The moment I declined to give them my personal information like phone number I was treated unfairly discriminatory since when do we have to provide personal information to buy something. The saleswoman and the manager got into a defensive position when I said I don't want to give out my personal information to buy something. Myself, my company and my friends are advised to stop doing business with Harbor freight.

Friendly service and if you can't find what you are looking for they go with you to find it. They also have a membership service.

I like harbor freight, decent tools and affordable price. But, I cannot stand coming into this location in Kearney nebraska. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Check out will get you an attitude when you don't want to give them your phone information.
