I have bought several things from the Norfolk store. The customer service is great! They get things ordered right away and delivered.

The service was great. We felt there were plenty of great options to select from for our building materials. Employees were great to work with, and provided clear explanations of what items we were choosing. Materials mostly came on time or in a timely matter.

We built our home about five years ago , through Carhart Lumber in Norfolk. Sales personal were very knowledgeable and great to work with . Lumber for our home was delivered in a timely matter with good quality lumber . We also purchased our cabinets through Carhart Lumber and were very satisfied with the quality of the cabinets . Top quality doors and windows were also purchased through Carhart Lumber . Overall we were very satisfied with Carhart Lumber and we would recommend them if you are looking to build .

Mandy was excellent to work with! I went in looking for new counter tops and she was super, she gave me samples to take home and check them out in the light at my home. I had measured and we have a few unique angles and she actually came to my house with cardboard to build and measure the angle so we were sure to have it exactly like we needed. Mandy contacted Steve Svaboda and he showed up on time with his talented partner and they removed my old counter tops and replaced them with the new ones in one afternoon! I love my new counter tops! Thanks so much for making it such and easy and stress free process!!
