, heaters, vacuums and dehumidifiers in an effort to dry out the wood which they did, however the warped area remained. The plan is to have the affected wood replaced and the entire floor sanded and resealed. We are still awaiting that to happen. Cody has done his very best to rectify our problem which is now in the hands of others. Cody, as were all the M & R team courteous, polite and respectful of our concerns.

Tyler, Brendon, and Jacob were very professional, friendly, and communicated the process well for our restoration and mitigation for water damage inside our home. We already have a service contract and a good relationship with M&R plumbing, so I was very happy to learn they have a water and fire restoration and mitigation branch of service. They work with our insurance company, USAA, well.

Wish they gave an option for 10 stars! I highly recommend Chem-Dry and M&R for any water leak issues, they were so quick to respond even on a Sunday. They followed the project everyday checking the drying process and kept us informed with the next step to take. Sure made a disaster much easier to deal with. Great personality and customer service, you all are the best!

I can’t say enough good things about Cory and his team! They provided emergency restoration services after my water heater burst, and they handled everything from start to finish. Their plumbing crew was fast and professional, and the HVAC tech made sure our heating system was back online in no time.

M&R Plumbing remediation department guys showed up to my house within an hour after being called, after I found my flooded bathroom. They were great to work with. They explained everything they were doing and within just a few days had the mess cleaned up from the flood and everything dried out. I am so thankful for them. I can’t explain how grateful I am. They deserve pizza for lunch one day. M&R plumbing is the best.

My extensive restoration was done very professionally. Every step was explained in detail. They were at my house about a dozen times, each visit was preceded by a call, and all were on time. Everything was well documented. They were prompt, thorough and very transparent.

Would absolutely recommend this company and the people that work for M&R. Very professional, knowledgeable, kind and hard working group. Willing to help out when and where ever needed. Extremely detailed information taken during the restoration process and always willing to answer questions or find the answers. I can’t say enough good things about this group of individuals. They really made the process of our house being damaged by a water leak a lot easier to deal with. They worked as fast as they possibly could to get everything cleaned up and dried out before it got worse. Our insurance company was not very helpful with anything, claims or answering any questions. M&R was right there the whole time to comfort and walk us through everything, constantly checking on how we were doing making sure we weren’t getting too upset or discouraged with the process. All I can say is everything positive, these are some of the best people I’ve ever had the chance to meet and work with, absolutely an amazing company. M&R performed mold removal and treatment on the ceiling of two of our rooms due to a roof leak. They were very professional and explained each step. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

M&R Restoration did a great job repairing damage from a water leak that required several visits and coordination with different staff members. Their guys were professional, friendly, timely, and did a great job. I appreciated that they always called on their way, took the time to answer all of my questions and followed up to make sure we were happy with the work.

I had a roof leak that came through my drywall ….walked into a huge hole in the ceiling. Was devastated!! I called these guys and before I knew it, there was a full crew here to take care of me. Once the problem was in their hands, I didn’t have to worry about a thing!! They even covered the areas of my white carpet where they needed to walk, and took such pride in their work. I have never dealt with a better company than M&R plumbing and restoration. This company is a blessing from the Lord. They were willing to work with us even when there was uncertainty of payment. They were quick to respond and made our family a priority when we were without water with 5 Children during Thanksgiving week. They answer every time I call and they're super patient when dealing with the insurance company. These guys are amazing and I have nothing but positive things to say! When I called them, they were immediately able to come over and start the process to limit the amount of damage that the water flooding caused. They worked with me through the entire process and helped me with getting my repairs started as well. They are very professional and easy to work with. Big THANK YOU to Corey and his entire team! After a fire in our kitchen, Corey and his team were on the scene within a few hours and came up with a plan. The following day the entire house was cleaned to clean up the smoke and fire extinguisher powder that was circulated throughout the house, plus they thoroughly cleaned the carpets. Once the house was cleaned, Corey arranged for the contractor to come out and assess the damage to the ceiling. Corey stayed involved to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. First of all, no plumbing issues are ever anything near enjoyable. However, these guys made a horrible situation much more pleasant by providing wonderful, kind, helpful, knowledgeable service. During a remodel I broke a pipe and flooded my house, it was late at night and we called M&R restoration. Cory showed up before we knew it and assessed the damage, he was very good at calming our nerves during such a stressful time. The very next morning Cory and his team had fans and equipment setup to begin the drying process. Cory helped us with our insurance, adjuster, and any other questions we had. Once everything was dry the guys removed their equipment and assured us everything looked great! M&R Restoration R-O-C-K-S!!!!

I can not say enough good things about M&R! They were incredibly helpful on our basement. We had significant water leakage in our wall and it had started to mold. M&R came over the same day I called and got it all cleaned up and drying out. The guys were so kind and checked in on it everyday for 2 weeks until it finally dried out! Our insurance was dragging their heels and Cory has been so supportive in helping us make sure we get our claim taken care of and paid fairly! Words can not explain how amazing this company performed! Everyone I called said they were a week out and could not get here to help, then I called M&R restoration and Cory was here within 2 hours with dehumidifier's and fan's. Before I could even explain what happened they had the carpet pads out and house drying and within the hour. The next day they were here at 8am to remove drywall, vanity, and trim to get our house dried out. As most can imagine dealing with insurance on a house can be a nightmare. Cory was there through the whole process helping me get a quote for a correct estimate, and even dealt with the insurance company directly to get me paid for the damages by contacting them personally. As a first time homeowner this is the last thing I would want for anyone to deal with this but if it does happen to you give M&R a call you will not be disappointed!

The key part of this experience was Cory’s coordination with the insurance. The insurance company was not as fast as they should have been, and was giving us a bit of the run around. For every challenge of the claim they put forth he was able to resolve to get the job done. Cory also worked with us to get everything done within the insurance limitations.

His crew cleared out and cleaned the affected areas of the kitchen, and has reliable contacts for plumbing and restoration. He even went the extra mile to help clear out the smell from the rest of the house.

I called Four Corners Flood Fire and Mold based on the reviews and I am glad I did. I had water coming through my roof and dripping on to the drywall Cory and Jonathan came within 24 hours. They did their assessment of the damage and that afternoon Cory had is equipment up and running. It is hit or miss dealing with contractors, usually miss, but not with Cory he is honest, respectful, professional and transparent!! He understands what a homeowner goes through when dealing with insurance companies and is willing to do what he can to make the transaction smooth and understandable. Our washing machine did not stop filling the bin while doing a load of laundry about 1 week ago at 10:00 p.m. it ran for probably 30-45 minutes, and fortunately we stepped on the flooded carpets after the movie we were watching in our house or else the flooding could have been monumental! We got the water stopped and tossed down 15 towels in our laundry room and immediately called our home owners insurance.
The insurance company directed us to call a flood mitigation company. I googled this type of company and the first company who was amazingly helpful didn't serve our area in South Eastern Utah. They however recommend this company. This company answered the call at 1030 p.m. and had two great employees show up to our house the next day on a Saturday. The employees were courteous, and informative. They came back several days in a row to check on things and I feel did a great job drying up the mess. 2 years ago. They kept in constant contact with us. Our flood happened right before Christmas and they were so understanding and kept us in their thoughts. And still kept in contact when our house was back together. Definately 5 stars for this business. I’d give them more stars if I could.
