The staff better is always great and go beyond to help you. Never any issues with returns. I had a problem finding that new 13,000 watt generator and the store manager checked near by stores for weeks for me until she found me one and called to tell me exactly what location had received it on their truck. I can't think of any better customer service then that. Everything is everything brought at harbour freight is still in use.

Doesn’t even deserve a star at all the manager refused a refund with receipt for a damaged tool because she can, she offered an exchange even though I didn’t want item at all. I’m a mechanic I use tools everyday I’m sorry it’s not clean and unused then she told me I need the box it came out of so I still had it barred under all my stuff in back seat, she said she can’t do a exchange at all, so yea I said few things that she was a bad manager for telling her customers one thing and doing another, she then told me to leave and to never come back,, she gave me a bogus number to customer service. bad for business what about the no hassle return policy or 100% customer satisfaction

Good tools to get u thru a job dont always expect it to last much longer than that but definitely sumthin to grab to get u thru til u get where u need to be

Some make fun of this place, but the tools that I have bought perform just as good as my topline brands.

I needed to replace some missing sockets, got a full rack of new sockets cheaper than I could have replaced just a few of the major brand sockets, in and out very quickly.
