Mason RV

On the second day of a cross-country trip, one of our AC/heat pumps abruptly stopped working- it was getting power but wouldn't start at all, not eben just the fan. It's hard enough to get into a shop or find a mobile tech when you're stationary, and when you're in transit, well, nearly impossible, especially at this time of year. Today was our lucky day as after calling several places along our route, the wonderful people at Mason RV listened to the description of the problem and what we had done so far to troubledhoot. I nearly fell off my seat when they told us to come on by and they'd take a look right away.

While they aren't set up to accommodate larger motorhomes, they made room for us to pull in and Ike immediately commenced troubleshooting. He is extremely methodical and focused, and listens carefully to your explanations and was a joy to work with. While the unit mysteriously started working, he gave some pointers on what to look for if it starts misbehaving again and we were able to rule out what we had previously thought was causing the total loss of all functions

I can't say enough good things about Ike and all the other kind people we met at Masons. Their commitment to service and getting you back on the road is nothing less than superb, and if I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you so much for being there for us!

Traveling from Michigan to Utah. Brake controller throwing error codes. Ike meet me first thing Monday and trouble shot the OEM controller and the trailer. Got me back on the road.

Our 7-pin power cord connecting our car to our trailer (runs trailer brake and signal lights on trailer) pulled out and got destroyed traveling from Woodriver to Kearny Nebraska on a Sunday afternoon. We found Mason RV on-line and showed up with our Lance trailer right at opening time Monday morning. They did not have a cord long enough and weren’t getting a shipment until Wednesday. Did they stop there? NO, they did NOT! ❤️ They called a nearby business, Mid-Plains Equipment, Inc., who had the right length cord in stock. We happily drove the 7 miles to pick it up and Masons already had the old cord removed by the time we got back. They immediately installed the new one and we were on our way by 10:30! Way to get us back on the road again! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thanks, Mason RV!

She told us Ike is at the build site of their new location and if we went there he would take a look at it. We are a full time RV family. Matt came on short notice and help us replace a black tank valve that was leaking. Not a fun job I know, but they knew exactly what to do and handled it like professionals! While under the RV they noticed another issue with a rusty grey tank valve line and was able to fix both for me. Fair priced labor for honest work! Highly recommended!

My wife and I purchased our first travel trailer 2021 KZ-Connect from Mason RV in January 2021. Ike took the time to to go over everything with us and answer all of our questions about the trailer. There was never any sales pressure of any kind and they make you feel very comfortable while shopping for a travel trailer. Ike was happy to show us any of the trailers that we wanted to see. I felt like we were buying our trailer from a good friend. I would definitely recommend this place as your first stop in looking for a travel trailer if in the Kearney area. Its nice to see that these small Mom & Pop friendly places still exist out there, and Mason's prices were some of the best that we found anywhere.

We were having issues with our Furrion camera coming on and we were leaving for camping. Called Mason, went in and they immediately tested the device. Cord was bad and they replaced. On our way! Great customer service!!

I bought my new camper from Mason RV in June and was blown away by their customer service. There was a dealer much closer to me in Colorado but after reading reviews and the fact that Mason's price was exceptionally lower...it was a no brainer to drive the extra miles. Through the ordering process they were extremely helpful and made sure that I was prepared for my new camper. On the day of pickup, almost the entire family was there to help me go through the camper and verify that it was completely inspected. They had to make a couple quick repairs and were done extremely fast. Overall, I spent 2.5 hours with them as they walked me through every aspect of the camper and could not have felt better about my purchase when I pulled away. I would always recommend this family owned business and will go back if I ever need another camper. Thank you Mason RV!

I purchased a 5th wheel from them less than a month ago. I traveled to them due to extraordinarily friendly staff, absolutely no pressure sales tactics and reasonable prices were a bonus. BY FAR THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD FOR A MAJOR PURCHASE!!!!!! Heck Ike even came in on a day off to show us the camper!! If I am ever in the market for another camper, Mason's is the place, if anyone else is talking about buying a camper, I'll point them Mason's!!! I could keep going, but you get the point!

We live in Colorado and bought a new travel trailer from Mason RV. They had a better deal on the trailer we wanted, than the dealership in Denver was offering. And since they are a small family owned business, they were a lot easier and friendlier to work with. They installed my weight distribution hitch on the new trailer for no charge - the dealership in Denver wanted to charge $100 for installation. Most of my communication with them was done through email, prior to purchasing the trailer. And they were quick to respond to questions. So, if you live in northern Colorado, it's well worth the drive and time to check them out.

Not big store place old converted gas station on corner. Stopped to look for RV parts and was surprised that they not only were friendly but willing to stop and look up and order parts for for my RV. They have a lot of differant size campers on site to look at.

Great guys and great value. I drove all the way from Denver to get my trailer. They were all set and ready to go. They gave me a great education on how to care for my trailer and have been very responsive to follow up calls!

Had a minor fan problem. Ike took time to look at it and fix it. We offered money, then beer. He said no to both and just asked us to recommend his place. Absolutely, Ike.

You don't come across guys like Ike very often. I am on a trip across the country in my motor home and having trouble with my air conditioning. Ike took 45 minutes out of a very busy Friday morning to diagnose my problem. He went up on the roof a couple of times, removing the shroud on the offending unit and checking it over completely. He didn't have the replacement parts in stock but made phone calls to the manufacturer and another place in town he thought might have what I needed. We weren't able to solve the problem but Ike gave me some very helpful advice on how I should proceed. He did all this and wouldn't accept any money! I HIGHLY recommend Mason RV! Ike, you're the best!

Great prices and service! I drove from Colorado and saved thousands of dollars. Financing was a breeze and they cheerfully helped me get my trailer lights working. They did a thorough check of my camping trailer before delivery and fixed a minor issue with a loose wire to make sure I wouldn’t have any problems. Low overhead and family run Ike, Jacob and Sandra were a real pleasure to buy from. If you live in Nebraska drive West not East and pay the least!

Not your typical RV store for sure. The inventory is packed into parking lot like sardines in a can. Ike was very accommodating to us, showing an RV on a day they were normally closed. He was very honest and friendly as was his wife. There was no sales pressure or steering, just honest answers to questions. We ended up buying the RV and hitch from them at a price that was lower than advertised- no haggling, no bad feelings.

Amazing service! good prices! Friendly and knowledgeable, went in for some advice and they were willing to spend the time to talk to me about my camper, not just trying to sell me something. You just don't find businesses like this anymore. A+!
